Kabanos sausage made from ground beef (purchased), mashed potatoes, fried halloumi cheese, thinly sliced yellow onion, ketchup and chili sauce. The aroma is robust with fruity hops - orange, grapefruit, lemon, apple juice. A little citric acid and candy sweetness. Decided to start his own brewery. A brewery that has grown and that makes really good beer! Friday's beer is called Nebulosus. And New England IPA / Hazy IPA 6.2%. Good afternoon! Today I get to play cook. Some friends come to visit and I will cook my own dish that I have never invited anyone to. Panko-fried chicken with waffles, mango syrup and chipotlemayo. A lot of work and now I have finished the mango syrup. A wonderfully concentrated liquid. Easy to make, boil mango and water, mix, strain (several times), add sugar and boil off much of the liquid. Chicken nuggets with rice and roasted paprika sauce. Heavenly sauce, to remove the skin on the paprika, I roast it in the oven and then cover them in a bowl.
