If you have any plans of changing the way you live, you'll need a whole new level of mindfulness about your choices and decisions, your thoughts processes, your actions and activities.
And frankly speaking, maintaining this level of awareness will seem forced in the best of circumstances and will make you uncomfortable at many times than usual. This tend to bring about procastination.
Procastination is natural for everyone, but the after effects are havocs.
In the process of writing this article today, I had the urge to procastinate. But I told myself it's "Now or Never".
In order to succeed in life, you need to be action-oriented in a very deliberate and mindful way, because once you're in the habit of procrastinating, it can become hard to see a way out.
One way I know you can get past procastination is to tell yourself "it's now or never" and just start. When you designate specific time to specific tasks, and the time for a task come tell yourself "it's now or never" and just start.
When you map out a realistic plan for yourself or for a particular day, and the time to execute the plan comes, tell yourself "it's now or never" and just start.
Time is the most precious commodity. A friend of mine will always say "no time to waste time". Your time is far too precious to waste on unproductive things. Whatever thing you've been putting off, sit down, tell yourself "it's now or never" and start today. In 20 minutes time, you'll be glad you did!

It's a very nice concept what you write the above. Time and tide waits for none. So, we should don't waste our time in wrong way.
