Balance Your diet
Nowadays, people eat a lot of junk food at fast food shops, which is very bad for their health. Junk food is foods that have little nutrients but lots of calories. Eating too much of this kind of food will make us fat, can cause diabetes and can give us heart disease.
In this article, I am going to introduce to you a balanced diet. So that you will know the things you should eat in your diet and the things you shouldn't.
First, let's talk about what is a balanced diet
A balanced diet is a healthy diet goal. A balanced diet helps prevent chronic disease.
And eating well comes with a wide range of health benefits. Diets that are high in nutrients and low in calories are also called "balanced." Just remember that a balanced diet is just one part of a healthy lifestyle.
A balanced diet helps in maintaining a healthy weight and to reduce your risk of diabetes and other serious diseases.
So how do you get a "balanced diet?" The best way is to eat a variety of foods from all the food groups:
grains (whole grains recommended)
Legumes beans, peas, lentils.
To achieve a balanced diet, we must know how to balance our diet.
Balanced protein
There are many kinds of protein that can be found in food and the function is to build and repair muscle tissues.
Eating Ideal Portions
What is the ideal portion size of carbohydrates, protein, fat and sugar? The answer to this depends on a few factors such as your age, sex, height and level of physical activity.
Diet is one of the most important things that we should all be concerned about. A nutrient that we need for the body can be obtained by eating a balanced diet. By eating a balanced diet, we were able to achieve our goal faster and easier by focusing on our health status as well as mental status as well. How do we achieve it?
You can achieve it by focusing on each food group, such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats. The carbohydrate is needed for energy and protein is needed for tissue repair. We should eat enough protein every day to maintain a consistent supply of amino acids to build new muscle tissue.
Our body needs nutrients to keep it healthy. If we eat too much fatty food, the body will be clogged and we will get sick, that is why we need to eat in balance, what the body needs.
There are 6 major food groups that we should always have in our diet, they are :
1.cereal
2. dairy product
3. fruit and vegetables
4. meat and fish
5. bread, rice, pasta and potatoes
6. fats, sugary foods and drinks
There are 5 food groups that we shouldn't eat too much of :
1. sweets and chocolates
2. saturated fat
3. salt
4. alcohol
5. sugary drinks/sodas/juices
Why should we balance our diet?
Because some food might cause allergy to the body and it can't absorb some nutrients that it needs to be healthy.
When referring to your diet, you usually find yourself thinking about the foods you should eat, but never those that you shouldn't. You mustn't overeat, because it will have ill effects on your body, making you overweight and lazy, and endangering your overall health.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to have a food timetable whereby you allocate foods for different days and times without any form of repetition. By doing this, you won't have to keep eating a single food for weeks but a different one and that will be healthy for you.
