"Smørrebrød", a traditional Danish sandwich that usually consists of a slice of coarse and compact wholemeal bread. Then there is an infinite number of combinations on how to serve this. I mix mayonnaise, chopped boiled egg, a pinch of garlic and salt. With thinly sliced pepper beef, chili and green onions, it was really good! #Food
