Right Mindset Will Lead You To Success
As I dive deeper into the Freelancing world, I've got to know how vast it is that I still have to learn its process. Even if I am confident I can write, I am not that fully knowledgeable about its process and this is what I am going through right now. The freelancing business is wide and you have to choose the right skills and market for you.
To learn the process, you have to do all the effort. Such as researching, joining groups that have the same interest as you, and many more. You can't just sit down and daydream about your success without doing any effort. Sometimes you have to sleep late at night and wake up early just to learn stuff, etc.
The right mindset will lead you to success
As I joined groups about the freelancing industry I've read about countless journeys of freelancers. They all have the same inputs when it comes to defining their success. It is to never give up after how many failures and rejections. They didn't get their success overnight, in fact, they've encountered numerous discouragements but they never give up.
Just tonight, I read about an inspiring freelancer who shares his freelancing journey. I was inspired because he is one of the DOTA BOYS and didn't finish college. I can relate because I am not a college graduate too and he inspired me to push further in pursuing freelancing. If he did it, why can't I?
He just stated three relevant things that leads him to where he is right now.
So here's his input on how he gets $536 monthly to $6,000 from freelancing;
Right mentality and consistency
Learn the process
The right attitude and work ethics
Right mentality and consistency
Never think other freelancers are just lucky and you are not. Don't believe that you did everything when you can't see any results from it. Others keep leveling up because they are the ones who did twice or triple your efforts. Your success depends on your efforts, some are even sleepless chasing their dreams.
Always be consistent and never slack off if you want to get to your destination of success. Those who are successful have undergone many failures and pressures but they overcome them and end up victorious.
Learn the process
You can't master something if you don't know how to do it. Learn the process so you will know what to do. Learn what skills you wanted to pursue that are according to your interest. Learn what market you want and their pain points. Never stop learning.
The right attitude and work ethics
If you are already starting or halfway on what you pursue, the right attitude and work ethic will bring you even further. Some give up or fall halfway because they don't have the right attitude and work ethic.
Before you give up on something, ask yourself if you did everything at your best. You will know the answer and it will change your mind.
Having the right attitude and work ethic will maintain your standing position, so never forget that.
That's what I've learned from his post, you can see it here. It was a brief testimonial but it got me and inspires me a lot.

So true :)) I'm planning to do freelance jobs after I graduate since I really don't like the setup of being a corporate slave. As early as being still a student, I'm starting to explore this world. Hope we could achieve our goals in the future. Putting the right mindset to motivate ourselves and strengthen our determination is surely a good method indeed.
