Read.Cash For Absolute Beginners(Part I)

Hello,It's Dangerous_Fly on this again and I present to you an article to keep the newbies on track and also help them have it easier on Read.Cash.

I suppose they have an account already so let's dive in . Place your comments and suggestions in the comment box I will react to it as soon as I can .

Let's dive in

Right at the top of the Read.Cash homepage is the read.cash fund which shows the amount of money or capital the platform has or uses for it's activities.. Right beside it is also the pledge . You might be wondering what that is , but it is actually the avenue or option that allows users to pledge their support ,in brief donate to the capital of the platform . Here they are recorded and appreciated for their care .. Read my appreciation for the donors of Read.Cash here ..

Again, at the right side of the page , beneath the pledge and read.cash fund is a 3 line symbol or object which represents the menu.. By clicking on the menu a side nav appears so let's take a look at that ..These are the features of the nav bar.

• Homepage : Upon click leads to the official homepage of the platform where you will see suggested articles as well as boosted ones..

• Communities : Exactly like any other group on social media but here you join the communities to submit your articles and also read articles of your choice. Note : Your submission must be based on the rules of the community..We will talk more about it in the Part II.

• Stats : This section contains information about usage statistics which include the number of users , tippings per day , donors of the platform and a whole lot . Just check it out.

• Write : The platform has its own in-built text editor where users have the ability to write their articles and edit them to perfection. You can save as draft and continue later or you can finish it and publish immediately..

• My articles : This section contains all your articles both published and draft (unpublished).

• Saved Articles : You can actually save articles you find interesting on Read.Cash in order to find them easily when searching for it .. We will consider that in Part II

• My Affiliates : Read.Cash allows an affiliate system which is mostly known as referral system. Through this you earn a percentage of your referral's earned points as well as some percentage of the amount he/she was tipped with during the day. Note: They are not deducted to pay you but it is being paid to you from the read.cash fund (I suppose).

• My Boosts : You have the ability to boost or promote your articles to be present at the homepage thereby causing a lot of people to view your article. We will look at how it is done in Part II.

• Sponsorships : It includes an avenue where users on the platform tend to support each other .. Through paying an amount every month to maintain a position of a sponsor .. Deep look in Part II.

• Send my money : Read.Cash ensures a faster transaction of your money . Here you have the ability to withdraw your earnings anytime,anywhere from Read.Cash. To withdraw, tap on this option, specify your method of payment, input your preference and withdraw smoothly.

• Deposit BCH/USD : This is also where you can top-up your wallet if you want to. Actually topping up your wallet makes you to be able to donate, tip and also boost your articles but if you don't deposit too you can still do it with what you get from upvotes.

• Backup my wallet : Here you get access to your private key that can be used to get access to your wallet. Without these keys you won't be able to access your wallet from a different device as well as a different browser on the same phone but you can still use Read.Cash and ask for a different key but all amount on the old wallet gets missing and can't be placed .. So keep it safe.

• About Read.Cash : You get all vital information here

• Roadmap : I suppose this is where projects are issued from or it is where plans are taken( Not clear with that).

Next to the left of the menu is the amount of money you have accumulated as well as a symbol or image of a wallet. Upon clicking on that you get to see another nav bar which is almost similar to that of the menu but some slight changes.

These changes include point(s), profile(Your name) as you can see @Dangerous_Fly and also the moderation queue..

Let's take them one at a time..

• Point(s) : The point system which was initially it's name has now changed to Random Rewarder due to spamming and cheating on the half of some users now rewards you based on your activeness on the forum. Read about the update of the points system here. After this there were misconceptions so I made an article to clear all doubts read it here .These points are burnt down at exactly 12:00am and turned into money or dollars which will be paid to your account immediately those in control come online.

• Your name (Profile) : It leads to your profile which contains informations like profile(display) picture, Name , Contact details (If filled) , Number of subscribers , all your published posts as well as your sponsorship block if activated..

• Moderation queue : This includes all articles that needs to be moderated if you are a moderator of a community.

  During submission of articles to communities it becomes the work of the moderator to moderate or control which articles should be accepted or rejected. Thereby if you have any to moderate it will appear there .(Will talk more about communities in Part II )

• One more thing moderators no longer receive any benefit per the update of the platform.

Let's keep moving ..

To the right of your wallet is the Bell icon which signifies notification. It notifies you of any recent activity that you need to know about . It turns red when there is an unread notification and white when there is none..

To the right of the notification is the search which allows you to search for users who you have related with in one way or the other ..

Let's talk a bit about how to write posts ..

Writing posts has been made easier for Read.Cash users . As already said you have an in-built text editor to make you feel the comfort of writing. To get started with how to write posts as well as edit you can follow the link here.. Or at your page of writing you can tap on the editor help which will lead you to the same page and help you learn how to do so..
