**Discouragement** is the situation where one has lost courage, confidence, or enthusiasm..
Many are the times we feel discouraged or lose hope when things don't work out well and also when people tell us things in contrast to our plans of which some includes;
The feeling of discouragement when you hear words like **it won't work** , **it is a waste of time** , as well as several others after telling people your plans.
Feeling discouraged after being told you are not eligible for a challenge which you worked hard for and a whole lot
**Let's look at some major causes of discouragement at several places in our life .**
**Disappointment from people** : Many are the times people tend to disappoint us by telling us things in contrast to what we planned thereby growing a sense of discouragement.
**Tiredness** : Sometimes when we grow tired or feel tired of trying one thing but still not working , we tend to feel discouraged saying it won't work therefore leaving it.
**Fear of people / Focus on people** : Also, people feel discouraged for the fear of people . You have been told this guy can run of which you also know therefore immediately you said him in the race you became discouraged thinking you can no longer win the race.. Discouragement.
**Effects Of Feeling Discouraged**
**It leads to depression and suppression of work** : Discouragement causes a high sense of stress thereby causing depression and therefore suppressing work or leading to breaking of work.
**Leads to quitting** : Discouragement can also cause someone to quit from his/her plans which would have worked perfectly..
Anxiety
Feeling of being defeated
These effects are of not of importance to us thereby the need to prevent them and this will be to a lot of benefits..

Once there lived an old man in a neighborhood. He was all alone in his house with no one to visit him or talk to him because people referred to him as a **wizard after a terrific death of his wife and children.**
People pointed hands at him whenever he was passing thereby causing a great deal of *psychological trauma on him*. He decided to end his life by committing suicide but on a clear though he knew that was not the best option therefore he stayed calm and continued to bear the critics.
One day, he decided to go to the market to get some foodstuffs for himself with all he had on him and feed on it and then wait for dead to come for him . At the marketplace he looked out for places to buy his stuff since some people were not willing to sell to him while the price of the stuff of others were too expensive.
In his search , he accidentally poured the items of a woman away. Looking at the incident , he knew he can't pay for the items so he decided to beg for pardon.
The woman in charge decided to let him pay but her madam was around so she was called to come and see what has happened. Meanwhile, other people were already spoiling the old man's name.
The madam called him aside and asked him of all that happened and why they called him all those names. After telling her all his story , the woman was sad and also related her life story to that of the man . He told him about how she planned to give a house to her father but something else happened.
After some long conversation the woman took him as his father and cared for him till he died peacefully.

*The adage or saying is a well structured phrase or sentence that simply means that don't just assume or say something about someone based on his/her outward appearance or behavior.*
**Mom** : Outward behaviour? Where does this one too come from??
**Me** : Yes , this adage was made to correct the assumption people have about others whenever they see a person for the first time or stay with them for sometime based on their outward appearance and behavior..
Mostly, such situations happen where people consider others based on their first experience thereby causing a whole lot of suprise as well as pain in the long run ..
**Mom** : Preach on!😂😂
**Me** : This behaviour is really dangerous and causing a whole lot of loss to people, let me give you some scenarios and what it ended in.
**Mom** : Okay.
**Me** : We see it happen mostly in movies where the **son's of Kings (The Princes)** go out in search for a wife even though there are other girls in their locality. They mostly do this by saying they are looking for someone who will show them true love . In the movies you see that, they intentionally dress like **broke guys** . They act like such and tarnish their outward appearance thereby causing some girls to reject their proposals . What then happens ? These girls then find it hard to live when they later realise the background of them. **Don't judge a book by it's cover**
**Mom** : Wow, what do you have to say about the outward behavior then as you made mention of ..
**Me** :For the outward behavior let's look at this ..
*Once there lived a man, he strived hard with her wife for a child . They did several tests and prayed for a long time for a child. Luckily enough, one day their prayer was answered and the wife conceived. They were so happy and gave thanks God for that. The woman reached the time of giving and she did so without any difficulty but to their surprise she gave birth to twins .*
*As the children grew , the younger one was very noisy while the older one was calm . All attempts to control her proved futile . Although she was noisy , she was also good academically thereby it came to a time where the both of them reached high school therefore they left their home to stay in school.*
*At school they both exhibited same attitude at school giving the perception about them but unknowingly, the calm ome used to sneak out of school at night with friends and go to a pub to smoke and drink while the noisy one never thought of that even once in her stay in the school.*
*One day, they were unfortunate and were caught by a fellow teacher of the school at the pub that night . He then took them pictures and wrote their names since he knew them.*
*The next day , after morning assembly he announced this and when he made mention that one of the girls was the daughter of the man , everyone started mentioning the name of the noisy one . But to their* ***surprise*** *it wasn't her but rather her sister who was known by everyone to be calm. Many as well as the Senior House Master didn't believe but after the teacher proved his complain with the pictures they* ***"half-believed"*** *him.*
*Many were still surprised by her attitude and there and then the teacher went forward and said, " I saw them personally and decided to take the pictures of them because you won't believe if I make the allege but one thing you have to put at the back of your minds is that,****Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover****. "*
*With the shock of what happened, the people could not say anything about this and all students went back quitely to their classrooms after the incident that happened.*

