Gala cupcake cake
Ingredients:
1 pack of 300 g of Turkish biscuit - you will need more petit because it is thicker and heavier
1.5 liters of milk
5 puddings with sweet sour cream taste
3 vanilla sugars
100 g of white chocolate
250 g butter or margarine
6 tablespoons crystal sugar
250 g of powdered sugar
200 ml sweet sour cream (whipped cream, hullala, fog, halta, cow)
Preparation:
Take one glass of milk and mix puddings, crystal sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour all that glass of milk and mix so that there are no lumps.
Put the rest of the milk on the fire to boil, and when it boils, boil the whipped pudding and stir until it thickens.
Remove the thickened pudding from the heat, add the broken white chocolate and stir until it melts.
Then put foil or bag over the pudding, directly on the pudding and leave to cool to room temperature, and then put it in the fridge for an hour.
You will need a very large container.
When the pudding has cooled, whisk the butter or margarine that must be at room temperature with the powdered sugar in that large bowl.
They should be nicely combined and spread, foamy on the bowl in which you are stirring, and not stay on the mixers of the mixer (for beginners).
Then just transfer the whiskers to the cooled pudding and turn it over a bit.
Take a few tablespoons, one 5, pudding and add to the butter, then whisk.
Add 5 tablespoons again and whisk again.
Add the remaining pudding in two parts with butter and whisk everything together.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweet sour cream, then add the pudding and butter cream.
Whisk everything well. Make sure that there is no unpeeled pudding left on the bottom of the bowl, check it with a spatula (for beginners).
Divide the biscuit into 4 equal parts.
I stacked it in a djuvec casserole (deeper casserole) in which I put the bag on the bottom. Red biscuits and red fillets. 4 rows of biscuits and three rows of filling. I have a little filling left that I saved to coat the cake on top when I took it out of the pan.
I kept the cake pan in the fridge for about 4 hours, so I turned it on a tray and coated it with the rest of the filling and decorated it.
I prefer this way because I don't spend time straightening the edges, spreading the biscuits on the tray because they don't dip in the milk.
The biscuit can of course be stacked in a single row and then a large amount of filling applied, because it is there, but it is a somewhat more difficult method. It is much easier in a casserole or in a hoop.
No mistake, I only used one pack of cookies. The cake is tall. It can also go like Scheherazade with two packs of biscuits, so as you wish.
Cool and serve.
Pleasant.
Nikola Tesla
Date of birth: July 10, 1856 Place of birth: Smiljan (Austrian Empire) Date of death: January 7, 1943 Place of death: New York Country: USA Occupation: Scientist
Nikola Tesla was a Serbian-American scientist, physicist and electrical engineer. He was one of the brightest minds of mankind. He is said to be the man "who invented the twentieth century" and "Prometheus of the twentieth century."
He is the first Serb to be nominated for the Nobel Prize and after whom the international unit of measure is named. He is the author of over 700 patents, and his most important inventions are: polyphase system, rotating magnetic field, asynchronous motor, synchronous motor, Tesla's transformer, alternating current system, etc. Biography of Nikola Tesla He was born on July 10, 1856 in Smiljan, in the former Military Border of the Austrian Empire. Tesla's father's name was Milutin and he was an Orthodox priest. He loved to read and had a rich library in which the scientist spent his childhood and learned foreign languages. During his life he spoke: Serbian, English, German, Italian, French, Czech, Hungarian, Latin and Slovenian. Her mother's name was Đuka and she was a hard-working woman from whom Nikola inherited a penchant for research life. The mother, unlike the father, experienced all the glory of her son. He had one brother, Dane, and three sisters: Angelina, Milka and Marica. It was named after his paternal grandfather. He was baptized in the Serbian Orthodox Church of St. Peter and Paul in Smiljan.
He finished the first grade in his hometown in a German elementary school, and he attended the other three grades and lower real high school in Gospić, where the family moved after the accident in which Tesla's brother Dane died. He was believed to be more capable and intelligent than Nikola. He enrolled in the High Real High School in Karlovac, and he was tormented by the fact that he was expected to continue the family tradition and become a priest. He graduated on July 24, 1873, in a group of seven students.
He went to Gospić for the holidays and fell ill with cholera. He was very ill and then he admitted to his father that he would like to study technique. His father promised him that he would go to the best technical school, after which he recovered. He spent some time in the village with his uncle, uncle Tomo Mandić, where he gathered strength for the upcoming efforts. In 1875 he enrolled at the Polytechnic School in Graz. He was interested in the natural sciences and spent all his free time studying. He slept four hours a day and read a large number of books, many of which he knew by heart. It seemed to Tesla that his father was not interested in the successes he achieved, but when he passed away, the scientist found letters sent to his father by professors advising him to drop Nikola out of school if he did not want to kill himself by overwork.
During his studies in Graz, Tesla came up with the idea of creating a turning field. However, his professor did not agree and considered this impossible. He applied twice to Matica Srpska for a scholarship, but both times he was rejected. So he left Graz and cut off contact with relatives and friends. In 1878 he started working as an assistant engineer in Maribor. He indulged in gambling, and his father barely found him and brought him home. He could not find an explanation for his son's behavior, so he passed away the following year. Tesla worked briefly at the Gospić Real Gymnasium and enrolled at a university in Prague to fulfill his father's wish. However, he was aware of the sacrifice his family was making, which is why he left his studies.
In 1881 he moved to Budapest and was chief telephone technician at the American Telephone Company. He invented a device that some consider to be a telephone amplifier and some to be the first speaker.
In 1882 he was employed in Paris by the Edison Continental Society. He worked as an engineer in the field of electrical equipment improvement. Having been noticed, he was recommended to Edison, who was then considered the hero of electricity. He then invented the rotating magnetic field and the inductive motor which he later constructed. He came to Gospić a few hours before his mother's death. Since he was attached to her, it hit him hard, so he recovered for three weeks in the village of Tomingaj, her birthplace. In 1884, Edison hired Tesla in his laboratory in New York. He soon progressed and was offered to redesign Edison's DC generator. Since the patents brought him a huge profit, Edison promised Tesla $ 50,000 when he finished everything successfully. When the scientist reminded him of that, he said that he was just joking and agreed to increase his salary by 10 dollars a week. Tesla immediately resigned and terminated the cooperation. Edison made money by charging expensively for his DC generators and scared people that alternating current was dangerous. Tesla refuted this by plugging in an AC circuit. In 1886, he founded the company "Tesla Electric Light & Manufacturing". Investors did not agree to use the AC motor, which is why they denied him financial assistance. In 1887, he worked as an ordinary worker to feed himself and raise money to construct the first brushless AC electric motor. The Westinghouse company wanted to buy his patents in this area. He developed the principles of Tesla's (his) coil and with Westinghouse engineers he practically applied his inventions. He also studied X-rays using a vacuum tube with one elbow. He believed that damage to the skin does not occur due to X-rays, but due to ozone that is formed in contact with the skin. He never published his work on this topic, and part of it was destroyed in a fire that occurred in 1895. In 1891, he became an American citizen. He had a new lab on Houston Street and showed a fluorescent light bulb that glows without wires. In 1892, he applied for the first patent in the field of multiphase currents. For the next two years, he was vice president of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers. He gave lectures and promoted his ideas throughout Europe. That was the last time he visited Belgrade and his homeland. On that occasion, he received the Order of Saint Sava II class. In 1893, he began researching high-frequency alternating currents. It produced an alternating current of one million volts with the help of Tesla's coil. In St. Louis, he showed a broadcast similar to radio communication. He had to fight with proponents of the use of direct current who opposed the use of alternating current. Tesla and his like-minded people won because the World Columbus Exhibition, which was held in Chicago, was illuminated by alternating current. The scientist explained the principle of a rotating magnetic field and an induction motor. In 1895, he was awarded the Order of Independence of Montenegro. In 1897, he showed the U.S. military a model of a radio-controlled ship. He talked about robotics and continued to research in the field of wireless signal and energy transmission. He was a key man in the construction of the first hydroelectric power plant at Niagara Falls, and on that occasion he spoke publicly about his research. However, they are a mystery because wireless power transmission has not been used. Tesla wanted to use the upper layers of the globe to transfer energy from one end of the world to the other. In 1898, a scientist invented an electric lighter or spark plug for gasoline engines with internal combustion. In 1899, he moved to Colorado Springs, where he continued his research. His experiments became the subject of urban legends. In his laboratory, he proved that the Earth is a conductor and artificially caused lightning. He studied atmospheric electricity and claimed to have recorded radio signals of extraterrestrial origin. Although the scientific community rejected this data, Tesla tried for a long time to send a signal to Mars. He left Colorado Springs in 1900, and his lab was demolished because he was in debt. He has prepared for the next project: erecting a wireless power transmission plant. One of America's richest men, JP Morgan, has invested 51% in Tesla's project called "World Radio System - Wardencliff Towers". In 1904, the American Patent Office granted a radio patent to Guillermo Marconi. Then Tesla started fighting to regain that patent.
