*The restorer's daily guide* DATE: FRIDAY 21TH SEPTEMBER 2020 THEME: *PRAY WITHOUT CEASING* MEMORIZE Ephesians 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; READ Luke 18:1-8 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith. And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? THOUGHT FOR TODAY *You can never pray enough, because we are to pray without ceasing.* MESSAGE Prayers is the key for building and sustaining our relationship with God. It is impossible for anyone to have any functional relationship with God outside a regular and steadily growing prayer life. A wise man once said: "Nobody can be more powerful than his or her prayer life." this means therefore that your prayer life reveals the state of your relationship with God. *Prayer is a continuous spiritual exercise needed to sustain our spiritual life and walk with the Lord*. Hence today's memory verse says, "Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints" This means prayer is in different forms and types. And we are expected to employ all kinds of prayers to keep moving forward in our lives and destiny in God. There are many reasons to pray always: 1. The need to be spiritually strong and sensitive to the leading of God for our lives always. Prayer is required to secure divine direction from God. 2. We are engaged in spiritual warfare which requires spiritual operation to deal with and stay victorious. Therefore we need to be prayerful. 3. We are dealing with a God who is a spirit and it will take a spiritual medium or channel to approach and to relate with Him. Prayer is that channel. 4. Some delays to answered prayers is not from God, sometimes there are powers to contend with in prayer and conquer to have spiritual breakthroughs, and some delays are just the test of our faith in God, while at other times we are not really ready for the things we are asking for from the Lord. However persistence in prayer makes a whole lot of sense in helping us breakthrough spiritually speaking. 5. Our family needs to be kept strong and safe with sustained prayers and supplication. Our children need a lot of prayers to grow up in the fear of God and to stay in the faith. 6. Our text today tells us to pray always for all the Saints across the globe 7. *The battle of spiritual delays in prayer are won from the altar of persistent praying*, etc. The parable of the Lord Jesus in today's text shows how powerful it is to "Pray without ceasing" *You can never pray enough because we are to pray without ceasing*. We should pray always to stay strong in our relationship with God. We should pray always to keep the faith. We should pray always to win the lost for the Lord, and as long as there are souls yet unsaved we are not to stop praying. We should keep at prayer until we see God face to face. Believers who see prayers only as a tool for getting things from the Lord will not see the need for this bigger picture in praying. We don't pray because of what we need or get from God but rather because of our dare need for God in our lives. Fifty-Seven Days To Trump's Reelection: Facts Nigerian Americans Must Swallow. American Democrats changed American politics to the very ugly when they started a needless impeachment process to get rid of a man, who they hitherto underrated and paid dearly for. There's nothing wrong with an impeachment, because it's part of a democratic process but the manner Nancy Pelosi lured the Democrats in their controlled lower chamber of the Congress and the wordings the House managers led by Adam Schiff employed to pursue the futile attempt, completely exposed the plot for what it truly was - a partisan hoax intended at brainwashing the American people into hating their president. They knew they hadn't enough grounds to impeach an American president but they needed the attention to stop him from a second term. That was the ultimate goal. But the 45th POTUS in name of Donald Trump recovered quite fast that the hate-riden exercise was heading for a huge boomerang before the world collapsed to a China-created pandemic. The way the Democrats instantly switched attention to using the pandemic to achieve what the impeachment process failed woefully to, forced reasonable people to start putting two and two together...and most were getting four. I knew politics was a dirty game but never anticipated that the American Democrats could turn it into this ugly. And just for blindly hating one individual so so deeply, they fragrantly disrespected and insulted the highest political office in the whole world - the office of the President Of The United States, simply referred to as POTUS. Now, that is America's problem - if they wanted to denigrate their institutions, it's their business. A mindset the Nigerian Americans in the ugly train of hating Trump concretized with solid reinforcements. But the POTUS we're talking about is not just any ordinary POTUS. No, they don't care. The wicked souls want you to shut up, Joe Biden gets elected and then we stew in our own juice while they enjoy whatever from a very safe distance. It's all about interests and I know where my interests lie - in Trump whose presidency is hell to any act of terrorism and suppression of Christianity. You will only be a fool to listen to those utterly selfish individuals. They love only themselves. Get up, support Trump in any way you can. Write in support of a man whose only crime against the hypocrites is that he refuses to sound politically correct. Preach in support of a man whose crimes are centred around being practical and saying things exactly the way they are. Campaign for a man who clearly loves his country and humanity at large. Do anything you can to save the modern world from a gang up of China and American Democrats. The world is a global village that anything you offer gets to the target. Don't mind the little-minded folks that cajole you that you have no voting right. If you are focused and strong in your message, you can convince up to 10 voters. We all have friends and relatives with voting rights in America. Appeal to them to remember your plight and vote to stop Islamic terrorists from taking over our farm lands, a sure scenario awaiting if that senile Joe Biden gets to become POTUS. If there's nothing you can do, just get on your knees and pray. The coming US election is the biggest challenge facing modern world. Vote or campaign for Trump to save God's world.

