1 vanilla sugar
3 vanilla-flavored pudding powders
250 g butter
180 g sour cream
300 g Petit beurre biscuits
3-4 bananas
200 ml sweet sour cream

Preparation - Banana biscuit cake without baking:
1.step: Break the biscuit into larger pieces. Stir the pudding powder into 200 ml of milk, and heat the rest of the milk together with the sugar and vanilla sugar until boiling. Add the prepared pudding and cook on low heat for a few minutes until it thickens.
2.step: Add butter to the still hot pudding and stir until it melts, then add sour cream.
3.step: Add the broken biscuits, then mix everything well.
4.step: Line the sides of the cake tin (28 cm) with greaseproof paper, then pour in half of the prepared mixture. Arrange sliced bananas on the pudding and biscuits, pour over the rest of the mixture, then smooth the top of the cake with a spoon.
5.step: Leave the cake to cool to room temperature. After that, it should be topped with chocolate ganache cream.
6.step: Heat the sweet sour cream to boiling and pour over the crushed chocolate. Stir the cream until the chocolate melts, and then pour it over the cake.
