Energy Giver And Energy Taker
We all know how vital it is to retain our energy at its peak and guard it from anything that could cause it to deplete. Some activities we participate in will severely lower their energy at once, while some will gradually reduce it until you start noticing..... The term "energy" refers to not just physical energy but also creative discipline, spiritual energy, financial energy, sociological energy, personal energy and physiological energy.

I would share some things that when we get involved with, it will increase our energy and things that would likely decrease our energy also.
1. ENERGY GIVER
Exercise
This will benefit your physical health, and a healthy body equals a healthy mind, therefore it will also boost your mental energy indirectly. Exercise has several benefits that you may not be aware of, one of which is that it fights cancer that is linked to fatigue and also has helped a lot of people dealing with anxiety and depression.. it has enough positive value so it's definitely an energy giver.
Friends and family
They are the ones that pushes you when you're are mentally down and depressed and they are also the ones that never let you down when you are in need... They help to provide solutions to your problems even in some cases that it might look impossible. So definitely family and friends are energy giver.
Self-care
Self-care include taking care of yourself, eating healthy food, protecting your mental health, socializing with people that bring out the best in you, exercising, always planning ahead... All these covers the physical, mental, social, personal energy and self-care tends to increase all, so it's an energy giver.
Reading
Reading is very important because it tends to sharpen you mentally and thereby increasing your general knowledge and sometimes it's usually fun to read especially when you get to discover something new or something that other people don't know.... So we all agree it's an energy giver since it helps us in a way.
Laughing
Laughing is the best medicine, I'm sure we are all aware of this quote and being the best medicine, I'm sure we all agree it's an energy giver.
2. ENERGY TAKER
Negativity
Whatever we think that's what we attract and when you're always feeling negativity about everything, eventually it will turn out to be negative and nothing prosperous even the little ones that should be achievable and continuously your energy will begin to drain both physically and mentally
Setting unrealistic goal
Setting goals that are unrealistic and not involving any plan, is like you planning to fail because with time you will start getting frustrated and disappointed before you get to the half way of your journey and most likely you will eventually quit and it will keep draining your energy physically, health wise and mentally till it completely dry off.
Addiction to drugs and alcohol
We all know the disadvantage of being addicted to drugs and alcohol and its effect on the health and our physical energy, relationship energy, infact all the energy in life because eventually you might be jailed, will most likely have trouble in your relationship, and eventually pass on before your destined time.
Pleasing people
Excessive pleasing of people will continually make you do things based on what others what you to do and you will mostly likely not be responsible for most of the decisions you make and if you continue you will lose the time you should have spent on things you love to do and the time you should have spent on yourself.
Whatever we do, ensure you're only involved in things that gives you energy rather than things that makes you lose energy.