*Can Anyone Hear a Trumpet over Nigeria?* God speaks through dreams and visions, He speaks by an audible voice, but sometimes He simply hangs signs in the sky and tells His people to read those codes. Such signs are no less the voice of God than if a prophet with fire on his head had declared, “Thus saith the Lord…” Usually, those signs announce seasons; they are called _“signs of the times”_ (Matthew 16:1-3); signs by which we might generally tell the ‘time of day’ as if we were reading a clock. Sometimes the signs are things we see, sometimes they are things we sense, sometimes they are both things we sense and see. They might not always be signs in the sky, like a blood moon or some ominous formation of clouds (Luke 21:27; Acts 2:19-20). They could be as natural as the tender flower dressed better than King Solomon ever was, the little birds chirping their merry message to a world in too much worry and hurry to hear, or the fig tree growing there, for those who that can hear (Matthew 6:26-33; Mark 13:28-29). Over Nigeria now, there seems to be such a sign; a trumpet sounding, summoning voices for Pentecost of a kind, an old season ending and another chance coming. _“The kingdom of God”_ may come _“not with observation”_ (Luke 17:20), but times and seasons could. This year, October 1, Nigeria shall celebrate another Independence. I got a call last month: God had spoken to a group of Germans to pray daily for 40 days for Nigeria until October 1. I got another call from the US: a group had been praying for Nigeria for over seven years, now there was a leading for a 24-hour prayer cover which, fortunately, is an ongoing effort in Nigeria. Another pastor in the UK had been talking with me: God had prompted him to initiate 40 days of prayer and fasting for Nigeria until September 30th. We had been working at the logistics, mobilising intercessors towards the effort. That has been on, with impressive responses. I had got another call: a group of young student Nigerians in the United States was doing 60 days of quiet intercession three times daily until October 1. I have been in touch with them. The Catholic Bishops of Nigeria have proclaimed a 40-day prayer schedule that started since August 22, until Independence eve on September 30. The following day, Independence Day, shall be a day of common prayers. Their concern is the killings in Nigeria and the threatened destiny of the nation. The list is long of praying people – many of whom we would never know – groups and individuals in noiseless upper rooms who have seen a sign or heard a sound, to petition the heavens in this season for the birthing of a New by October, from the passing away of an OLD wine skin. At the end of one of our daily online prayer meetings in August, initiated at short notice in response to His Voice, a sister brought up her persuasion that thirty nations should be enlisted to pray a day each for Nigeria through September. That also has been on: 30 nations praying 30 days. The countries include Canada, Ghana, the United States, Uganda, China, Cameroon, Mali, the UK, South Africa, Panama, Turkey, Haiti, Qatar, etc. To what summon in the spirit are these all responding simultaneously, without plan? What sign is this? At least this also says to me that God is gathering eagles, and if any should be too proud or too busy, there are many replacements already out there. I do not wish to be replaced, not in this season nor ever. God is stirring the waters of Nigeria. Amen. At the beginning of this month, I got a message from a dear brother, a pastor over a prominent church with headquarters in Nigeria and branches outside, a missionary and an intercessor. The message stressed the point more strongly about the season and its signs. It said, "Welcome to the Month of Sept. This is the month that will end the year 2020 and begin the new year, according to the Jewish Calendar. The Jewish new year and the Feast of Trumpet is on Sept. 17th & 18th. The Day of Atonement & National repentance is on Sept 27th & 28th. I am calling all of us to a season of 21 to 30 days fasting and prayer, this month." The prayer call is for “Personal and Corporate Revival,” for “a great awakening in the Church and in the Nation,” for God to “raise and manifest the JOSEPH and the DANIEL COMPANY all over NIGERIA and the Continent of AFRICA.” It’s a “Daniel fast” during which participants might take only “vegetables and fruits” or break the fast in the evening. I was concluding this epistle when I got a call from a praying mother from the leadership of a global women’s prayer movement in Nigeria. She said she was calling to encourage me. They had just returned from a prayer mission to one of the states in eastern Nigeria. Our prayers in this season have not been in vain. Testimonies abound to the many answers to the season’s intense prayers, for which the enemy has been most desperately fierce. Sadly, we seem to have been hearing and fearing about the enemy’s calendar more than we would hear the Lord’s. What is God about to do in this season? Why all the ‘mobilizations’ to prayer? A ‘happy new year’ call in a very auspicious