Ingredients for Nutella Muffins:
For the dough:
300 g flour,
1 baking powder,
75 g sugar,
2.5 dl of milk,
2 eggs,
50 ml oil,
1 tablespoon Nutella.
For the filling:
10 teaspoons Nutella.
Muffins with Nutella are prepared as follows:
Mix the flour and baking powder in a deeper bowl, then add the sugar and mix well.
In another bowl, fold the eggs and beat them lightly with a fork, then add, with gentle stirring, the first oil, then the milk, and when the mass becomes united, add it to the first bowl with the previously prepared ingredients.
Add one tablespoon of Nutella to the prepared mixture and mix gently. The mixture must look gooey and very sticky.
Place the dough in the muffin tins in which you previously placed the paper baskets.
Place one teaspoon of Nutella on top of each muffin.
Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
