NOT EVERYONE IS LOOKING AT YOU!!!
At times, people get this feeling that they are being noticed by everyone. And for people with social anxiety, this feeling can be blown or rather say overemphasized. At some point they also see themselves as being the center of one's own world.
WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE?
It's not common to find yourself embarrassed, at some point in life it happens. Take for example:
When you go to a place for the first time, you may get this feeling that everyone is staring at you and probably thinking bad about you. You may then become conscious of how you walk, or even want to hide to stay lonely all day.
When people make negative contributions in a group discussion, they tend to overestimate how memorable it will be to other members.
The spotlight effect can be experienced by anyone and in various situations.
For those with social anxiety, this feeling could be even worse.
HOW DO YOU GET OVER IT?
Focus your attention outwards and notice other people reaction to you.
This will help you stop focusing your attention on your anxiety, as well as also help you to notice how little other people pay attention to your situation. Once you realize that people are caught up in their own situation, it'll be easy for you to see that the spotlight is not shinning on you and highlighting your flaws.
If you discover that you in a way find yourself in this situation, don't panic, apply the above suggestion. And remember YOU ARE NOT AS OBVIOUS AS YOU THINK

I am like that when I was a teenager, when I am in a new place I thought everyone will stare at me so I am so conscious about everything that I will do.