season according to God’s calendar coincidental again with Nigeria’s calendar? October 1 is another Independence celebration for Nigeria. For Pharaoh’s forces desperate to kill all Jews, may God prepare a Red Sea after a Night that shall not be passed over. Amen. Happy New Year, O land; Happy New Year. Amen. In alignment with the season, The Preacher weekend retreats in Nigeria, interrupted in March and June by coronavirus regulations, shall hold for one day from 9am on Thursday, October 1, physically at The Retreat Centre of St Andrew’s Anglican Church in Port Harcourt, and online through media platforms that shall later be supplied on the website and in subsequent posts. Besides the multiple ongoing fasts in the nation, participants shall, as usual, fast daily from Sunday, September 27. The fast on October 1 shall be broken together at the end of the meeting in the evening after a very strategic Communion. Each participant should have studied the book of Lamentations – as we pass through the mourning gates in sackcloth and ashes into merciful restorations for a people and a land – even you. Amen. Interested participants shall have registered ahead by email or SMS, free. Can anyone hear a trumpet over Nigeria? Does it still make an uncertain sound (1 Corinthians 14:8)? According to this season in God’s calendar, are we be able to say again ... and may we truly say, “Happy New Year, O land; Happy New Year.” Amen.

The Time To Save Yourself Ezekiel 14:12-23 "....when a land sin against me...I will stretch out my hand against it....even if these three men, Noah, Daniel and Job were in it, they would deliver but their own lives by their righteousness.... Or if I send a pestilence (e.g.Covid-19) into the land and pour out my wrath....." My heart burns as I took a study of the book of Ezekiel and got more understanding about what is going on in the nations at this critical time Beloved, this is the time for everyone of us to accept Jesus Christ as his or her Lord and Savior thereafter work out his or her own salvation with fear and trembling. This is the time for every wise person to live a holy life like Noah in that sexually perverse and corrupted generation that later experienced the wrath of Jehovah. Phil 2:12-14, Genesis 6 From the look of things, this generation is not ready to return to Jehovah from her prodigality therefore our sufferings and woes will continue to increase. Prayer and fasting without returning from our prodigality to Jehovah as we have been doing will not avert the ongoing and looming Sword, Pestilence and Famine. The church or Christians also are not ready for total repentance and complete return to Jehovah as He prescribed in Joel 2:12-18 for our national restoration. Immorality of various kinds have continued to rock our nation to our doom. Read Nahum 3:3-5 and Hosea chapters 4:7-12 and 5:1-5 and you will discover that a nation given to sexual immorality is headed for doom. The Bible says sexual immorality and alcohol are nation destroyers in Hosea 4:10 So much alcohol and sexual immorality in Nigeria today. This is a clear indication that there is danger ahead and the only ones that will escape are those who turn to Jehovah, renounce and forsake all sinful lifestyles. Proverb 28;13 Jesus is the only savior of mankind as we were told in John 14:6 and Acts 4;12. If you fail to give your life to Jesus, you will not survive this time and your soul will end in Hell. Jude 7 and Revelation 20:11-16 As the righteousness of Noah, Daniel and Job couldn't stop the wrath of God during their times or generations neither could the prayers or intercessions of Jeremiah, Isaiah and Abraham stop the wrath of Jehovah, that is how our righteousness or prayers will not stop the sword, famine and pestilence coming upon of nations except our people repent and return to God completely like the people of Nineveh in the time of Jonah. Jehovah will yet afflict our nations with the sword, famine and pestilence but the righteous will be delivered and preserved. The rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous in Nigeria. Psalm 125. Fulani herdsmen are not our problem but sin and iniquity. Now is the time for the Christianity of "save your own self" Its not the time of doing it because others are doing it. Its the time to imitate and follow Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:1-10.Philippians 3:17-21 This is the time for every preacher to save himself and every hearer must also save himself or herself. 