Almost a years since I'm suffering in eczema. I don't know where it started but my mom said she also had it because of washing or keeping her feet wet for a long time. My older brother also had it when he was still in high school and he also said he did not know how he had it, their eczema takes only a few months and disappeared immediately. I take medicine when he has an itch.

This is my finger looks now. As you can see it's a mark only but eczema not looks like that only. It looks like a bubble with water inside and that water makes you irritate because if the bubble didn't pop to make the water release, it's so itchy.

What exactly is ezcema?

Eczema is skin disease that usually occurs in childhood and affects approximately 10% of the world's population. As eczema roots, it is an allergic condition that occurs under the skin.

In my case, it is the irritation, rubbing or trauma to the skin that activates the inflammatory cells in the skin and produces a rash.

Symptoms may include dry, itchy skin with red or brown patches, raised bruises or raw, broken skin, especially on the cheeks, arms, fingers and legs.

The more itchy the skin, the more scratches you have and the worse the symptoms, creating an endless cycle.

Another problem with eczema is that irritation can cause bacteria to enter the skin, leading to further inflammation, scarring and potentially more dangerous infections. (see pictures below)

The symptoms also of eczema can be made worse by a certain foods. Food allergies are rarely alone cause of eczema. Eating fish, chicken and other fishy foods can irritate your skin if you have eczema. This skin disease usually affects young children but can continue to adulthood. They said that there is no cure in eczema.

HERE ARE SOME FOODS THAT WE NEED TO EAT TO AVOID ECZEMA

  • Probiotics are found in fermented foods such as yogurt. These so-called beneficial bacteria have "strong anti-inflammatory effects." They are also beneficial for maintaining gut health and a healthy gut microbiome, which is considered essential for overall health and well-being.

  • Herbs and spices such as turmeric and ginger have strong anti-inflammatory properties and offer other health benefits.

  • Whole grains and beans such as peas.

  • Fruits and Vegetables

  • Vitamin C found in various plant foods, mainly citrus fruits, Vitamin C helps maintain a healthy immune system.

  • Flavonoids are found in green tea, berries, citrus, red wine and dark chocolate. These compounds found in plants also have anti-inflammatory properties.

  • Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects cells from damage and can strengthen the body's immune system. Seeds, nuts, and leafy vegetables are good sources of vitamin E.

An anti-inflammatory diet restricts or eliminates processed foods, leading to increased inflammation in the body. Although hard data on its effectiveness for eczema is illogical, anti-inflammatory methods are good for eliminating processed foods and eating fresh, whole foods.

Disrupting the skin's natural moisture with emotions, daily baths and other treatments can make a big difference in addition to eating healthy, reducing stress, and eliminating exposure. Other allergens and environmental stimuli.

Consult with your doctor to get the right diagnosis and find the right treatment. You may need to do some tests such as: Eating problems to find out what makes your symptoms worse and make sure there are no other skin conditions or allergies at work.

Healing eczema is a process that goes beyond the table. Eczema is a multifactorial condition. Diet plays an important role, but it interacts with other environmental factors such as weather and stress. Managing the condition well are these environmental factors. It means "relieve" and discuss further treatment and guidance with a dermatologist.

Is there anyone suffering this kind of skin diesease? How you handle the itchy skin? Share your thoughts and your treatment on this.

Thank you!

Skin issues are related to DNA most of the times or something that you eat as part of your routine such as salt or sugar. Decrease the intake will give you idea if symptoms use to disappear or decrease. It worked in my case totally

You better consult your dermatologist, do not take that skin disease for granted. It may cause you more problem if not given medical attention.

I already consult, they give me an ointment to put on itchy skin. I can't avoid eating chicken or some fishy food. I can't remember what year it disappeared but it came back again after almost 1 year.

Well, there are things that we love but have negative effects to us. Self-control is necessary.
