Mobile phone was invented by John F. Mitchell and Martin Cooper of Motorola in 1973. It was simple mobile of pocket size to keep in hand. The main purpose of the Mobile was to connect with the other users on other place. With the passage of time changes were made in Mobile Phone models and new features were being added. Now, thousand of varieties available in the markets. It's a progressive era of smart phone, where everyone is using touch mobile phone. The old version of keypad mobile phone seems vanishing slowly.

Internet Features revolutionized the Mobile Phone World by shifting educational, social and emotional activities at one tap distance. We make audio/ video call anywhere in the world. Every day new apps are making life easy. People are getting education from the international institute by sitting at their home with mobile phone. Business Sector also boast by the mobile phone. Latest ways of earning are being developed. People are earning billions by just tapping on the screen of their phone. It has made life comfortable and easy to great extent.

Mobile Phone also gave rise to the cyber crimes. People are using phone for producing problem in others life by blackmailing them. Hacking is new alarming cyber crime. Hacker use personal information of the user for wrong purpose such as defaming them.

We are addiction to Mobile Phone large extent. According to research SmartPhone user check their phone 150-344 times in a days that means once in every four minutes. We spent 5-6 hours daily with mobile no matter what we do. It doesn't matter for us that we are on any social gathering, funeral or meeting, we hurried to update our status on different social accounts. We doesn't bother to talk with the person sitting next to us.

If anyone reached on any Event before time, we will keep himself busy with his phone. Don't you think that he should interact with the person in surrounding??? Now anything we want to know about we check it from Google , don't you think that we should ask about that from our love ones??? It may boast our bonding with them and help us to be socially popular. Actually we prefer to be popular on social accounts not not on our personal social life.

Our parents remains waiting for us to spend time with them and what we people do...... Really it's disappointing to be busy in chatting with the online friends whom we never met and perhaps will never met. We ignore our love ones because of this invention. No doubt that it helps us to connect with our love ones at distance.

I am not against the use of Mobile Phone. Not I am denying from it's importance in our life, but my point is that we should do positive use of Mobile Phone and balance our personal life. We should sometimes reduce the use and try to spend time with the family members. Organizing little things at home, Preparing healthy food for yourself and enjoying nature is useful alternative activity.

I am also addicted to screen reading. As you know I am trying to be bit regular in my blog writing that's the reason of more screen time. Although its side effects I can't stop myself from using Mobile Phone. My screentime is 4-5 hours almost. I want to reduced it as much as possible. I want to spend almost 2 hours in reading books daily instead of using Mobile Phone. It will be the best alternative activity and my eyes will feel much relaxed.
