Your impact as a woman...

It is International Women's Day and I couldn't think of anything else than to have a conversation with the women because they are wonderful, awesome, and a blessing to the world.

Before God created a woman, he made a man, and he thought about the fact that he can't be alone. How would a man live on his own in a world as big as this?

He wasn't just talking about her presence in Adam's life, he thought about the world before it even happened. He knew the earth would need women so he made one and it became billions today, been a woman is huge and that makes me appreciate them a lot. The role of women in the world can't be quantified, they have grown from just been the indoor being our forefathers made them into having so much impact in the world.

If you check everywhere in the world today, you will find women. Politics, medical sector, finance, entertainment, business, technology, crypto, they everywhere and even they even doing great, better than some men in the same field.

Have you ever imagined a world without women? It would be a weird one right, that should make you understand how unique they were created but not many of them are not using that uniqueness to influence the world around them. Just like every responsible man out there, every woman has a role or an impact to make in any path of life they chose to walk in.

Been a woman can be burdensome, it comes with lots of responsibility and that's why I urge them to be careful in selecting the kind of person they chose to spend the rest of their lives with because they can get broken if they choose the wrong person plus the burden of been a woman. The world misinterpreted the role of a helpmeet and yet women were created with so much energy to still carry on despite the challenges.

Are you truly a woman?

The word, "woman" to me has taken the female gender to the next stage and it comes with lots of qualities. I have seen a girl under 20 been referred to as a woman because of her level of maturity and the impact she is having in life already so I don't think it has anything to do with age.

Been a woman doesn't end in the kitchen or as a childbearing machine, it comes with having an impact on a lot of things and I will be discussing a few of them.

Impact on herself: Impacting yourself as a woman means improving or upgrading yourself, life is all about learning and it doesn't exempt every woman.

You can cook, do chores, can you confidently step into your husband's shoes regarding his business if he is down somehow?

Can you help your kids with homework? How independent are you if things go rough financially for you? Jane wasn't born as a writer, @bmjc98 was born to be a gamer, @TheEmpress didn't come to the world with crypto ideas, @Princessbusayo @Maryjacy @Adrielle1214 @Itsfarah and many others at a point empowered themselves with writing skills and they have automatically used that to add values to themselves. Impacting yourself gives you the strength and voice to stand against anything unpleasant to you or against your will.

It doesn't have to be about writing, you can learn a skill, a trade, go for courses that would push you forward in life. It doesn't end with regular life, it is not just existing and as a woman, you must have an impact on yourself. This is issue was what our old mother's faced, they didn't have the understanding that they needed to impact themselves and they didn't have a choice than to endure been maltreated because surviving alone seems impossible to them.

Impact on the family: Women are the strength of the family, forget about how much a man brings to the table. I am not in any way condemning a man's effort but only men who don't appreciate a woman's effort would claim that they aren't contributing to the family affairs.

As a man, have you tried taking up the house chores and caring for the kids together with your job? Trust me when I say it is a hell of stress, it is difficult and for women, they embrace it with their heart.

Sometimes ago, @tired_momma mentioned how tired she was after her day and I tried comforting in the comment but she made it clear that she sign up for it because her family gives her joy.

We have got lots of her kind on the platform and all over the world, they will stretch themselves to any length just to make sure that the family is happy. Their impact on the family must be appreciated and every female who wants to be called a woman someday must be ready to make an impact on the family.

Impact on society: It feels great to see women engaging with society, they are making difference and I feel convinced that they can have a big impact on society if given the proper chance to do so.

Not everyone has the opportunity to reach the top spots in political affairs but you can have an impact on the grassroots level. There was a movie I saw some time ago, a twelve years old girl was given out for marriage by her father which was against her mother's wish.

The women came together and agree that they will seek justice, they deprived their husbands of sex in that community and gave conditions that must be met. They were successful and became an international advocate for young girls been forced into early marriage. There is numerous way to make an impact in society, not for recognition but you might be affecting a life positively by standing against the bad or supporting the good in the society.

A day is not enough to appreciate the women in our lives and it is something we should try to always do to make them feel special and appreciated, I am wishing every woman on and outside the platform "A Happy International Women's Days".