The enemy within as I might say or put it might be different from what you might be thinking or know but let's take a keen look at this article. It is going to enlighten us on the enemy that is within us. This enemy tends to fight against us in so many ways thereby causing a whole lot of negativities..

**The Enemy Within** as I already said is a character of an individual that tends to bring you down in so many ways. This enemy might not be known by a lot of people but it has an influence on us as individuals and even tends to separate us from our **Maker**.
*I decide to put this in a form of a story for you to get my point and illustration clearly.*
*****So let's dive in..*****
**Once,** there lived a rich man in a neighborhood . He was so kind and caring **as people may say** . He shared foodstuffs to the needy and did a whole lot of things for them; building social amenities and the rest, aside all this he was also punctual and regular at workplace. So he had a great sense of leaving.
Life in his neighborhood became a blessing to him as a whole lot of people respected him and praised him for his " **kindness** ".
Due to the praises and respect, he was then growing or showing the attitude of **supremacy** bit by bit. He quit his work and decided to flaunt. He could just come to your house and give you a reward just to show off.
One day, he was **advised** by a young man who told him clearly that, what he is doing is not good - *he is tarnishing his image bit by bit if he doesn't stop what he is doing ,* when he decided to do same to the young man.
The rich man couldn't let this go, he spent a whole lot of time at home thinking about this which developed a sense of **hatred** against the young man in him.. He concluded that the young man has disrespected him so he planned to do something evil against him .
One day, the rich man decided to hire some men to kill the young man at night when he is asleep. Luckily for the young man, he had visitors that night so they had a prolonged discussion at the hall of which the hired men didn't know.
In an attempt to break into the young man's house to kill him the men were caughted by the young man and his visitors of which they handed them over to the police.
Days later, it was pointed that they were sent by this highly respected man in society.The society was shocked by this act , everyone was shocked . The rich man was arrested and jailed of which he had no one to bail him.
He lost all the respect people had for him and he died in jail even though he was **"kind"**.
***End Of Story .***
Now let's analyze the story.
**Per** the story ,the man was very kind to his people and dedicated to his work but he suddenly started feeling a sense of **supremacy** , of which he grew **hatred** for the one who decided to tell him he is going wayward . He plotted against him of which didn't work and he lost his image in society in the long run..
*What then do you think the enemy within is??*
Of course the enemy within here **is the feeling of supremacy** with it's compliment being **hatred** . Basically, the feeling of being supreme is a very dangerous attitude that when you stick to, it starts to make you think otherwise. You think you are the best man in the world , sometimes making you feel like a **god** . This situation was illustrated in the Holy Bible when King Nebuchadnezzar felt he was supreme and we all know what happened.
**Hatred** also tends to be one of the deeds that acts same as the enemy within .. Hatred is what causes a person to take the life of his/her friend's life ..
*A lady was poisoned by her friend recently because her boyfriend bought her iPhone 11 as a birthday gift..*
Hatred! Hatred!! Hatred!!!
This is what causes communities to fight against each other, individuals to plot against each other . The feeling of bitterness in our hearts goes a long way to affect us as illustrated in the story.
**Effects Of The Enemy Within (Supremacy & hatred)**
**Promotes negative thoughts** : This is a minor effect though but it needs to be considered.. Mostly people who feel supreme when they are challenged causing them to think much on how to plot against the "**challenger.**"
**Loss of image /Stigmatization :** It leads to loss of image as people begin to lose the respect they had for you which eventually vanishes causing people to now stigmatize you .
**Imprisonment** : Supremacy as well as hatred can lead an individual into imprisonment since it will cause you to do unacceptable things leading you there as illustrated .
**Possible death** : Sometimes in your plot, you can rather get yourself killed or you can be executed for attempting murder at some places in the world ..
**Disgrace to family causing refusal :** Your family as well people in the neighborhood will no longer be proud and won't like someone to even mention that they know you not talking about they themselves saying it.
**And a whole lot**
There is therefore the need to identify this and deal with diligently before it starts to have it's influence on us . Thank you

