The ten questions I never did asked myself before
You have gotten this far and you want to blackout now? No, you are more worth it than you think you are.
Today we realized how important our life and the time we spend to our family, friends and relatives. Like it's really unpredictable what will happen tomorrow. You'll never know the danger far ahead and you might not be prepared. On the other hand, let's start for the main topic.
10 questions I never did asked myself
1. What is your current philosophy about money?
Money will be earn and gain in various forms, but it has only one purpose. To make us survive in this cruel world.
Since pandemic started, my view and philosophy in finances changed a lot. Savings, investments, trading and anything related to money, I did not take it seriously. I am very dependent to my parents because I know that they will provide money for me and to my siblings. But, no!
Our money is starting to be drained faster than we earn. The prices of goods are increasing. The bills are getting piled up. The transportation fee increases as well and it becomes one of the reasons why I don't travel much nowadays.
2. What is something that has had a big impact on you that you observed from afar?
People are dying in hospitals due to Covid. Thus their families can't even see and bid goodbye to them.
This was the reality than changed my perspective in terms of having a quality time with my family. I tell you friends, it has a big, big impact in my life. During the rising cases of Covid, I fear about my life and my family's life. I'm so paranoid that anytime we can have the virus since my parents are working outside.
I started to appreciate little things first like doing household chores with my sisters. We did washed our clothes together. We plants and water them often. We hugged and kissed which is so rare to happen, but you know they are your family and you need each other.
3. If you could only ask one question to each person you meet, what would that question be?
How are you now?
You know what, a simple question like asking someone how he or she is make that person's day complete. Some are starting to open their problems. Some are starting to cry out of nowhere.
Sometimes ask your friends and families how are they. Especially your parents who is working and sacrificing a lot for the family. It lightens the heaviness they felt inside. So I ask you, 'How are you today?'
4. Do you remember what the first school report you had before?
You are noisy and we can work it.
I am quite noisy in class before specifically in 1st to 3rd grade. Like I can't resist to talk to my classmates and play with them. We will draw something then laugh about it. That's why my teacher's always put that I am noisy in my report card. Also, I used to write 'Hindi na po ako mag-iingay' in 10 pages back to back.
5. What is something that you learned from simply watching a stranger
Information is necessary and crucial.
The bees of the society. We called them 'Marites'. Whenever I observed and heard them, I surprisingly learn something about the current events in the community. It maybe about the teen mom near in our blocks, the fighting held last night and etc. When I want to be updated about our community, I just go outside and simply listening to them without being caught. Haha.
6. What would you do if you saw a giraffe on the side of the road?
I will take a selfie with it, then I will report.
It's very unusual for me to see a giraffe on the side of the road. I never seen one before. Ugh!
7. How would you describe your sense of humor? Can you give an example?
Sometimes I'm late to perceive humors.
Yeah, like especially when the joke is far from the meaning he wants to tell us. The joke he is telling us is about monkey, but what he actually said was about fish. What's the connection bro?
8. What do you find you recently spend a lot of time wondering about?
Honestly, about SmartBCH.
I asked some of my friends here about SmartBCH. I'm literally zero knowledge about it and I want to learn it in any posible ways. Thankfully, they answered my questions straightforward and I really learned from them. You know who are you guys. I'm looking forward to grasp about SmartBCH and it's complexity. It's the future!
9. What's something uncomfortable but you feel everyone should experience at least once in their life?
To be broken, I guess.
To love is to hurt. That's what I believe since I was a little until now. Jesus loved us and was broken; yet still love us unconditionally. I think everyone needs to feel what it means to be broken and learn from the pain.
Being brokenhearted doesn't necessarily mean that it should comes from your lover, but in general. You can be broken when someome in the family pass away. When your friend betrayed you. I hope you didn't feel that in extreme ways.
10. What's the most difficult thing about being you?
Being over thinking in everything, like literally everything.
Being over thinker makes you drain physically, emotionally and spiritually. It consumes your very inner thoughts and makes you believe that you are at fault. That every problems occur in the family is because you didn't do best. But, I'm trying to deal with it and thankfully although not successful now, but has progress.
Alright, that's a wrap! I was challenged to answer these questions because like what I said I never asked myself these questions before. You can try this too! You may be surprised what your answers will be.
