How to prepare
1-Whisk the egg whites until firm with the gradual addition of sugar. Add the egg yolk and oil, then stir to combine the ingredients into a smooth mixture.
2-Sift the flour with the baking powder and slowly mix it into the mixture by hand.
3-Divide the mixture into two parts. Add cocoa to one part and stir.
4-Oil the heart-shaped mold, sprinkle with flour and pour the dark mixture with cocoa.
5-Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
6-Bake the light crust in the same way.
7-Boil eggs, yolks and sugar until the mixture starts to thicken.
8-Add the broken chocolate and cook until the chocolate melts. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
9-Separately whisk the sweet sour cream with the honey. Add sliced butter, cooled chocolate mixture and stir with a mixer until the ingredients are combined.
10-Fill the crusts in the order: dark crust, filling, light crust, filling, and coat the whole cake. Place the cake in the refrigerator to cool and set.
11-For the icing, melt the chocolate with the oil and pour over the whole cake.
12-Decorate the cake as desired.