****Shoot your shot**** : Shooting your shot in this context simply means taking an action or making a decision on a situation at a particular place in time. That is, whenever you take an action regarding a situation , we say you have ****shot your shot**** .
If you hit someone back for mistakenly hitting you, you have shot your shot.
If you insult an elder after an advice , you have shot your shot.
If you kneel in respect to an elder you have shot your shot **as well as several other examples**
****Precision****: Prescision also refers to the ability, quality, condition ,fidelity, or fact of being exact or accurate. Being accurate doesn't mean perfect but a sense of avoiding mistakes..
Therefore, **shooting your shot with precision** is the ability, quality or fact of being accurate or exact in taking decisions or actions. We all know one can't be perfect in all decisions but there should be a sense of accuracy in all decisions we take ..
So to act accordingly to a situation you will have to evaluate and see to it that you are shooting your shot with precision. You are doing or taking an action that won't have future problems ..
*If someone steps on your toes mistakenly, you don't just hit him/her but evaluate and note that you can also do same mistakenly and know what to do.*

*Most at times we hear this saying, "****Love your neighbor as yourself****" of which can be found in the Holy Bible also. This rule or saying is what I think is the summation of all "****The Ten Commandments****"as presented unto us by the Savior. This shows how one has to relate with his/her neighbor faithfully and in a way of cherishing each other.*
Love as we all know is a good practice that I must say tends to bring people together leading to peace and unity . Love tends to instill a sense of togetherness and prevents separation of a group of people.But one question we all have to ask ourselves when it comes to the saying, "Love your neighbor as yourself " is that , **Who Is My Neighbor** ??

**Neighbor! Neighbor!! Neighbor!!!**
Knowing who your neighbor is , is the greatest realization one has to have in other to pursue such a task of love..
Many people think their neighbors are those they live in the same yard, community, district, region or country with but that is not who your neighbor is ..
Although these people are your neighbors but there is a whole lot to it. When we say your neighbor it goes way beyond that. Your neighbor is not just the people you play with at the playground or the people who stay with in you in your house or people you know personally but everyone is your neighbor.
Your neighbor is someone you come into contact with whether physically or through any other means that is the internet or other sources. Immediately you meet, see, talk or have any contact with a person the person automatically becomes your neighbor, therefore there is the need to show love and take/treat them as such.
As a platform, anyone who comments, reads, likes or upvotes your article becomes your neighbor as well as anyone who you do same to. Therefore, there is the need to make love prevail on the platform as well as putting "**The Golden Rule"** into practice. As a boss of a company , consider everyone as such and hand over the job to them with care and love , don't base on the person you know to give out the job but base on the their qualification and hand over the job..
As poor as you are , don't take advantage of it when someone misplaces his or her purse or wallet , deal with it diligently and return it to the owner as a sign of love.
Deal with each and everyone fairly and let that love prevail..
This is the realization one has to have towards one another thereby showing the love that has to be shown ..

Random Rewarder Still Works!!
Hello everyone, it's Dangerous_Fly once again. It has been a pleasure meeting you all .

Recently, there has been this problem about the points system , it has been the problem of everyone as to how both the number and value of the points have decreased drastically. **We all agree clearly that the number of people joining are increasing also ,but there should be at least an explanation to this.**

Per that article it was mentioned that the points are deceasing thereby causing hardship to all people. It is sometimes causing frustration and causing people to lose hope.
Many continue to complain of this thereby causing it bothers me more. I am here therefore to tell you that although it might be affecting all of us it still works for me ****(although I don't get my usual points)**** and I appreciate it as I indicated clearly in that article. Thank you @Read.Cash
I get at least 400 points ($1) per day of which I have seen some people asking themselves how the hell does this guy get all these points ??