The scientist worked on the "World Radio System" project until 1905, but he gave up because he had exhausted his finances. This was a very difficult period for him and he mainly dealt with patenting new and perfecting old inventions. In 1906, he publicly introduced his 200-horsepower bladeless turbines at 16,000 rpm. In 1909, Marconi received the Nobel Prize for the discovery of radio. Six years later, Tesla sued him and sought judicial protection for his rights to the radio. Due to the war, he stopped receiving funds from his European patents. In 1916, he went bankrupt because he had too many expenses. In 1917, he built the Telefunken wireless station on Long Island, but the US Navy demolished it because German spies could have abused it. He became obsessed with number three and was irrationally afraid of germs. Little was known about this disorder at the time, so many thought it was insanity. Tesla lived in the apartment of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, where he made a debt of 20,000 dollars. The owner of the hotel took ownership of Wardenclyffe and demolished the tower so that he could sell the plots. In the same year, Tesla was awarded the Edison Medal and set the principles regarding the frequency and power level of the first primitive radar. In 1919, he published his autobiography in the form of articles in the journal "Electrical Experimenter". In 1926, he was awarded the Order of Saint Sava I class, Kingdom of SCS. In 1928, Tesla was granted the last patent in the field of air transport. He constructed the first spacecraft with vertical takeoff and landing. In 1931, on his seventy-fifth birthday, he appeared on the cover of Time magazine. He received the Order of the Yugoslav Crown. In 1934, he thanked Mikhail Pupin because he believed that American companies must create a fund to ensure his carefree old age. Tesla refused, and accepted only a modest pension from the Yugoslav government. He continued to do research in accordance with his abilities and often fed the pigeons. In 1936, he was awarded the Order of the White Eagle Class I of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. In 1937, he stated that he had completed a unique field theory, but no one took it seriously. He received a medal from the University of Paris and the Order of the White Lion of the 1st class, Czechoslovakia. At that time, his friends Robert Underwood Johnson and Richmond Pearson Hobson passed away, which hit him hard. In the same year, he was run over by a taxi, which further endangered his fragile health. In 1939, he was awarded the medal of the University of St. Clement in Sofia. Tesla withdrew from public life, and he was only visited by his nephew Sava Kosanović and a couple of friends. He made an exception in 1942 when King Peter II Karadjordjevic came to his apartment to meet him. On January 5, 1943, he called the US Department of War and offered to reveal the secret of his super weapon. The officer he was talking to thought he was crazy, so he didn't take him seriously. Two days later, Tesla died at the New Yorker Hotel. It was noted that the cause of death was cardiac thrombosis, and the time was 22 hours and 30 minutes. On January 12, in the church of St. John the Theologian gathered two thousand people in Manhattan and sent him to eternal rest. Violinist Zlatko Balokovic, a scientist's friend, played at the funeral. He first performed the composition "Ave Maria", and then "Far Away". In 1943, the US Supreme Court restored Tesla's right to invent radio. The FBI confiscated all of his property and documents from the Immigration Service and declared it a top secret. The scientist's family fought for that property, and his nephew Sava managed to regain a small part that is in the Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade. Since 1957, the remains of this great man have also been in the museum, in an urn that has a spherical shape. His name was introduced to the House of Famous Inventors of America and eight countries celebrate his birthday as a national holiday. Nikola Tesla was awarded honorary doctorates: Technical Schools Vienna, Prague, Graz and Brno, Universities in Belgrade, Zagreb, Sofia, Poitiers, Paris and Grenoble, and the Polytechnic School in Bucharest. Some of Tesla's many quotes are: "I do not regret that others stole my ideas. I regret that they don't have their own. "" Your hatred, turned into electricity, could light up cities and towns. "(Serbs and Croats at the beginning of World War II)" I am equally proud of my Serbian family and my Croatian homeland. "(Telegram to Vlatko Maček 1930 .) Let the future tell the truth, evaluate each person according to his work and merits. The present is theirs, but the future is mine, for which I have worked so hard. ”“ Of all the “forces of friction,” the one that slows down human progress the most is ignorance, what the Buddha calls “the greatest evil in the world.” “Our virtues and our failures are inseparable, as force and matter. When they separate, there are no more people. ”“ If I am lucky enough to realize at least some of my ideas, it will be a charity for all humanity. If those hopes of mine are fulfilled, the best
The ship's thought will be that it is the work of a Serb. "(Nikola Tesla during his visit to Belgrade in 1892) (I intended to dedicate my whole life to work and because of that I renounced the love and company of a good woman; and more than that. I think a writer or a musician should get married. They thus gain inspiration that leads them to even greater success. But the inventor has such a fierce nature, with such a wild, passionate personality that he would have to abandon it all and thus give up the chosen field of work in order to devote himself to a woman. And it is a pity that it is so; sometimes we feel so lonely. "I always thought that a woman has those subtle mental and spiritual qualities that made her superior to a man. But the delicate woman I adore has now disappeared and given way to a woman who thinks her biggest goal is to look as much like a man as possible - in dress, voice and deed. The world has experienced many tragedies, but, in my opinion, the biggest tragedy is the current economic situation that has turned women against men and they, in many cases, manage to take his place in business and industry. The growing tendency of women to overshadow men is a sign of the decline of civilization. "The intention to increase the number of cattle in order to get more food seems correct, but such a crowd can only be fed on a" short breath ". It is certainly more important to grow vegetables and cereals, and I also think that vegetarianism is a recommended starting point for giving up barbaric habits. Many peoples who live almost exclusively vegetarian show greater strength and physical fitness. Some seedlings, such as oats, are more cost-effective than meat and better for mental and physical health. Every effort should be made to stop the hung and cruel slaughter of animals, which can be detrimental to human morality. "

30 g of chocolate powder
Files
250 g cream cheese
50 g of sugar
0.5 l sweet sour cream
Ganache
150 g chocolate noisette
150 ml of sweet sour cream
150 g nutella
Preparation
Bark
1.Mix the biscuits, chocolate powder and melted butter over low heat, if necessary add a little juice * so that you get a mixture that does not crumble. Press into a mold with a diameter of 26 cm and put in the refrigerator while we prepare the fillings.
Files
1.Heat the nutella by placing it in a bowl of warm water. Whip the cream cheese and sugar with a mixer, then divide this mixture into two equal parts in two bowls. Whisk the sweet sour cream well. Add half of the whipped cream to one bowl with the cream cheese, and mix the other half with the melted nutella and add to the other bowl with the cream cheese. Coat the crust first with white and then with chocolate filling. Refrigerate.
Ganache
Melt the chocolate and sweet sour cream on a steamer, and cool. Stir occasionally while it cools down so as not to create that unfortunate shrimp like with pudding: D When your finger is comfortable when you touch the ganache, it will be a cake, so it's time to pour;) And that's it! In some 3-4 hours, the cake is ready to enjoy: D
Pleasant! :)
2.As for the sweet sour cream, if you use vegetable, then it is enough to just whisk it well and it will be as firm as in the picture. If you use milk sweet sour cream, I add 1 cream fix for prevention, because it can sometimes cause a problem.
Of course, you can replace Noisette with some other milk chocolate, but it fits perfectly because it is made of hazelnuts as well as nutella ...
I saved the cat from starvation
Hello everyone, today I will share with you this good deed I did today.
Today around 10am I went outside to do some work in the yard to prepare a little and the like
I worked until 12 noon, I immersed myself in work and I didn't pay attention to anything
however, I stopped to smoke a cigarette and drink coffee and in that position I heard meow meow and very
i jumped from the chair towards my gate and saw a cat that was a little injured on the eye and was very pretty as you can see in this picture.
I approached the cat, I noticed that she was very afraid, but little by little, and I managed to take her in my arms, the wind was blowing, so she was shaking.
when I took the cat in my lap then I experienced something for the first time in my life that the cat looked me straight in the eye as if seeking salvation
but she was still meowing as if looking for something I didn't need much I thought she was thirsty but I didn't bring water but I poured her milk
the cat rejoiced and stopped meowing-crying as you can see in this video.
https://lbry.tv/@MDOnlineMakeMoney:6/perpetual-nebulous-sardine:8
She drank milk and enjoyed that she started spinning and caressing herself, which I was very glad about.
When she drank the milk she jumped into my lap she looked at me and worked her head up and down as if trying to thank me at that moment I was speechless
she jumped out of my lap she jumped on the rampart of my neighbor and she left here are a few more pictures of that beautiful cat.
Here's a lesson from all I've done that everyone needs when they have a cat or dog to feed the animals
it is not said in vain who loves animals loves people too.
That cat remembered that and will always come to visit my home.
Thank you so much for reading my story today, which brought tears to my eyes.

My funny day fishing
What I'm about to tell you will make you laugh with tears
On Thursday a friend came to me to ask me if I wanted to go sport fishing on Friday to hunt Saran.
I couldn’t go on Friday so I asked him if we could go on Saturday morning, a friend called the other colleagues and postponed sport fishing for Saturday morning.
The other one and I sat drinking coffee and talking and agreeing on how to catch Sarana fish and beat our other colleagues.
I went online and found the best way to catch carp by fishing on the feeder feeder system
we wrote it all down and on Friday around 5pm we went to the fishing equipment and food store.
We bought everything we needed for Saturday morning.
