The tongue is but a small, soft fresh. Yet it is capable of breaking the strongest bonds and destroy the most powerful relationships.
A very good number of us have make a great mistakes though the bad way of using our tongues, our tongues can do many different things, it depends on how we use it and it becomes useful to us, and they are ways we use it and it becomes harmful to us. We can simply cause numerous damages through the wrong way of using our tongues, though we might see it as a very small organ in the body but it is so piosonious than the snake poison, it can quickly kills and destroyed.
The tongue can cause explosion that can explode more faster than the bomb, alot of anger that people get are most generated from the tongue. Anger and hatred originated from the lies and false accusations that the tongue gives. There will be no reaction without a force, so most of the action people do take comes as a result of the misusing of our tongues, the moment we fail to understand the demage and the violence that our tongues could cause that's where we create more harms to ourselves and to the people around us.
Sometimes alot of people will even dream of coming up with words they know it will cause fight and separation amongst too parties, people will just wake up with hatred in their hearts against another brother or sister, it might be this other sister had offended her in one way or the other but she still holds back the pains inside looking for way to revenge the sister, and since there's no other way to revenge than to cook lies against her.. to plot evil against a sister by saying what she didn't do.
Use your tongue and count your teeth before you say anything you want to say. Use your tongue and count your teeth is like a proverbs, it means know exactly what you are saying don't mix words with words, think twice before you release any word form your mouth, because once you say a thing that is what people will take. Use your initiative when ever your are speaking, know that people are really after those wrong words you would say than the correct ones..
Use your tongue and count your teeth in anything speech in anything you might say, be wise in saying, be conscious of what you want to say at any giving opportunity, know that the way you speaks is how people will regards you, it is good to say the right and direct thing at a time than beating around the bush. The word we speaks are not just mere words there are power that lies in the tongue, so the words we release also goes out with power., We have to be very careful of what ever we must say in other not to cause anger or hatred amongst others..
The tongue can paint what eyes can not see, our words are invisible, therefore it can paint what our very own eyes can not see automatically, the words we speaks are like spirit it's quite difficult for us to see it. And even without our notice it is still doing what we are ignorance of, it's still causes problems and seperaring people from their relationships. Our tongues has it's own advantage and disadvantage, our tongues can beautify and also destory, it's all depends on us and the way we uses it.
Use your tongue and count your teeth in your mouth, we need to be careful before we say anything that we want to say, we don't have to say what we are not sure of, we don't need to just imagine what to say especially when we are telling stories about others, we can become a murderer, of course we know that murder is not done only by the using of gun or other weapons, our tongues is also a mighty weapon that can wipe out the whole family in a second, the false information we give sometimes can kills alot, so let's be mindful of the way we use our tongues.
I had a story where a man when to jail just because of the wrong words her girlfriend made against him, they once had a misunderstanding amongst themselves, and they also displayed their angers in different ways and been the girl she is, she started calling his man names and saying all sorts of things that is not even true, she never new that the neighbors had heard all those names she was calling her man, during when they had the misunderstanding. She called him name's like fraudster, thief, rapist, kidnapper and others criminal names that is not acceptable in the society.
Like it is said after heavy rainfall comes the sunshine, after all the quarreling, they all settle down as girlfriend and boyfriend, they couldn't even remember what happened in the past. So there's one of their neighbor's child that normally love being around this two lovers house, it happens the boy did something that the parents wanted to punish the young boy, and the boy ran into their house since he love going there, so when the two lovers had what the parents wanted to do with the little boy, they decided to hide the boy from them.
To them though their thoughts was to safe the young boy out from the parents punishment. But when the parents had an information that they have hid the child under their roof, and they quickly remember those names the girl friend had called him some days past, the parents decided to take an immediate action by calling the police for them without even informing them, all what the parents said against them was that they wanted to kidnap their child. The parents told the police everything the girl friend has once said against his boy friend, when the police asked the girls friend if she had once said a thing like that she said yes, but that, it was just through anger that she never really meant.
That it was just a name calling, since the police has gotten all what they wanted, they said if you his girlfriend had said that he is a fraudster and a criminal who are we to alter out such words?. He is exactly what you have said about him and nothing changes, upon what other people said, the police didn't listen to them anymore. And this is how the innocent man when into jail just because of wrong words her girlfriend once said against him.
You may easily recover a slip of steps than a slip of a tongue. Once you make mistake with your tongue it can be so harmful to people, we should try as much possible to count our teeth using our tongues in other not to cause innocent ones to faces the penality there do not deserve to face..
That's how I almost blasted someone tonight for saying something stupid...but I guess I counted my teeth with my tongue. It's always better to choose our words carefully rather than use them as a weapon.
