Tears Of A MaN

A Man is seen always as the brave one, dauntless and courageous. A man is not given the excuse to feel pain and to react to it. He shouldn't be complaining and should always accept his fate as a man.

A man is not perceived to be a creature that should show weakness especially Infront of his assumed weak gender(the female).

• Yes a man is supposed to be the strength of a woman, he should guide her and be her armor, he should feed her and be her confort. He should fend for her and be her hope, he should fight for her and be her pride and joy. A man should take care of his woman and be her river.

All of that is what the society and nature and formalities and solidarity have made made men to be. But what if I tell you that a woman is more stronger than a man, emotionally. What if I tell you that a woman deals with emotional pain more better and faster than a man. What if I tell you that a man is not strong as we all are told. What if I say_ man is weak? Man is weaker that a woman.

Man pretends to be strong because he has to, because he believe it his duty, he believes that, if he don't take responsibility, then who will? So he strive to in his duties to perfect them. He make decisions that he is scared of, decisions that he is not sure of, decisions that may break him or leave him with a scars.

He does all that because to him it matters even if others don't feel like it matters. To him that is what will make him who he is_ A man. Every man is born with a bit of pride. As he grows old and gets expose to the world's struggles and trials it develops or gets crushed.

A man is faced with duties of taking care if his families. He sacrifice his body and health to put food on the table, provides shelter, satisfy their needs and wants and make them happy, even if he doesn't get or have anything for himself, he is okay.

If he fails in his duties, if he fail in carrying out his responsibilities, then he should be ready for the shame, embarrassment and humiliation that will follow. Failure should not be in his image. A man must always be successful no matter what it takes. That is what is expected by a man.

I guess that is why women are created as a providers if confort to man. A happy and healthy man is the man who has woman that can feel his pain, a sympathetic woman. A man also needs a woman who listen to him, care for him, help him solve his worries and problems. A woman he can lean his bleeding heart on and cry while she wipe his running tears.

Yes, a men also cry. Men shade tears of pain, heartbrake, family burdens and responsibilities, men even cry when they are exhausted. But not always visible tears. We cry in silence and hide the tears while our family laugh and dance with joy.

No one ever ask the man if he is happy with his life, with all his daily struggles. If anyone does ask him, I guess he cannot give an answer. Because even he is not sure if he is happy or not. When you are used to pain, you unknowingly accept it and let it becomes part of you to the extent that you can't tell if it can be called pain.

Just because you are a man doesn't mean you are not allowed to cry or shade tears when you are hurt or in pain. No, cry doesn't make you a real man. A real man cry when he is in pain or heart broken. When you cry it doesn't show weekness, it shows that you have the courage to let go your pain. Buried tears bury massive pain and hate, hate that could turn to unquenchable rage.

When you cry and shade tears, those tears flush out the pain. Rinsing your heart of hatred and rage. When you cry, your heart let go of all the pain inside you. Keeping your heart clean, free and clear. So a man's tear is not weakness it is rather a strength.

So dear men, when you're hurt and in pain, is okay to cry. It is okay to have a shoulder to lean on. You don't have to be a macho man and carry all the pain in your heart. Cry and let it out.