Per my view of the situation now , I think we can't work on the points or say anything about it but with hard work we can still accumulate the points .
One thing I didn't notice when I did the Checking of the Random Rewarder was that, when you create an article, **you don't get all the rewards on that same day** , it happened but I didn't pay keen attention to it. L
*On the day that I did the challenge, I was able to get $1.4 that was because I had written an article on the day before but the next day I was not able to pass $1.4 even though I wrote an article on that day meaning I was not able to pass it because I had no article the previous day but on the following day I was able to hit $2.2*
Do you understand what I mean?
It means be consistent, and the quality of the article also counts as well as activeness .. You have seen others also posting that they were not online but got points . It is not that the Random Rewarder is ~~cheating~~ for them or something but it is basing on the previous day to award them.
You can also see this, last 2 days I posted two articles but on that day I got $1.2 what happened??
But yesterday after posting just one I had $1.6 same today with over 12 hours to reset I already have over 470 points ..
All I can say is be consitent and obey "The Golden Rule" , tip, like, comment and subscribe as well as sponsor as you want people to do to you and the Random Rewarder will also notice .. Thank you ..

Our Peer: Our Influencers..
Many are the times,we find ourselves with our peers. We do a whole lot of things with them; playing with them, walk with them , sleep with them, discuss issues with them and a whole lot, of which even some parents pass through the peer of their children in order to advice them.
Some of these peers then become our best friends **(Bestie)** where we share every bit of secret with them as well as seek advice from them in times of need . ***Who then is your peer? What advices do they give you ? And how does it affect you??***
Our Peer , Our Friends , and others we say are of influence on us and we are going to take a keen look at that today ..

The word **peer** as it comes the Latin word **par** meaning **equal** refers a group of people who is at the same **level, rank , status , caliber, age , as well other positions**. The group of friends we walk with are then considered as our ****peer group******.**
The word **influence** also means having **effect** on the **character, development, well-being or attitude** of something or someone..
Peer groups can then be grouped mainly into two based on how they influence us or it's group members -**good peer group and bad peer group.**
These peer groups have a great sense of influence on us since we always want to be with them not wanting to be with our parents . Thereby there is the need to know the kind of friends we have to choose then.
Let's look at the two groups then.
**A good peer group** is a group where an individual is influenced greatly for his/her good benefits . As the name suggests, with these kind of peers they make sure their friends don't go wayward, they help each other academically and tend to make use of themselves knowing what they want in the near future
**A bad peer group** on the hand is a group of people where they always seek for trouble. They engage in bad activities likes smoking, alcoholism and a whole lot of things that society frowns on . These groups doesn't seek for an individual's betterment but what they see as "**modern**"..
Let's take these scenarios as it illustrates clearly the difference between these two groups ..
*A friend of a peer group was so much addicted to alcohol and smoking. He gets drunk to the extent of not being able to go back home . He usually goes to the bar after school as well as other free times to do such activities and by so doing his academic performance reduced drastically. By the effort of his peer group he was able to minimize the intake of alcohol of which he eventually stopped .*
*Another group of school girls used to walk together back home from school . They all have boyfriends and take in alcohol except one who said she won't . They then started to call her "names". She was never happy walking with them until she eventually stuck to their ways and also begun doing what they do.*
As we all know all know the first scenario showed a set of good influence on their group member but for the other set it was rather negative; they rather led her to their bad ways
Based on these scenarios , let's look at the effects of belonging to either a good or a bad peer group.
****Importance Of Joining A Good Peer Group****
Guide and protection against future troubles
Help in academic success
Increase in image/respect in society
Good advices for future benefits
And many others ..
**Effects Of Joining A Bad Peer Group**
Wayward behavior
School drop-off
Teenage pregnancy
Loss of image/respect in society
Ruining of future opportunities
Possible death
It is therefore advisable to mind the people we walk with and make sure we always walk with the right people as to bring out our true self and identity.
Do you know the funny thing , we are always advised by our parents to do so whenever we are moving from home to a different place where they can't be the ones to monitor us but we sometimes refuse leading to something else..
