First induction and oath

.About the programme I went for at Ilorin, it was really a great opportunity for me. When I got to Ilorin I had to sleep at a friend's place because I was firstly scared of going to the guest house provided for us. But this morning I went there to meet with the person we went together. Everywhere is far at Ilorin.

It all started when I decided to eat pizza for the first time. I went with my friend to Domino pizza which is inside shoprite to purchase it. When we stop the bike man he said he's collecting #400 to take us there, when I ask my friend at home he said the place is not far but how then is the man collecting #400 to take us there. We started the journey to domino pizza 🍕 haaa it was far o. When we got there the attendant gave us price for each size so we decided to take the medium size. We were ask to seat and wait for it to be ready. We waited for 10mins and it was ready but I was pizzed when the attendant said they don't bag it. How will I now carry the pizza home. We had to start looking for where to buy a polybag. We were able to get across the road. We boarded another bike of #350 home. When we got home we opened it and started eating and after the second bite i got tired same as my friend. We gave the remaining to his friends.

This morning I woke up early and get ready to go meet others at the guest house. I decided to take bike since I don't know the place I'm going, the bike man said #200. When I got there I love the guest house, didn't know it will be that cool,would have come since yesterday.

We are ready to go to the venue but we will be going to the university first to see someone then wash the car before going to the actual venue.

At the car wash we sat waiting when I saw that big building there. It was doing me like I should enter the compound and climb because there was a staircase. After the washing we proceed to the event centre.

At the venue, while we drive in I noticed all the female arw covering their hair and I'm not covering mine. I saw the a note with the history of the school on a wall. Al-hikmah university, Ilorin, Nigeria was established and licenced by the federal government of Nigeria to operate as a conventional private university in January 2005. The university provides qualitative education with strong moral conduct without discrimination on the basis of nationality, age,gender,political or religious belief. It has accreditation by the national universities commission (NUC) for all its academic programmes. The university invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its undergraduate programmes through the jamb Unified tertiary matriculation examination (U.T.M.E) and Direct entry and inter- university transfer.

It is the first induction and oath taking ceremony of associates,follows and members of African institute of public health professionals (AIPHP). They recite the national anthem and pledge follow by the school anthem. The vice chancellor and other members walk in in a row while all the inductees stands in their honour.

The Dean of the department of the public health gave a welcome address before inviting the school vice- chancellor for his opening remark. Afterwards, the Registrar AIPHP gave overview of the association. Goodwill messages was given by the Liberian. Following the keynote speaker's address, the good-will ambassador awards,fellowship awards,membership awards and taking of oath of allegiance was taken. The Registrar Al-hikmah university gave his vote of thanks and the closing prayer follows. After the closing prayer,there was menu. Donut 🍩 and bottled water was shared to all the fellows and rice to the associates.

We left the venue to the lodge.i left the lodge for my friends place. Will be travelling back tomorrow.