On Friday night I started getting ready to cook fish food to mount all the rods so that on Saturday morning I would just come to the water and unpack throwing the rods and waiting for Saran to get caught.
I did all that and I did everything I prepared for the morning, I set the alarm and went to bed.
05:00 alarm rings for me I got up made coffee called a friend a friend came by car to pick us up we put the sticks in the car and headed for the water hoping for a nice catch from early morning
which is said in the morning the day is known.
06: 30h we arrived at the place where we will fish a friend and I was the first and our colleagues came only at 09: 00h
I unpacked and found a place to fish while a friend was making coffee on a gas bottle that is portable and can be used anywhere.
Now it's time for me to put the bait and cast the hook to deceive Saran, which I did.
When I threw up I sat down and lit a cigarette and enjoyed the morning interval by the water.
Finally, the friend settled down and threw his sticks, so we waited for Saran on the stick together.
Soon our colleagues arrive and then the story begins about who caught what where there is the most fish and a similar topic about fishing.
Finally, everyone settled down and threw their sticks, waiting for Saran to get caught.
My friend had the first blow but did not pull out the fish while we had all the small fish after him no longer than 20cm
It's already 11:30 and we haven't had breakfast, it's time for breakfast by the water in nature, nothing more beautiful than that.
While we were fishing, a friend took a barbecue out of the car, lit a fire and baked a barbecue of sausages and pork for us.
When there are miracles, I got up to stretch my legs and Saran got caught on my rod as he bit the bait, my rod almost went into the water, but luckily I quickly stopped it and pulled the rod.
I said jaoooo this is something very big I had a feeling that Som is a friend and colleagues immediately came to the rescue
I slowly dragged and dragged for almost 25 minutes when the fish rose to the surface only then I saw how huge this Saran was I got scared and started shivering with fear as it was the first such big Saran in my life.
I dragged and dragged that my joints started to hurt.
When there were miracles, I dragged Saran to the shore, a friend came to the water to catch a carp, but he couldn't, so I had to, I gave a stick to my friend and I sucked down to get Saran out of the water, I struggled for 5 minutes
and finally I grabbed Saran by the mouth and started pulling him out of the water however he was huge and I had the impression I would never get him out of the water I struggled a bit I took him out and another just to take a picture of me with Saran Saran turned and we fell into the water together and me and Saran Saran went into the deep water and I stayed in the mud and mud I was all wet and dirty from the mud.
Everyone laughed and even me even if I was very sorry for not having a picture with such a big Saran.
But that's not the end, after that Sarana I caught Catfish and even funnier than falling into the water is that my rod broke while I was pulling Catfish out of the water. a day of fishing.
That's how my fishing day went.
I hope you enjoyed reading thank you all.
BUT HERE ARE SEVERAL PICTURES OF THE WATER THAT DAY
The most important thing that happened that day was that my colleagues and I had a nice lunch and enjoyed ourselves.
My song about my place
Hello everyone in today's post I will write you my song about my neighborhood where I live this is a song I wrote and came up with I hope you like it
What do you think if you did something
What do you think if something in the place of rain all the banks of tens of thousands of beautiful new tanks fell
I wouldn't even bend down for that mild bastard, he would throw a basket on his head, so he would walk like that
he would walk right where the tax is bought, he would spill these banks on a wide bench
for the poor of Sangai, here is the tax I give if I have known her bitter woes for a long time.
Something about my place
Shanghai (Novi Sad)
Location of the settlement
Map of the city districts of Novi Sad, showing the location of Shanghai
Entrance to Shanghai
Shanghai is located in the northeastern part of the urban city area, on the old road to Kac, which was closed to traffic in the early 1990s. The settlement is completely surrounded by the Working Zone North 4. In the administrative sense, the settlement Shanghai is part of the territory of the local community "Shanghai", which in addition to this settlement includes the eastern part of the Working Zone North 4. Shanghai has an area of 0.13 - {km²} - , and in the immediate vicinity of the settlement there is an oil refinery of the Oil Industry of Serbia, a thermal power plant - heating plant, as well as the river Danube.
Name and history
The former name of this part of the city was Vrbak, and people came there on the dawn of St. George's Day and May. The construction of the Shanghai settlement began at the end of the 19th century, and it was named after the Shanghai buffet, which was built in the settlement by Tihomir Brančić (the name of the buffet itself comes from the name of the city of the same name in China). Between the two world wars, the name of the settlement was Brančićevo naselje, after the surname of the owner of the mentioned buffet.

Map of Novi Sad from 1805 with the inscribed War Island and the remains of a Turkish fortress
In the past, the area where Shanghai is located was an island and was called "War Island" and "Petrovaradin Hell", and until the first half of the 18th century, this island was considered part of Srem and was a whole with Petrovaradin. The Danube had two streams here: the northern meander through today's Veliki rit and the southern shortcut below the Petrovaradin suburb, which was not navigable at the time. The Turks built a fortress on this island in the 16th century and that is why they called the island "Ada - kale" (in Serbian: "island - fortress" or "war island"). This fortress was connected to Petrovaradin by a bridge.
After the battle of Senta, on September 11, 1687, the Turks withdrew from these parts, and in 1692, the Austrian state began to build today's Petrovaradin Fortress on the other side of the river. The Matica Dunava completely changed its course, so that at the end of the 18th century, the former shortcut became the main bed of the Danube. Gradually, the former riverbed sank, which was completely buried in many places, as a result of which the War Island merged with the mainland on the Bačka side and remained only as a geographical term. The former Turkish fortress lost its strategic importance and collapsed.
From the departure of the Turks until the end of the 19th century, there were no significant events in this area. Only in the middle of the eighties of the 19th century, the contours of the first settlement, Old Shanghai, can be seen, which is connected with the construction of the city slaughterhouse. Workers of the Novi Sad slaughterhouse built residential houses, which started the construction of the settlement, the forerunner of today's Shanghai. This settlement was then called "Naselje kod Klanice".
Old Shanghai had 150 houses in 1940, and due to flood problems, the City Administration decided that the inhabitants of the settlement should move to Klis and Slana Bar. Part of the population then moved away, but some returned and renovated their houses in the settlement, so that in 1941, Old Shanghai had only about fifty houses. Under occupation in 1942, some Shanghai residents, mostly Roma, were killed in the raid. The new post-war Yugoslav government used the official name "War Island" for this settlement. In the middle of the fifties of the 20th century, there were almost 200 houses in the settlement.
A new epoch in the history of the settlement began in 1957, when a decision was made to build the Žeželj Bridge and the mill-industrial complex "Danubius" on the site of the then settlement, which meant relocating the bed of the DTD canal, with a new mouth. The settlement of "War Island" (Shanghai) was then moved to a new "temporary" location, where it is still located today.
By 1959, all of them, with financial compensation, moved from Old Shanghai and built their houses on a new location, then called "Kalishte" (this name comes from the Turkish word "kale" - fortress, or from the former Turkish fortress that is here found). About 100 families moved from the old Shanghai to the new one, while the rest moved around the city. At that time, the Shanghai people named their new settlement "Kidričevo", after Boris Kidrič. The city government did not accept that name, believing that the character and work of this revolutionary would be humiliated by the fact that such an infamous settlement would be named after him. That is why, at the meeting of citizens in Shanghai, in 1961, it was voted that the settlement be officially called by the well-known name of the people - Shanghai.
In the early 1960s, there were 400 residential buildings in Shanghai. A four-year primary school was opened in the settlement in 1961, and in the mid-1960s a Community Center was opened. The new school building was erected in 1969, and an ambulance was opened in the old one. In 1974, Shanghai became the thirtieth local community in Novi Sad. At that time, the existing building of the local community was built. Since 1980, the city authorities have been trying to relocate the settlement due to the great pollution of the environment, which arose as a consequence of the proximity of the oil refinery and the thermal power plant.
During the NATO bombing in 1999, Shanghai suffered significant destruction and great environmental damage, because it found itself in a triangle of strategically important points: refineries, thermal power plants and Žeželj's bridge over the Danube. Several bombs of great destructive power fell in the immediate vicinity of the settlement, and two in the settlement itself. There is no house that has not suffered damage. The school, the ambulance, the local community and the kindergarten were damaged. During an air attack on June 7, 1999, the settlement was hit by air-to-ground missiles, killing Milan Bajić, while Sulejman Dalipi and his two sons were seriously wounded, and six others were lightly wounded.
Population
According to the company JKP Informatika Novi Sad, there are 1,806 inhabitants in the area of the local community "Shanghai" (2010). [1] About 1/5 of the population of the settlement are Roma.
Institutions
Shanghai has its own local community, then a kindergarten, school, Orthodox church, clinic, market, shops, and in 2010 the first Roma library in Serbia was opened in the settlement, which acts as a branch of the Novi Sad city library. The headquarters of the Democratic Roma Party of Serbia is also located in Shanghai.
Sports
The sports association "Jedinstvo" was founded in the settlement in 1959, and the football club "Jedinstvo" also operates within the association. The club was the champion of the Novi Sad league several times.
Traffic
Shanghai is connected to the rest of the city by only one road, the Šajkaški odred detachment, which connects with the Novi Sad-Zrenjanin road, which leads to the central part of Novi Sad via the Kać bridge and the Danube-Tisa-Danube canal. With the rest of Novi Sad, Shanghai is connected by bus line 21.

