Lime and Lemon can be very close in giving the same nutrients and have the same attributes. Both lemon and lime are very high in Vitamin C and they contain an important antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage.
The high vitamin C that lime and lemon contains also helps our body to absorb iron from foods and helps support the immune system, this vitamin C helps in the production of Collagen which is an important substance for healing wound fast.
The lines are small, round and always green, while lemons are usually larger with a shape of an oval and often bright yellow. Both fruits have the same attributes of acidic and sour taste, while lemons tends to be sweeter, the limes have a more bitter taste and flavor.
Lime and lemon juice has a useful properties and sometimes both can be used in place of another. Both can be used as lime and lemon juice because of its very similar taste and acidity level, in making a cocktail, lime and lemon are keys and used to garnish the cocktail drinks.
Another important benefits of lime and lemon is that they help manage your weight, because of the citric acid involves which can boost metabolism which in turn helps you burn more calories and have less fat storage, though in addition of losing weight, regular physical activity like exercise are very important too in losing excess pounds and weights.
Lime is also very effective in solving stomach disorder and keep wrinkles at bare minimum. With the vitamin C it produces which our body can't produce unless we get it from the food we eat, it keeps our body springy and full. When we don't have enough, the wrinkle will take up very fast but it can slowed down when we take enough and right vitamins.
