Ingredients;
Get your garden eggs (either of the ones mentioned above), your palm oil, your medium size smoked fish, your ground pepper, locust bean, your onion, crayfish, and salt to taste.
How to Prepare;
First Step; make sure you rinse and remove the green stalk, then in a medium size pot, boil the garden eggs for about 10 minutes to make it tender and marshable.
When it's done, chop the boiled garden eggs into smaller pieces with a small mortal and pestle or a small paddle used for turning, make your you blend it with a little water. You can blend it smooth or rough depends on your taste or likeness. After pounding, the set aside.
Second step; Get your pot, and heat up the palm oil till it losens up a little, then add the chopped onion and locus beans, stir until it's fried for about 5 minutes.
Third Step; After heating the oil and pouring your onion and locust beans, then pour the pounded garden eggs, your smoked fish, seasoning cubes, crayfish, pepper and salt into the same pot. Then mix everything together and leave it to cook for about 15 minutes, and when it's cooked, turn off the heat.
Now you are done and it's ready to be served. You can serve with yam and boiled or roasted Plantain.
