First, we boil 2 large glasses of water in a saucepan. Then, we throw the rice, which we washed with water a few times, into the hot water in the pot and boil it on low heat. We need to soak the rice in water and boil it until it turns into a puree. While doing this, we have to mix it gently several times.
When the rice comes to the consistency of porridge, we add 1 liter of milk and continue to cook on high heat. After the milk we added to the pot boils, we continue cooking for 10 minutes on low heat. Don't forget to mix it lightly from time to time.

While doing this, we must continue to stir the mixture in the pot. The starch we pour into the pot should not clump together under the influence of heat.
Yes, we have added all the ingredients. Now we will continue to cook on low heat for a while in order for our dessert to reach the desired consistency.
So how do we know that our dessert has reached the desired consistency?
Very simple. Small air bubbles will begin to form on the mixture that boils over low heat. After seeing these little air bubbles, all we have to do is continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Then our dessert will be cooked. We can turn off the stove. The consistency of our mixture should be a little runny.
Now that we've cooked our dessert, there's still some small work to be done before serving. We have to pour the mixture in the pot into small bowls. While putting the mixture into the bowls with the help of a ladle, you should make sure that you put an equal amount of rice in each bowl. Since the rice in the pot will collapse to the bottom, it will be appropriate to mix it every time and put it. Desserts waiting at room temperature should be kept in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours after they have cooled sufficiently. Rice pudding is a dessert that is eaten cold.
