2. IRATE CUSTOMERS:
* Listen Attentively To The Customer.
* Don't take anything an angry customer says personally.
* Accept and acknowledge the problem don't make excuses.
3. ABUSIVE CUSTOMERS:
* STAY CALM.
* Always know that you are not target
4. COMPLAINT CUSTOMERS:
* Tackle aggression with warmth.
* Find the best way of solution towards complaint.
* Ask if he/she is satisfied with the solution.
5. RAMBLERS CUSTOMERS:
* Ask Specific Open-ended Question
* Respond positively to non-business conversion
* Remain warm and cordial but focused.
6. SILENT AND TIMID CUSTOMERS.
* Encourage conversation and question.
* Verify informations.
* Suggest various options.
7. DISINTERESTED CUSTOMERS:
* Do not show impatience.
* Tell them about the products benefits.
* Do not push to close, keep a steady pace.
