Delicious kabobs on kajmak in warm flatbread smell like a good lunch!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg minced beef
1/2 kg minced pork
1/2 clove of grated garlic
3 tablespoons hot meat soup
with, pepper and vegeta to taste
PREPARATION:
Mix minced meat with all other ingredients.
From the mixture, make kebabs about 5 cm long.
Bake kebabs on the grill or grill.
Turn them occasionally so that they are evenly baked on all sides.
The finished kebabs are nicely baked on the outside, dark brown in color, and pinkish and juicy on the inside.
