The courage I wanted to talk about courage  What is the meaning of courage? It means undertaking only the tasks that you must do.  Components of Smart work 1. Information: To work smartly means to work with or base on right and timely information in your field. It means to be up to date on the innovations. The reason why most people work hard without meaningful result is because the work with outdated information and outdated knowledge and strategies.  Knowledge:* Working smartly require you seek for knowledge and gain full understanding.  Every working endeavor has its unique technical know-how. No matter how hard you work, failure to master the technical of what you do equal working without result.lack of knowledge is what cause most hard workers to end up without meaningful result. 3. Risk: Working smartly requires that you take risk time without number, not needless risk but calculated ones. Alinko Dangote, Femi Otedola can explain better.