All true loves are a little sad
This is a fairy tale that has no end. A fairy tale about great love that left behind many nights filled with longing, days of waiting, a sea of tears and thousands of unspoken words. Those that we keep silent about others, but from which we cannot escape on our own. And it seems that the longest, most beautiful and saddest ballads could be written about her, but her fairy tale is still short. She fell in love, loved, left, got over it, but she never forgot.
Ah, she was different. Ordinary, but still different
And she was different. She felt both happiness and sadness on her skin, but she somehow knew how to deal with both equally well. She knew, because she was one of the few who believed that true love is a set of all feelings, happiness, sadness, courage, and even forgiveness.
And she skillfully covered her grief. She was often smiling, but not happy. There were few who knew what battles were being fought in it.
"Baby, you will find someone who will know how to appreciate you and who will make you happy the way you deserve," I told her, although I knew somewhere that only he could make her happy at that moment, but that way - truly. She still loves him, I know, but she doesn’t tell anyone about it. She sometimes thinks that it is in vain and (too) late, but it passes quickly, because she still believes, from the depths of her soul, that fate is still planning them, even when she loses all hope for revived dreams while waiting.
It seemed that without that hope she would be empty and that she would have long ago sunk in the sea of tears she was suppressing.
She didn't let them see her sad. A smile was her trademark by which they recognized her and because of which they loved her. She never liked to burden her with problems. She just led an ordinary life in a slightly unusual way. She tried to be smiling and busy during the day, but only she knew how much she missed him when night fell. Then when she is left alone with thoughts in the silence and darkness colored by his eyes. She fought the hardest internal battles against those who fought for the main role there, but somehow they always won her and then everything was the same. She closed her eyes, but even then she saw him in everything. She tried to divert her thoughts and escape from memory, but they always caught up with her again from somewhere. She was comforted that with the new day everything would be different, but she needed to fall asleep with tears in her eyes and gather strength.
And as if that very minute before the dream was the longest. She missed his goodnight messages in him, the impression that he was there even when he wasn't next to her, but most of all the feeling of security he took with him. She missed him, she missed him with every heartbeat…
He left and came back to her, then left again, and she was waiting for him
Maybe I don't know what he's waiting for anymore, because I'm afraid he'll turn his head again tomorrow when he sees him, and play that game called pride well, which always spoils everything. But he would read her, as he had always known, incorrigible and outrageously indifferent as she had been in the beginning, with a gentle smile on her lips and a shy look that was only his. And he? He could never accept the fact that he loved, so he pushed her away from him, kept coming back to her and running away at the same time. He was silent, and that hurt her the most. I think they both realized they couldn’t do without each other. It’s weird how we don’t know how to appreciate happiness, but even weirder how we don’t know or won’t fight for it too proudly.
All true loves are a little sad, but also secrets. And that’s sometimes what makes them even more special. She knows that too. That is why he still believes in them. He believes that destiny will connect them again and they will wait because great things are waiting, but they are also worth the most.
Hold on, darling, I'm with you!

21 poetry Duško Radović
BORN November 29, 1922 Nis
DIED August 16, 1984 Belgrade
Dušan Radović was a poet, writer, journalist, aphorist and TV editor.
Dusko Radovic was born in Nis, he was the third of four children of father Ugljesa, who was a train driver originally from Cacak, and mother Sofia from Nis. In 1928, he moved with his family to Subotica, where he finished elementary school and 6th grade of high school. He continued his education in Belgrade, studying philosophy.
He worked as the editor-in-chief of "Pionirske novine", the editor of the Children's Program of Radio Belgrade, the editor of the Children's Program of Television Belgrade, the editor of the newspaper "Poletarac", the journalist of "Borba" and (since 1975) the editor of Studio B.
He has written a large number of books, some of which have been translated into English, Russian, German and other world languages. He wrote songs, stories, humoresques, aphorisms, screenplays for feature and documentary films. However, in his work and creation, he mostly wrote for children.
Children's poets before Dušan Radović wrote songs that also contained cheerfulness, play on words, easy melodies and memorable content, but with the poet's obvious intention to teach children what is good, what should be loved and nurtured, and what should be guarded. . Radović is the first in contemporary Serbian poetry who freed the song from that ideological "pressure" on the children's world and, instead, offered frivolity, fun, pure laughter, "crazy" play on words, a twisted meaning of singing.
Some of the most famous works of Duško Radović are:
1953 - Captain John Peoplefox - radio drama;
1954 - Dear children - songs for children;
1961 Funny words - songs for children;
1963 I'm telling you a story - songs and stories for children;
1963—1965 - Na slovo, na slovo - television series;
1969 - Che, a tragedy that lasts (with M. Bećković), a poem;
1983 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - poetry and prose for children in four books;
1977-1984 Belgrade, good morning - aphorisms.
Dusko Radovic is known to the widest audience for the aphorisms with which he woke up the people of Belgrade on the airwaves of Radio "Studio B", which were later published in three books "Belgrade Good Morning". In his aphorisms, he most often referred to topics such as: scarcity, lack of money, relations between generations, children and their problems, life in Belgrade and the like. He was often able to criticize the then authorities and in a witty way draw attention to current problems in society. Due to all that, for political reasons, in 1983, the show Belgrade Good Morning was canceled.
Duško Radović's songs and stories for children have received many recognitions and awards, such as Neven and Mlado pokoljenje, the Dragon Children's Dance Awards, the Sterija Pozorje Awards and others. The athletics race "Remembering Dusko Radovic" has been held in Belgrade for many years, he was a big football fan and a fan of FC Partizan, Dusko's brother is the famous athletics coach Branimir "Brana" Radovic.
Dusko Radovic passed away at the age of 62 in Belgrade, just a year after his show at Studio B was canceled.
1.He was once a creature
Once upon a time there was a creature…
squat on squats,
sat on the seat,
looked at the look,
waited for the check,
dug on a spear,
pecked at the key,
cried on the plaque,
played the flute,
jumped on the jump,
sang to sing,
dozed off
slept on sleep.
2.Bumblebee
The bumblebee, children, was angry at the rain,
to bees that suck dew,
on a wide road,
on sunflower yellow.
The bumblebee, children, was angry
but it didn't rain either,
nor the bees that suck the dew,
not a wide road,
nor sunflower yellow.
The bumblebee is completely unfair
attacked a small child one.
Hunters from Izbište said
that they would kill him like nothing.
3.King John
Big thing, significant thing
Job, children, has become king!
He had a mustache up to his ears
and a chin to the waist;
he had a thousand white horses
and a thousand fast dogs.
He had countless more castles in gold
and even more spacious estates;
he had, children, a million soldiers
and a hundred gold decorations.
He had a thousand servants
and seventy confectioners only ...
They all undressed
and clothing,
kept and fed
His Majesty the Emperor.
And he ruled like that
who knows how many centuries and years,
he ate cake and ice cream
and drank lemonade and raspberries.
And one day, when Nj. V. Car,
of chocolate and lemonade
he could neither go nor lie down,
he woke up hungry and sleepy
in his bed by the stove.
4.Man I Po
Stojadin - Stole was born yesterday,
seventeen feet and two inches,
his head up, his feet down!
Stole, my falcon - that's a lot
seventeen feet and two inches!
He fed Stojadin - Stola,
they put him on top of the table,
they roasted his ox and another half!
Stole, my falcon - that's a lot -
whole ox and another ox half!
5.Miracles
Look, the fish is swimming!
Who would have hoped for that from a fish?
Look at the acacia flowers!
Who would expect that from acacia ?!
Look, the bird is flying!
Until a while ago she was squatting on the roof ?!
Look, look,
all miracles alone!
A cherry blossomed on a cherry tree!
Black mulberry is dripping from the mulberry!
6.Yes or No
Can he?
Yes.
He thinks he can't and he can.
Are we?
We are.
He thinks we are not and we are.
Does he like it?
He loves.
He thinks he doesn't like it but he loves it.
Will he?
He will.
He thinks he won't and he will.
7.Does Potato Bloom?
Strange question:
Do potatoes bloom?
I wouldn't be surprised if it blooms!
What doesn't bloom in the summer garden?
From sun to sunflower
everything is blooming,
so it would be a shame
yes potatoes don't bloom!
8.Do You Believe Me
One boy was washing himself
every day non-stop,
so his ears grew, grew,
so his skin became thin.
- Do you believe me?
Mother kept shouting "enough"
but he wanted, he wanted…
He washed himself every day
so he suddenly fell ill.
- Do you believe me?
A strict doctor came
so he says:
- So my vest,
the water is to blame,
- I forbid him to wash.
- Do you believe me?
9.Children Love
Kids love weird things
such as chimney sweeps,
such as brakes,
such as, such as ...
Kids love sweet things
such as sutlijaši,
such as grills,
such as, such as ...
Kids love funny things
such as parachutes,
such as summarized,
such as, such as ...
10.Tree Sleeps
At the border of the world the tree sleeps,
ran after the sun over the grass.
Where the sun stopped and fell
- that's where the tree stopped and fell asleep.
