Good evening! Today I am at home myself and then I take the opportunity to make my absolute favorite dish. Gorgonzola beef, few ingredients but incredibly tasty! Tomatoes, beef and gorgonzola (mix with a couple of tablespoons of cream). Lots of black pepper and gratinate in the oven, 18-20 minutes. And served with rice. Gorgonzola cheese has a special scent, a scent that no one else in the family likes. 😄 #Food
