What defines a "Crypto expert"? Most common is "I told you so", especially after a couple of different scenarios. The most important thing is that it looks like you know what you're talking about, throw up a couple of graphs, twist complex words that you google. Coq au vin, the French classic chicken stew. Usually red wine is used, but today I will test with a French white wine from the eastern part of France, Bourgogne.
