The apple diet will help you lose up to 5 kg in just three days.

The apple diet is a cleansing treatment that includes consuming apples in any quantity for 3 days. This diet is restrictive and should not be extended. A few days before you start the apple diet, gradually reduce the portions of what you usually eat. Give up meat, sweets, alcohol, coffee and strong black tea completely. Also, try to keep salt intake to a minimum. Eat as many vegetables and fruits as possible, porridge (buckwheat, barley, millet) and whole grain bread.

1. Start the day with a glass of water with the addition of apple cider vinegar.

Dinner:

apples baked with rice;

boiled spinach with a slice of whole grain bread, baked apple;

apples baked with ham.