Fall asleep black, fall asleep ...
A trace of the sun still wanders on his canopy.
The apple caught him yellow.
Asleep flower, and tree and grass
- the little sun sleeps on the apple.
Fall asleep yellow, fall asleep ...
11.Frushka Gora
Fruška Gora, low and long,
by the Danube he sleeps like a cat.
Frushka Gora, like bread from the oven
of all the others both prettier and bigger.
Fruška Gora, when the bed is straight,
half of Srem sleeps on it at night.
12.Where's The Hair
Like a bee in constant flight
looking for something in a colorful flower,
I walked around the distant world
and looked for hair in the egg!
By the sea, where the olive is dozing
I find an egg, but no hair!
Where's the hair?
He ate cancer!
Give me a hand!
He was eaten by a magpie!
Where is the magpie?
He ate the darkness!
Where is the darkness?
He's crammed into a sack!
I was still both strong and healthy!
Yellow, stout, fantastically strong!
I announced to them that I would be like a lion
swallow both the magpie and the jack!
The old jack is scared,
gray darkness dissipates,
the magpie flew away,
cancer has spread,
that hair appeared
- thin, light,
hair like hair!
And now everything is fine again:
again the hair adorns that egg…
Let's make the moon pale,
on the windows of the day that goes out.
13.Autumn
When the leaves start to fall,
it usually gets dark,
with darkness and rain falling
- picture of poor autumn.
And finally,
there is always someone else slipping
and fall!
14.Autumn Song
Everything went wrong
for sparrows and cats,
when autumn hung
your yellow badges,
when the wind sang
November points…
Attention! Attention!
Great autumn sale!
We sell umbrellas
- we buy umbrellas!
We sell old leaves
- we buy snowflakes!
We sell scooters
- we buy sledges!
We buy hats
- we sell bows!
We'll sell socks
- We'll buy gloves.
We will sell seeders
- We'll buy heaters.
We'll sell ice cream
- We'll have tea.
Because everything went headlong
for birds and flowers,
when the sun gave up
to land on our roof.
It's like yellow, angry,
as if they don't want us!
15.When It Was Dark
When it was dark,
when it was dark,
rushed the mouse cat
even, even, even.
The cat ran after the mouse
even, even, even,
and if she swallowed it,
she didn't know that either
- because it was dark,
because it was dark…
16.When Seven Merry Boys
When seven happy boys
step into seven spring ponds
- seven drunken bootmakers came out.
When seven drunken bootmakers
walked through seven bakeries
- seven white millers came out.
When seven white millers
enters at seven confectioners
- came out seven mustachioed corporals.
When seven chased corporals
seven ceilings protumara
- came out seven black chimney sweeps.
When seven black chimney sweeps
he washes seven patient grandmothers
- Look! yawning seven dreamy boys!
17.How to Spend Elephants
Once they wanted to repeat us,
- they divided the elephants into vouchers!
One voucher - one elephant!
Five vouchers - five elephants!
And already according to that!
We spent what we had vouchers,
because of those black and eared elephants!
One voucher - one elephant!
Five vouchers - five elephants!
And already according to that!
We quickly spent the vouchers
we will have a hard time consuming elephants.
One elephant - one century!
Five elephants - five centuries!
And already according to that!
18.Properly
Small things and small names are looking for,
like a mouse, like a grain, like a crumb,
while the great thing has a great name,
as a soliter, as a meridian,
as Sremska Mitrovica.
19.Who is the Son of the Sea
I am the son of the sea! said the cancer.
short and elbow-shaped.
The wave hit him at that moment:
You are the son of cancer, lower your voice!
I am the son of the sea, said the whale,
big and strong as steel.
The wave hit him at that moment:
you are the son of a whale, lower your voice!
I am the son of the sea, said the snail,
thin and empty as a canak.
The wave hit him at that moment:
you are the son of a snail, lower your voice!
I am the son of the sea, I said,
dark and as accurate as the sun.
The wave hit me at that moment:
welcome among us!
You are the son of the sea, raise your voice!
20.Horse And Dream
Someone dreams of having a horse
and someone has a horse.
Someone dreams of riding a horse
and someone is riding a horse.
Someone dreams that he fell off a horse
and someone fell off his horse.
Someone woke up when he fell
and someone got up and rode up again.
21.Kozin Case
When one goat graduated,
somewhere in the world, at goat college,
she asked her aunt
to buy her a trumpet:
- I would play, ah, I would play like that!
Well, if it's a trumpet thing -
I'll buy a trumpet!
When you have an aunt, have a trumpet,
one is an aunt, and countless trumpets!
When you learned to subtract and add,
you will learn and play.
And so is the goat - between the two trains,
between two evils, between two fires -
played, and played, and played ...
And she married a sailor
from the island of Sna, Java or Sumatra!

1.His head is
His head is now the cube of the Milky Way
heart smell on the bee table
reconciled to himself he wanders endlessly
he drinks from a heavenly bowl.
What worms do is not destruction
the formation is a worm of mere play
the soul of the deceased offers healing
the living think that the sun is shining.
The living think that the wind is blowing
it actually takes your breath away in the summer
above deserted houses and the deaf universe
brave animals of mind and blues.
The living think it's raining
it is in fact a dead star cup
that in fact the dead man rules the world
that above the world gapes the Black Hole.
2.Yes, they come to me
Did my crazy bugs come to me,
are you kidding me some black streets,
al
that's why you're going to be like an old bitch
rot once after a good lunch.
Are you crazy sometimes my damari,
yes, horrors and drowsiness overtake me,
al
you are a book read to me
and I don't care who reads you now.
Do many remember my drunken dawns,
yes, the worst is being said about me,
al
he won't be waiting for you until morning
a poet who loved you overnight for two centuries.
Yes I will angels of practice
on the orders of the stars to arrest forever,
al
your heart is getting brighter
and your life changes into pihtije.
Did I spread lies like a leper,
did they see me dead at the club,
al
as always whenever I wanted to
as soon as it dawned I came to life.
Now in a forest house twinned with the forest
I order three hundred teas with rum
but it's just a coincidence (anyway),
is,
it’s so I wouldn’t cry.
And I have to tell you with a crazy mind
good thing you rum teas,
even if you were that beast of mine a long time ago
it would be an incomprehensibly famous tea party!
3.Morning Under the Limes
Don't forget the morning under the linden trees.
Already dead, and the heart is working, working.
Heart in humans, octopuses and cuttlefish,
the heart of love
and the heart is hungry.
I spent a long night with the crazy city.
With fake poets, charlatans, intruders.
With princes, poor, small-minded, almost Danish,
in the basements of mortuaries and barns.
The light of distant fields, the breath of rendering!
Smell, unreal, linden, I just blossomed!
Oh, it's like I was released from prison this morning,
I drink everything that exists above me as medicine.
Being able to be awake, at dawn, with the city!
Wander around bakeries, butchers, wander the markets!
Heart, frog from the chest, take out, steal,
and throw it to the ducks and their birds.
Become a monument in the square - oh misery!
Let the dzukci celebrate you through the ravines secluded in the village!
Let the hungriest lead you into eternity
and let him finally urinate on your mound.
4.When She Leaves You The One You Love
When the one you love leaves you.
When the one you love leaves you.
When the one you love leaves you.
When the one you love leaves you.
First you feel nothing.
First you feel nothing.
First you feel nothing.
First you feel nothing.
Then you feel one nothing.
Then you feel one nothing.
Then you feel one nothing.
Then you feel one nothing.
I'm going for a walk. I'm going for a walk.
I'm going for a walk. I'm going for a walk.
Where are you going in the rain? Where are you going in the rain?
Where are you going in the rain? Where are you going in the rain?
I love the rain. I love the rain.
I love the rain. I love the rain.
Bring an umbrella. Bring an umbrella.
I don't need an umbrella. I don't need an umbrella.
So go when you're crazy.
And you walk. And you walk. And you walk. And you walk.
And you walk. And you walk. And you walk .And you walk…
And everyone is watching you walk.
And you rain. And you rain. And you rain. And you rain.
And you rain. And you rain. And you rain. And you rain…
And you're better already.
And nothing hurts.
And nothing hurts.
Just a little… nothing.
5.How Ana Dialectically Lasts In Me
Ana was a flower
Ana was a wild cow
Ana is always invited when needed
some kingdom to save.
Ana took part in the children's conquest campaign
to the graves of fathers.
Anna sets in the evening
Ana warms up in the morning
Ana usually cries
when I am eaten by a bear in a big city.
The young men heard that
from neighboring fraternal countries
so it is to me every night
steal forty times.
6.How Anna Solves Crosswords
What are her intentions when she buries everyone else
only revives me?
Is there, Anna, a real reason to sleep so well?
I acknowledge the Poet, but I know:
no one can justify the air harder than her dark skin.
When Ana cries!
(oh I'm not lying to you)
it's more beautiful than fruit! From the rain!
From ... grilled crabs!
From ... whatever you want!
From a galloping bird!
Well, I guess I didn't gamble the whole of Europe for the sake of a joke!
And when he undresses!
Free and damned I attend (and I don't know how to survive)
the greatest miracle in the light!
I swear:
to warm you Ana, I would burn my bones too.
