warning: content is purely for Filipinos.

It's been a busy day...

How are you guys? Hope you are all well at the confines of your home especially if you are a Filipino. Not discriminating against anyone it's just that the cases of Covid19 (omicron variant) keep on growing every day not by hundreds but by thousands every day.

A lot of Filipino are getting sick nowadays and it's kinda alarming. It looks like the whole year now is a season of flu. However, if it's just the normal flu, it's fine but the thing is the Omicron variant symptoms are just like the symptoms of flu, and taste and smell are not affected like the first variant. And I think this time it is hard to differentiate if it's normal flu or if you are infected already.

Sharing here with you the symptoms of each variant. Image source: Facebook

See the difference between each variant? And it is hard to be complacent and declare that what you have is just the normal flu. Let's all be responsible community members and do our part to know what we really have.

There are a lot of swab testing areas that you can visit and that you don't have to spend a cent just to get tested. Hmmm, don't tell me that you still have to spend on your transportation fare. If you really don't have extra cash to use for that you can approach your barangay captain and ask for help and they will be willing to assist you.

Now, for those who don't want to approach their barangay because of the Marites that are just around the corner, you can go directly to the swab testing area. Here is the list of swab testing areas here in NCR that you can contact or visit if you need to get tested. Sorry to those are in Visayas and Mindanao areas as I don't have details on where you can be tested.

Book marking. This variant is annoying indeed. And the fact that everyone is getting the "flu" is also surprising. I would like to encourage everyone to get tested but I can't blame them if they'd rather not .. but then again if they dont get tested, they make their "healthy" housemates who are probably going out... Spreaders... 😬 Arghhh...

my sentiments exactly.... so I guess if its free... why not just get tested for the peace of mind of everyone around us.. and for the sake of each others health too..

This is a very helpful information sis, thank you. We got the flu, 2 na lang kami sa bahay ang hindi pa nagkakaron. Yung niece ko she vomited, my partner didn't but 2-3 days lang ang symptoms nila which I am thankful for.
