Lamb ribs with rosemary
Hot lamb ribs with rosemary whose scent spreads throughout the household remind us that it's time for a joint family lunch!
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 kg of lamb ribs
4 chopped garlic cloves
4 chopped sprigs of rosemary
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons ground coriander
PREPARATION:
Season well with salt and pepper the lamb ribs.
Coat the ribs with mustard and roll in a mixture of coriander, garlic and rosemary.
Preheat the oven to 200 ℃.
Lightly oil the baking tray and arrange the ribs.
Place the baking tray with the ribs in the oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the ribs are medium baked or to taste.
Allow the ribs to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Before serving, sprinkle the ribs with fresh rosemary and serve with baked potatoes and your favorite salad.