1Tim 4:16 This is the time for every unbeliever, sinner and church member to save himself or herself. Col. 3:5-11,Eph.5:5-7 Noah was saved because he kept himself. If you keep yourself from the sin and corruption of this moment by accepting Jesus and thererafter working out your salvation, Jehovah will keep you from the hour of trial and trouble coming upon our nation. See, we have not seen anything yet. There is real trouble on the way. Rev.3:10, Ezek 9:4-11, Please make up your mind to be among the remnants. Give your life to Jesus Christ if you have not done that and if you have, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Live a holy life and don't allow anybody to deceive you with the theology of hell call eternal security or hyper-grace. Study Hebrews chapter 6 and 10. Romans 6 and 1John 3. If you die in sin after salvation by grace, you will go to hell. All those minister teaching eternal security are backsliders. Very sexually immoral pastors and Fallen generals. Assignment: Read 1Timothy 4:16 Ezekiel 3 and Jeremiah 44. Jeremiah 15 Noah lived in the most corrupted and violent generation yet he was righteous. You don't have an excuse. Daniel lived in an idolatrous and worldly nation. The center of the worship of the dragon. Yet he was righteous. Job lived in a nation that lacked the fear of God and was full of evil but he was different. Beloved, you are inexcusable. The righteousness of your pastor or parent cannot deliver you from this dark moment. The prophetic covering of your man of God will not keep you in this time. Your charms and satanic or occult powers will not help or deliver you except Jesus Christ. What we are witnessing now may last longer than we think but Jehovah will see the righteous through. One day we shall all stand to give account for our selves and not that of others to God. Save yourself beloved. The Lord knows those who are His. 2Tim 3:19-20. Are you sure you are among the remnants? The righteous? Those cleansed and preserved by the Blood of Jesus? Your prayer should be; Oh Lord, perform a divine surgical operation on me, remove the stony heart from me and give me the heart of flesh. Put in me, a new spirit in Jesus name. Amen. Ezekiel 11:19-21. Jer 17:8-12 Ezekiel 36. Revive me oh Lord! Please don't forget Hebrews 2:1-4, "...How shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation..." If you neglect the Salvation through Jesus Christ, on the pretense that you go to church yet living in sin or you are a Muslims or any other religion, you will not escape the trouble of the moment and the damnation of hell when you die. There is hell waiting for those who neglect salvation in the name of Jesus Christ. So many once saved by grace people have neglected this great salvation and continued in sin. Luke 16. Its is only Jesus that can save from eternal damnation. Read Mark 16:15-20 The starting point for saving yourself is giving your life to Jesus Christ. *A peep into god’s arsenal* Jeremiah 50:25 said, “The Lord has opened his arsenal and brought out the weapons of his wrath, for the Sovereign Lord Almighty had work to do in the land of the Babylonians”(NIV). An arsenal is a building where weapons and military equipment are stored. Some other Bible versions called it weaponry. NKJV called it armoury. God is a man of war. That is established throughout the Scriptures. He is the Lord of host, and he has his contingent of heavenly armies (and earthly too). As a good Warrior, he controls the most equipped arsenal or armoury in heaven and on earth. When he has a work to do, as in the case of destroying the Babylonians in the above passage, he opens his arsenal and brings out the appropriate weapons of his wrath to execute his judgment. God’s arsenal contains both conventional and unconventional weapons. An example of conventional weapons is the sword. A little back in Jer 47:6-7, the Scriptures said, “O you sword of the Lord, how long until you are quiet? Put yourself up into your scabbard, rest and be still! How can it be quiet, seeing the Lord has given it a charge against Ashkelon and against the seashore…?” But God’s arsenal is so rich, beyond the weapons that looks like the ones we use as humans, so much that the moment he opens it, anything could surface for his use in attacking his enemies. In Egypt, he used blood, frogs, gnats, flies, boils, hail, locust, darkness, and selective death of all firstborns. In the conquest of Canaan by Joshua, we saw angels practically coming to join humans in battle, we saw hailstone coming from the sky and killing more enemies than human swords (Josh 10:11). Fire was always available directly from heaven when it was needed. Where humans listened to God’s instruction, God gave them the right weapons (however simple or foolish it might be) and they won their battles. A shout brought down the walls of Jericho. Praise turned the enemies of Jehoshaphat against each other. Just a sling stone brought down the giant Goliath. Today, though the weapons of our warfare are now spiritual, the arsenal is still alive. We now even have the most potent weapons kept for our use when we are to fight spiritual warfare. The Sword of the Spirit is still as sharp as ever. The blood of Jesus is always powerful. The name of Jesus remains a strong tower. At its mention, every knee still bows and every tongue still confesses. The Fire of the Holy Spirit is still burning, and God still inhabits the praises of his people. So, what is the battle you are facing today? The Lord will open his arsenal and bring out the weapons of his wrath. He will discomfit your enemies. You also have access to this arsenal. As you pray, let the Holy Spirit lead you, and as you pick up the right weapon and fight, victory will be yours in Jesus name.
