Ingredients :
fish - 500 gm (any fish).
Onion paste - 2 teaspoons.
Chopped onion - half cup.
Garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
Ginger paste - 2 teaspoons.
Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons.
Testing salt - 3 teaspoons.
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
Bread crumbs - 2 cup.
Cheese - half cup.
Egg - 2 pieces.
Pepper powder - 2 teaspoons.
Red pepper powder - 3 teaspoons.
Sugar - Quantitatively.
Salt - Quantitatively.
Soybean oil - Quantitatively.
Preparation method :
First you has to be cut the fish into pieces. Then you have to washed it very well with water. Then put it in a bowl.
Now you have to put a pan on the oven. Give a little water. Then put the fish pieces in it and it must be boiled very well. When it's boiled properly, have to turn off the oven and put it in a bowl.
After that, you have to blend the boiled fish pieces in the blender.
Then, you have to take a bowl. Put the fish mince in it. Add all the ingredients such as pepper powder, red pepper powder, chopped onion, onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, testing salt, tomato sauce, cheese, lemon juice, salt, sugar and has to be mixed it well.
Marinate it and leaves in the fridge for 2 hours.
In an another bowl, break the eggs and beat it well.
Need one more bowl. So, take a bowl and put the bread crumbs in it.
When the fish mince will marinate well, take it out of the fridge.
Now you have to make small kebabs from the fish mince. Then the kebabs should be dipped in the eggs. Then the kebabs should be well coated in the bread crumbs.
After that, you have to put a pan on the oven. Add some soybean oil into it. Then give the fish kebabs in it and fry it properly. When it is fried, turn of the oven.
Now pour it into a nice serving dish and serve garnished as desire.
