Meatballs, or rather authentic classic Swedish meatballs! Our ”national dish” and there are endless ways to season them. I make them a little after the holidays, at Christmas I have a special seasoning, Easter another, etc. Today I make a spice mixture with, among other things, black pepper, onion powder and Worcester sauce. Served with mashed potatoes, swedish cream sauce and lingonberry jam. Thursday's beer is, for me, a classic in new packaging. Omnipollo Fatamorgana Double IPA 8%, on can!
