Physical and Mental Exhaustion : The Cause and Solution

Today I was doing some work, and it takes so long then suddenly I feel exhausted.The only advantage is it gives me idea what to write, and it's about mental and physical exhaustion.

As a result of keeping our body to do some heavy works for a long time, there is a physical and mental change the a person can experience. As a result of this change, the performance of the person decreases. This change his mental and physical condition is called fatigue or exhaustion.

Psychologists divided fatigue into two categories. One is physical exhaustion and the other is mental exhaustion;

1. Physical Exhaustion.

Every excessive physical exertion is called physical exhaustion. This exhaustion is caused by the reaction of our muscles and sensory cells. Each of us has a limit to physical labor, and physical exhaustion occurs when we exceed this limit. Under normal circumstances, the body itself fulfills the physical needs that are felt during work. This will give a result of rapid respiration, the need for extra oxygen need to meet. When blood pressure and heart rate increases, excess sugar is released. When the work becomes more arduous and our endurance decreases, excess cold or heat is damaged resulting in fatigue.

2.Mental Exhaustion.

Overthinking can be harm in our health, the mental performance decreases and fatigue occurs. For example, if you read for a long time about a book that you're not interested in, that you're forcing to it, then your mind can feel stress. The interest in thinking critically and reading starts decrease. This act of decreasing interest in reading can lead to mental exhaustion.

Now I will highlight some of the causes of mental fatigue;

1.Lack of mental preparation: We need to be mentally prepared before starting any kind of work. When we do not have a clear idea of ​​what we are going to do, then mental exhaustion comes quickly.

2. Not getting used to do a participate work: If you do any task or work regularly, then your mind already used to that work. But, if you change to other work, you will easily get tired of that task. So due to lack of habit, fatigue often occurs.

3. Lack of mental will: If we are reluctant to implement any work, then that work can be exhausted quickly. When the mental desire is strong, hard work often becomes easy. So lack of mental desire is an important cause of exhaustion.

4. Environmental factors: In addition to physical and mental causes, some environmental factors can also cause fatigue. Unhealthy environment, those with improper ventilation; very hot or very cold weather is not conducive environment for any work. In such environment you are more likely to get tired or stress easily.

Ways to get rid of mental fatigue.

As fatigue arises, loss of physical and mental strength can be a result, it is possible to eliminate fatigue by bringing good health and activities better to your body and mind. We can get rid of fatigue by doing the following;

1. Affection for work or program. As I've said, if we have the interest to do a task then no exhaustion happen.

2. Rest and sleep. Our body needs nutritious food to compensate for the loss, similarly with proper rest and sleep is required to overcome fatigue.

3. The monotony of work must be avoided.
