Quality check! My third beer and definitely my best. However, it needs at least another week for the carbon dioxide to be created and since I have added oats, it will be a nice foam crown. Hop aromatic taste with clear bitterness, hints of passion fruit, pine needles, pineapple and grapefruit. A little sweetness that I think will gradually decrease when the beer is stored in the bottle in the coming weeks. This beer I will make a bigger batch and now I need to think of a name and create a nice label. #Beer
