Saturday and today there will be cooking all afternoon! My dear Noise friend @szbarnaus left a comment yesterday that made me incredibly eager to make pies / pirog. Certainly he ate Börek which is a Turkish pie. Juicy good pie dough that I will fill with a minced meat mixture and grated cheese. The minced meat mixture consists of, among other things, ground beef, peppers, onions and I have some tomato sauce from yesterday's pizza baking left that will fit perfectly! #Food
