In a world full of lies and tricks,
We are striving to find peace within the bricks,
Our stone cold-heart is beating with rage,
Our crowded emotions are being engaged.
We are drowning in the ocean of depression,
Letting our soul be engulfed with deception.
Our path to the future is getting blurred,
Our dreams and goals are being cursed.
But yet we have a belief in our heart ;
The pandemic one day will be gone,
Our eyes will open to a new dawn.
We will one day see our dreams with clarity,
And every heart will get the touch of sanity.
We hope this greed and lust will disappear,
So will the pain, anger and fear;
And we will surely see,
A vision of future perfectly clear.
