Now, after melting 3 tablespoons of butter in a slightly deep pan, we roast the pine nuts thoroughly. We need to roast the pine nuts until they turn brown, but be careful not to burn them. Keep an eye on them when roasting pine nuts, because there is a possibility that they will suddenly burn.
After our pine nuts are browned, we add 1.5 large glasses of semolina to the pan and fry for 20 minutes. There are 2 points that we should pay attention to while roasting the semolina. The first point is that we will do this process on low heat. The second point is that we need to stir constantly. Just like pine nuts, semolina should not burn. After roasting our semolina well, we slowly pour the sauce we prepared before over the semolina and pine nut mixture in the pan.