When he draws a ship! When I sow barley!
When he declares war! When he laughs!
When shellfish feed! When he catches a cold while hunting!
When he reads a magnet! When he buys a new dress!
When he drinks beer! When it suddenly comes!
When he loves proletarian leaders!
When my right hand! When the Greek alphabet!
When he dreams of flowers! When NOT!
The memory of the Inconceivable Boy will always be able to replace fire:
that's why my clouds are green, then green!
Well yellow!
So when the vocals come together!
Dear God, my glowing heads!
I can connect the sea with flowers on her lips!
I can be a rain clerk in her country!
I can imitate the Danube under her window,
or some other volcanoes,
I can swear to everything I have and don't have,
that the world exists because of Anna.
What are her intentions when she buries everyone else
only revives me?
Does Ana really have a reason to be so beautiful when she sleeps?
Both flowers and snails and the English all already know:
she can cure any disease with a kiss!
But I love her the most, the best, the best when she connects the lights,
when solving crossword puzzles.
She performs it as if she were playing!
And mani looks like the world is creating!
Who is Virgil's youngest horse:
he holds the world in one hand and illuminates it with the other!
For example, a word that can drink water is sought,
to utter itself, to burn, to fly, and to sleep.
A word that is not like other words:
a word that can solve crossword puzzles!
Then a little drama ensues:
the water flows behind its shores ...
Ana naked, in my palm, eternity makes sense!
(And she could, she doesn't care if she gets sick or sleeps.)
And while she is so dangerous I hold her in my arms
words are spoken, words are solved by themselves!
What are her intentions when she buries everyone else
only revives me?
At least he doesn't cover himself when he sleeps !?
7.How to Read My Song About Summer
So let's start with the first sentence about flight:
WE EAT A HUGE WATERMELON NATAŠA
EVEN KORUGE EATED
(if the turtle is in your arms let go
turtle to its aquatic homeland)
read slowly and thoughtfully never
don't think about what you read
code WE EAT stop think
have you eaten something in your life too
if you don't do it eat it right away
eat grilled apple fish
do not hesitate tomorrow will be late will disappear
apple fish and watermelon season is very short
also grapes are less and less in the markets
and cherries have been nowhere to be found for three hundred years
and after you have eaten well, continue reading
these songs
adjective HUGE (used here in the case)
you can skip just that
and care for adjectives are much more important nouns
therefore stop at the WATERMELON as before the source of the sea
your main job is to count the letters of this red ceremony
for the letters are these images of the sounds from which the earth rings
eight letters is your eight gods
throw a song take the gods for a walk
eight gods that's your whole watermelon
listen with your heart whether the deity is ripe to be
eaten
eight letters is your whole humanity
throw a watermelon
bring humanity into the summer it's like you're
wrote a song though
no song is as complete as the earth therefore
don't fall in love with the songs but
after two hundred years ask me where we stopped
we stopped at NATAŠA, that is your earthly and heavenly wisdom
don't take Natasha cornmeal too seriously
you can eat corn too
Natasha is Natasha and Natasha is not a wild rose Natasha
is humanism and the renaissance remember
merchants from venice remember
leonarda da vinčija don't continue reading the song about flight
because now summer is better for a friend
from every poem, this is how you should read this one
song.
8.Captain I Class
Here is her mother's black earth apple this summer
she got drunk!
Bravo apple
now the captain of class I will eat you!
By order:
I have
Anu
which is worth
a million times more than
my captaincy:
For her kiss
many would be a farmer
warrior
guarded his property.
Guys!
Disarm!
Soldiers rude!
I'll tell you how
Ana loves
I'll show you how
Ana gives birth to children
I'll teach you how
Ana innocent boys
from mothers abducted
frees from fathers!
In love!
It is stupid to go to war in March
when the snow melts:
Enter the inn
and in part
of his enemy
champagne brandy vodka
Ana's eyes pop!
Grass used for foreplay!
The best used grass!
Noise!
And you would get burned if Ana kissed you!
Ants on the move! Dead bird eggs!
Violets Violets!
I love you all I love you
even though I am a military person.
9.Kud Minu Zvezda
Where does the star go, the signal of eternal darkness,
what star is born when a man dies?
Terrible spaces and abysses gray,
reveal the secret of why man lives.
Or lightning that quarrels with mad thunder,
does he know why man is born in that world?
And once he was so wonderfully born,
what would he do, life liberated!
On the way through Eternity, who knows what awaits,
the unaccustomed Infinity of the poor man.
10.It Is Easy To Detect Fire In Ashes
It's easy to detect fire in the ashes -
I was the first to discover that a flower hates a bee!
I'm using secret electrodes
first found out what water is thinking!
What the sun shines on - all farmers know:
I have found the end in infinity!
I found out one long ago in May,
that infinity hurts from the end!
And more than that:
I'm having a cup of tea,
discovered that the end suffers from infinity!
A friend, wonderful, from the abyss of the forehead,
sheds stars on Banat villages!
And more than that:
I'm in Banat
found his crazy head in the mud.
11.Words Leave Me In Flocks
Now there is no more darkness into which I have not descended for my gold.
Naked and poor I fall into the abyss.
All known and gladly traded for the unknown
celebrating his death in advance.
It is easy for a bricklayer: when it is difficult for him to build a house.
It is easier for the doctor: when he is ill, he treats people.
The hardest thing for me is my pure love -
words leave me in flocks.
12.He's on your trail
He's on your trail
spies of incomprehensible zeal
loyal to the judges
cruel and fair
the tent was crucified on your desk.
Your lady brings him clean laundry
your daughter
living water in the palm of your hand
at his wink
your faithful dog will tear you apart
rodents and small birds
hunt for him your cat.
The dragon you feed on the manuscript
if only she would stay true to you.
13.I Can't Live
I can't live and I live,
when I die I will be born it seems to me.
O god god what did your son do,
you gave him a lyre he hung it on a peg.
And he groaned terribly like no one before him,
renouncing the song and himself and everything.
Serbia is a country where you can drink
poets are beaten for new discoveries.
When I reach the goal and reach the darkness,
let it be known that I did not have a homeland.
Time is omnipotent that grinds the stars,
to know that I didn't have parents.
Even his mother's most holy dawn
I invented it myself as a metaphor.
The mother is a constellation that sails through infinity
I begged for a long time to give birth to me alive.
And she gave birth to me alive like a light bulb,
but she let me into the crowd without a weapon.
And since I am out of darkness for the first time
I could not defend myself from the sanctuary.
And so far it has come about mother forgiveness,
I go back to you through the bones.
Only the wise constellations remember in their splendor
how cramped I was in infinity.
14.No, It's not Love
We looked at each other a little,
We laughed a little,
we talked a little,
and kissed a little.
No, it wasn't love!
You thought I didn't love you,
I thought you didn't love me
still:
parting somehow hurt strangely!
15.About Ana's Return From Summer
My gypsy girl came back from the sea blackened
blackened like an African queen just
I don't care what's there at sea one
dripca from Pancevo loved now
it's important that she came back to me because
there are dangerous sharks at sea there
there are sailors at sea
at sea alas could
is someone to snatch her knees from me
for a monument in his city
the pirates could
are the scoundrels to steal my story
we how it was how
it seems the sea has
whether the sea of the younger brother is whether
sea against war loves
whether the sea barrels of fresh beer ume
you have to swim like
the French love the gypsies
my beloved my
woman?
16.A sense of the future
We will be judged by future people.
As a true son, we do not love our father.
I already see the judge, smiling, judging fairly,
without mercy our reality, our songs.
Catching new magnets and ores
they will judge the light we walk through.
Wonderful heirs, they will judge strictly -
they will condemn us to be born again.
17.Panta Rei
Here I am playing football with a gang of hardened kids
a little like them a little to his malice
I shoot a penalty goal one zero
one zero
but the true one is just beginning.
Oh how I hate these smiling boys
these curly hairy cities in the light wind
oh how I would beat those beautiful child's eyes
those hearts galloping that copper
to eat that applause to my hit.
That torrent is defended by the sea
oh how I would go to war with all that stupid shine
which makes fun of me with a bird's flight
which grins ugly from every roof.
Al
the game goes on
See IT FLOWS
become four letters
become T
become E
become Č
become E
FLOWING
Heraclitus, you are really a scoundrel.
Well, this is not a song
but the match goes on
flowing man flowing river flowing cemetery
my frown runs
we have already taken the lead with two zeros
out of joy life jumped out of me through the ribs
I lie happy on the ground blind to the skills of a magician
for his sonic trees with fire instead of dark death
I don't see a cloud pouring golden rain
(and that's one of his terrible tricks)
I don't see a lump of river above the playground
nor the wind in the rock that builds houses
but the match is not interrupted.
My curly blondes are rushing
my dead are invading
a sea of goals should be given to them
(grave me for underground shoes shoes)
their eyes need to open
their heads need to be torn off
here I am happy on earth
the grave is already kissing my hand
(alive was a big increase)
we won
we won
Heraclitus died.
18.Premonition of the Future
Their nights are cruel and long,
alas!
where are the burlaks from the Volga now?
In Serbia, the same sadness everywhere,
history terrible, painful and too long!
