Ingredients
For the dough:
2 eggs
little salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
300 ml of milk
200 ml of acidic water
220 g flour
3 tablespoons oil
For fil:
200 g of cottage cheese
1 cup (180g) sour cream
For topping:
1 egg
200 ml of yogurt
Preparation
Whisk the pancake batter (you can also use your own recipe), leave it to stand for about half an hour, then bake the pancakes. It takes about 10 pancakes.
Mix cheese and sour cream and fill the pancakes. Arrange them in a tray or in a fireproof bowl.
Beat egg, add yogurt, mix and pour over pancakes.
Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 C.
Serve warm.
