Responsible Action Sheet This is one of the activities that were given to us before. It's just now that I am able to see and read them again.

It wasn't the given format. It is my idea to make it like this. In every envelope that you see, there are messages inside. Let's open the first envelope!

Each envelope contains either 2 or 3 messages. The first one contains message number 1 and message number 2. These are the written phrase:

Message 1: Anger When I get angry, it helps me feel better if: I do something such as moving around or doing some stuff that keep myself away from being angry like writing down my thoughts. Message 2: Sadness When I feel sad, it helps me feel better if I: Listen to my favorite musics particularly to the songs that are lively. Let myself cry to feel relief after crying. Play a game in my phone.

Now let's proceed to the next one! The messages are: Message 3: Anxious/Nervous If I feel anxious or nervous, it helps me feel better if I: Take a deep breath for a moment. Imagine that I am sorrounded with people who are very close to me. Message 4: Grumpy When I feel grumpy, it helps me feel better if I: Take a moment then smile. Helped someone without asking for something in return. Get my phone and listen to a music. Are you enjoying? I hope so. Now let's go to 3rd envelope!

The envelope contains 2 messages, here they are: Message 5: Lonely When I feel lonely, it helps me feel better if : I spend a quality time for myself such as going in the city and treat myself. I bond with special people in my life such as my family and friends. Message 6: Embarrassed When I feel embarrassed, it helps me feel better if I: Put a big smile on my face, laugh and pretend like nothing was happened. (Because of it, I remembered something embarrassing again. Haha) **Are you responsible enough to your actions?** It has part 2. The next part will be published soon. So, stay tuned if you want yi read more about it.