It's spring again!
Rain of kisses!
By kissing me you kiss the future dead.
Oh tell me if you can
to imagine my head like a skull?
In a deserted field, empty and deep
and an ant that lives where there was an eye ...
And a field mouse that he secretly wants
to drive an ant away and move in ...
And the bee, which lands when the wind blows!
On a flower that no one from the former ear! ...
The future is terrible!
Fate unhappy!
If only I could be that bee!
Blacksmiths of the world, throw hammers!
My head hurts from your smithy!
Let the new masters take the job
and may a new universe give birth!
For new hunters new and hunting grounds,
better be a mouse than be nothing.
And nibble a grain of barley and wheat,
and wash the cat's face with blood.
When a man burns, the whole world heats up -
when a man burns, then the ashes are everything!
19.Spring Sufferings
A wonderful opportunity to cry
because of the beautiful witch from the bonfire.
Or to drink in a secret tavern until death
due to future death.
So go to the cemetery and with the real sages
spend an hour or two as a teacher with students.
Become a source of murmur sing,
become a tica, fly away, disappear.
All the abysses of the mind all the feats of the heart
hook wonderful tica coward.
What love can't do I can't say
my dear brother will cure death.
20.Carousel
The executioner's fist fell into oblivion
Saturday my beautiful
washed unwashed
fridays my frown
all my days
when we are to die and we are not to cry
stooki jar of time
half-mad half-mad
see
at the moment they are bursting into pieces.
Even today, a few words appear in my solitude
carousel razroki player in space cities lures
piles of straw are spinning meadows, mountains
the slaughterhouses of the slaughterhouse are spinning
carts beggar charity good people
o an old man exercised his power to awaken
ATTENTION PEOPLE
see
a woman is getting ready for the air
God, do you show yourself now?
make it unsuccessful
pulling the dress to the knees.
The otters of my loneliness writhe in the air
for the sun closer to the sun
beauty must fly away
ship with heart whatever he wants
I grab the throat of the white Empty
on
the beauty ascended high
she didn't notice me!
Earthy!
Even today while this road is blooming
guest our fire in your green ice
the dead will rise at noon to hunt the lambs of summer
so that they may take him into their silence:
they will slaughter him with their toil
on the heat of life to bake it
they there
they will finally eat it!
Some take off alone, some have their own turtledove
some star love letter some memory
someone doesn't drive because they don't drive
someone does not ride because his bones want peace
someone doesn’t drive because they don’t have money
someone prefers sweets
only:
the parents executed the cubs
women husbands
snail shells
day sun moon benches in the park
pop mantle
policeman anarchy
the door lost its handle
Even today even today even today
whoever spins is not afraid of death!
21.Garbage
I.
It has long been believed to be the first
power of the world power of worms.
But when a lot of garbage prevails,
there will be no worms in the world.
No worms, no worms, no angry snakes,
nor the ear that listens to the nightingale.
No cat or dog, no beast,
not an eye looking at the lakes.
No octopus, no crabs, no rays,
no language to say it all.
European art, African flowers,
everything will be one garbage.
He will wait for everything, for everything,
already ready to jump the world's cloaca.
II.
The tragedy stinks. I'm not afraid of garbage either
he will not receive it from so much stench.
Roman, old garbage, he doesn't care
whether in shit or in the trash.
Proceedings, dictionaries, historical writings -
all that hangs over the garbage on the thread.
Scientific discussions, political articles -
all this is tied to garbage by tight chains.
Garbage of terrible ale with thick will digest
intimate diaries, letters, memoirs.
A book lover? Well, he will too
where so many books, jars, underpants, fruit.
III.
What will you add to the general garbage?
Socks? Underwear? A dog's soul?
No one will blame you (and we must not),
to attach songs to general rubbish.
Piles of garbage being smoked
add vomit of heart, soul.
Will those bottles, those plastics, those rags
can the garbage of your spirit endure?
The ghosts of garbage will receive
your ascensions, metaphors, rhymes?
With big trash let
and your songs go against the rivers.
Let them tear on a branch, on a leaf -
who gives you the right to stay clean?
Let them attack bees, beetles -
who gives them the right to love beyond all?
In the time of garbage all that will not
to become rubbish - it is already rubbish.
Well, you too, reconciled to the world,
go for the garbage, combined with the garbage.
I hope you will read all these wonderful poems of our Branislav Petrovic, I hope you enjoyed reading.
The most beautiful love story: a short story about salted coffee will soften every heart
A wonderful and romantic story as proof that eternal love should always be sacrificed!
He met at a party. She was beautiful, many men courted her, and he was of average appearance, shy and withdrawn.
At the end of the party, he finally had the courage to invite her for coffee. She was surprised, but for the sake of decency, she accepted his invitation. They sat in a nice cafe. He was too nervous to say anything, she felt uncomfortable while they waited for coffee. It seemed as if the conversation between them would never begin.
The coffee arrived and he suddenly asked the waiter, "Can you please bring me some coffee?" Everyone in the cafe looks at him strangely. He blushed, but still poured salt into his coffee and took a sip.
She asked him curiously, "Where did this strange habit come from?"
He replied: "When I was little, I lived on the sea. I loved playing in the sea, I can taste the sea and I just love salty coffee. Whenever I drink it, I remember my childhood, I think of my hometown that I miss, and of my parents who still live there. ” As he said this, his eyes filled with tears.
She was deeply moved. These are his true feelings, from the depths of his heart. A man who can talk about his longing for home is certainly a man who loves home and is responsible for his family ... She then starts talking about her childhood, distant hometown and her family.
It was a really nice conversation and a wonderful start to their love story. They continued to see each other. She revealed that he is a man who meets all her requirements. He is tolerant, has a good heart, is warm, caring. And if there was no salt in that coffee, she would never have found out.
The continuation of their story was just like any other beautiful, love story. They got married and lived happily. And of course, every time she made coffee for both of them, she would salt his, the way he likes. After 40 years of marital bliss, he died after a short illness.
One day, she finds a letter he left her. The letter read:
"My dearest, please forgive me, forgive me my lie. That was the only lie I ever told you - salty coffee. Remember when we first went out? I was so nervous then that, even though I wanted sugar, I said - with. It was embarrassing for me to change that, so I continued with that lie. I had no idea that this could be the beginning of our communication.
I have tried many times to tell you the truth, but I was afraid because I promised you that I would never lie to you. I'm dying now, so I'll tell you the truth. I don't like salty coffee, it tastes really bad. But I drank salty coffee for life. Ever since I met you, I have never regretted anything I did for you. Having you with me is the greatest happiness of my life. If I could live again, I would want to meet you again and be with you my whole life, even if I had to drink salty coffee again every day.
Please forgive me, darling, for lying to you then in that cafe and never telling you the truth. But I wouldn’t want a different coffee! Still madly in love with you. ”
Tears rolled down her cheeks as she read the letter.
And whenever someone asked her: "What does that salty coffee taste like?", She would always answer: "Sweet.

Gala cake
Fantastically creamy cake with nothing to bake. Turkish biscuit, which is very well known to us from the Scheherazade cake, is also used in this combination. The cream is light and airy, so if you don't find a Turkish biscuit, take cocoa petit biscuit because the cake needs a stronger taste, with ordinary it won't be that. The cake is tall and only one packet of 300 g biscuits is used up, maybe two if you make more rows because the filling has a lot. Petit biscuits will need more because it is heavier and thicker than Turkish.
Ingredients:
1 pack of 300 g of Turkish biscuit - you will need more petit because it is thicker and heavier
1.5 liters of milk
5 puddings with sweet sour cream taste
3 vanilla sugars
100 g of white chocolate
250 g butter or margarine
6 tablespoons crystal sugar
250 g of powdered sugar
200 ml sweet sour cream (whipped cream, hullala, fog, halta, cow)
Preparation:
Mix crystal sugar, puddings and a little cold milk (cup), and put the rest of the milk on the fire to boil.
when the milk boils, boil the pudding and stir until it thickens.
Remove the thickened pudding from the heat, add the broken white chocolate and stir until it melts.
Then put foil or bag over the pudding, directly on the pudding and leave to cool to room temperature, and then put it in the fridge for an hour.
When the pudding has cooled, whisk the butter or room temperature margarine with the powdered sugar in a large bowl, as you will need a very large one.
The butter and sugar should combine nicely and spread, frothy on the bowl in which you are stirring, and not remain on the mixers of the mixer (for beginners).
Make sure that there is no unpeeled pudding on the bottom of the bowl, check it with a spatula (for beginners).
I prefer this way because I don't spend time straightening the edges, spreading the biscuits on the tray because it doesn't dip into the milk.
The biscuit can of course be stacked in a single row and then a large amount of filling applied, because it is there, but it is a somewhat more difficult method. It is much easier in a casserole or in a hoop.
Cool the gala cake and serve.

Everyone should try the most popular Filipino dishes
Filipino food has traditionally gotten pretty bad rap on the global culinary scene, but with many trend predictors predicting Filipino cuisine to the viewer, perceptions are slowly changing.
Combining Spanish, Chinese, Malaysian and indigenous cooking styles, the food of this 7000 archipelago island is truly like nothing else on earth. Here are 11 classic food and drink experiences worth having - at least once.
Adobo
Be it chicken, beef, pork, seafood or vegetables, if cooked Adobo it will be hard to look for a Filipino who doesn’t like it. Adobo sees meat and vegetables marinated in garlic, vinegar and soy sauce before cooking in oil and then burning in the rest of the marinade. Served with mountains of white rice, it is a distinctive Filipino dish. You’ll find it on every local restaurant menu, and in feeders and markets across the country. Sentro 1771 in Manila offers delicious snacks and pork.
Lechon
The Philippines is home to perhaps one of the most delicious pork dishes in the world: a whole pig stuffed with herbs and vegetables (each region has its own secret stuffing), which is manually turned to spit over the charcoal spirit until the skin rubs the glass and the meat drips with flavor. A favorite for Filipino celebrations, lechon can be purchased on board for deliveries across the island or at local markets (try Manila’s Saturday Salcedo Community Markets). No need to buy a whole pig - you can usually order a few hundred grams. Many Filipinos say the best lechon comes from Cebu, an hour's flight from Manila. Don’t be surprised to see pigs in envelopes collected in airport baggage carousels; Restaurants fly Lechon across the country to ensure customers come to feast on their favorite pork.
Pansit
Perhaps the most popular food for Filipinos (after the company favored white rice, tip: ‘unli rice’ means ‘unlimited rice’) is rice noodles! Mix with a mixture of meat and vegetables, and paste soy and oyster sauce, this dish is the key to any Filipino celebration and is eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Noodles come in different thicknesses, but pansit bihon (thin) are the best.
Sisig
Served on a warm plate, this pork is traditionally done by cooking the pork head, then cooking or grilling to add a smoky flavor, cutting the meat into small pieces and finally cooking with the onion, garlic and spices. Sisig in the province of Pampanga became famous for the old restaurant Lucia Cunanan, which is attributed to the creation of the modern Filipino version. If you’re in the area, stop by Aling Lucing Restaurant (facebook.com/lucingcunanan) for a taste of the original. Sisig is available nationwide; Many restaurants serve variations using chicken, tuna, squid or even tofu instead of pork or add items such as raw egg or mayonnaise. No matter how you order it, get ready for a chirping feast.
Sinigang
Sinigang is a sour-tasting soup of tamarind, tomato, garlic and onion. Native vegetables including okra, eggplant and green finger chili are cooked and meat (usually pork on the bone) is added. Sinigang is the epitome of Filipino food; most Pinocchios can’t get enough of their sour taste. The dish is usually served with a side of patis (fish sauce) and chili, and of course some white rice.
Lumpia
Fresh or fried, this delicious spring roll is the perfect start to any meal or can be enjoyed as a delicious solo snack. Lumpia is made from minced meat (usually pork), cooked with onions, garlic and finely chopped vegetables, all together in envelopes. It is often served with banana ketchup, a sweet and sour sauce made from banana puree, sugar, vinegar and spices, red in color to resemble tomato ketchup. Sounds crazy, but it works.
Balut
Balut is a popular traditional afternoon snack in the Philippines. You’ll see street hawkers being sent to the masses, but curious visitors demand to join the stomach of steel. Why? Balut may look like a regularly boiled egg, but when you open it open, you’ll find an 18-day-old duck embryo. Yep: a tiny half-formed duck. The locals eat it by cracking the shell at one end and peeling it from the top, drinking the soup and then leaving the leftovers to shake the salt well before finishing them. Fans say it tastes like chicken, but you’ll have to try to find out for yourself.
Chicharon
Heart attack in the pelvis, chicharon is deep fried pork skin, and it’s good, so good. Chicharon is usually seasoned with salt and garlic, but you can often buy several varieties, such as chilli, which adds a nice kick to the cross. It’s the perfect accompaniment to icy San Miguel; the only downside is that you have to talk to yourself. This delicious snack can easily be found at 7-Eleven, in markets and anywhere drinks sold throughout the Philippines.
Halo-halogen
The name of this colorful dessert means “mixed” in Tagalog and that’s exactly it: a bunch of sweet things mixed to create one of the most preserved taste sensations in the world. Halo-halogen consists of a multitude of ingredients - from saga to corn to cooked beans - layered on a base of shaved ice and condensed milk in a tall glass. Coated with purple ube (purple ice cream) ice cream, leche flan and sprinkles of sugar and fruit, it’s an ‘all that goes’ dessert that will knock your socks off. The Milky Way Café (cafe.milkywayrestaurant.com) in Manila has been serving halo-halogen since the 1960s and is another one of the best places to do so.
Jollibee
It’s not really the type of food, but that restaurant in Filipino fast food is more popular than McDonald’s, so it deserves a mention. Jollibee offers one of the most popular fast foods in the world - pasta, burgers, fried chicken, pancakes, rice - that’s your name and it’s probably got it. Whether or not the food is good, it’s about taste (sweet spaghetti will give you sugar for days), but it’s a Filipino favorite. Just watch out for the giant red, vaguely smiling bee and you’re in the right place.
calamansi juice
The ultimate thirst-sugar, this citrus juice is available in cans, juice boxes and bottles at every corner store in the Philippines. Freshly squeezed variety is best; extracted from tiny fruit calamans (about half the size of lime), the very juice of the tart is sweetened with sugar. You will often find calamansi fruits that accompany meals; Use it as you would lemon or lime, and squeeze a little on the food for added zest.

1 pc. eggs
25 pcs. fresh yeast
250 ml of milk
100 g of sugar
70 g of powdered sugar
3 g of salt

The solar circle
The bread under the sacha is a fine job, full of patience and skill in the experience. In the hands and feel. As my grandmother made it, who baked the best bread in the whole village, so does my mother, my aunts, aunts and in the end I make it whenever I have a chance to find myself by the chimney. The bread is kneaded by hand, exclusively. You can forget about mixers and mixing in the baking pan, because you won’t get what you want, not even close. Yeast is used, almost never yeast, because it used to be non-existent. Measures are odoka because here, as in some other steps, experience plays an important role here. For bread under the baking sheet you need: flour, water, yeast and salt. Flour is best made from wheat mill. Electric mills are out of the question, because they heat the flour, so it loses its quality and spoils easily. Yeast is a part of the dough, which separates when making bread. The size is usually one of my fists. My grandmother kept it in a cup, it used to dry out, so she would stir it with water. It stood somewhere in the house, and there was usually fruit on the kitchen table, which is a great habitat for yeast fungi. You can make your own yeast by mixing flour, honey, warm water and leaving it covered in a warm place for 24 hours. If yeast is not an option, take yeast, but know that the taste is not even close to rustic. It is necessary, which again depends on the size of the baking sheet: 1.5 kg of flour 7 dl of lukewarm water more less salt
Pour the flour into a larger bowl, make a depression in the middle. Add yeast to the cavity and gently stir with your fingers, adding water. It always mixes in a circle. Clockwise. Take it easy. When the yeast has stirred, add a little flour, so that you constantly go in a circle with your hand and add a little flour on all sides. At the same time, add warm water little by little. Knead like this, until you have used up all the flour in the bowl. The dough must be soft and should not be kneaded too much. The dough should be treated gently and respectfully at all times. It is then covered with a cloth and placed in a warm place to rise. Once the dough has risen, mix. If we imagine it as a circle, one side of the circle is lifted and moved towards the middle of the circle. We work like that all the time. If everything is done well, you will see bubbles, bursting. I transfer it so lightly that there is as much air as possible in the dough. We must not knead firmly and turn the dough in a circle. If necessary, add flour little by little. Cover the dough again, letting it rise again. Once it has risen, mix it again lightly, transfer to a floured baking sheet. Spread the dough with your fingers to the desired size, covered and let it rise once more.
Meanwhile, a baking fire is ordered. My grandmother used vine, hornbeam and oak cuttings. Every tree is good, which gives a lot of heat. The fire must be kindled to the end. All that remains is the grill.
It must be heated and baked at the same time. Grandma had a chain, called a komastra, which hung from a wooden beam, which held the roof of the smokehouse, on which she would attach a peka and hold it over a fire to heat and heat. It must burn well. When the baking is ready, remove the heat from the sides with a whisk, and lightly place the bread on the fireclay bricks. Slightly shape it with your hands towards the baking sheet from above, the bread is pressed with your fingers in several places. Cover with a baking sheet, put on a grill hoop and place the embers on it. This is called threatening bread. After some half an hour and a little more, the baker is opened to allow the bread to evaporate, and the bread is turned in a circle a bit and possibly rotated if it bakes harder somewhere. Cover again, heat the grill and bake until done. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baba would tap her finger on the bread, she knew from the sound whether it was baked or not. It was usually excellently baked. It is a long experience. The baked bread is wrapped in a cloth, placed vertically so that it touches the base with only a small part of the edge. Grandma put it on the cistern by the front door. Bread should not be made hot, but warm. If it is well made, it has such characteristic holes, it stays fresh for a long time and does not crumble. And the best is to warm it with homemade drinjina jam, or dip it in olive oil with garlic. For the end, according to the old belief, bread is always cut towards ourselves to always be, and not from ourselves to be left without bread.
