Three Habits That makes you Age Faster
What we do today we will harvest it tomorrow. What are you doing right now? What are you so busy about? Well our activities and lifestyle today especially if you are in the age of 20 up to 30 have a great impact in your health and how we will look like in the future.
Today we will talk about the different culprits that contribute on the aging process. We will try to track the different unnecessary activities that speeds up the aging process.
What you intake is what your body absorb.
As I grow up I start to love eating fruits and vegetables instead of consuming foods which is high in fats and carbohydrates. We should consider the things that we eat, if you exceeds in your limit theirs a bad effect on that.
How about the beverages that you intake? Well in the previous years I love to drink coffee and soft drinks but I don't drink alcohol. In the past months I decided to change my habit and start drinking tea instead of coffee. I realized the good effect of organic tea in our body. Drinking soft drinks, coffee and alcohol in a largely basis is not advisable.
Remember you should take everything in moderation.
The most destructive Habit
Worrying that leads to stress, if you exhaust yourself in something it will lead to stress. Especially in your work, family and relationship to other people. You should avoid the habit of overthinking and worrying. Take everything in a positive manner. Don't be a pessimistic person.
How can we avoid such thing? Well the best thing to do is to meditate do some yoga exercise or do the things that you love like reading books and etc.
Sunlight is important but too much is harmful.
Too much exposure from the sun will lead to premature aging. Here in the Philippines we solely follow the advice of our physicians. Its better to expose yourself in the sun at 7:00am up to 8am. The heat after 8am here in the Philippines is not advisable since during that time its too hot already.
How can you protect yourself from the heat of the sun? Especially your skin? When I go outside if I want to buy something I use a sun protector and sunblock for my skin.
Do you think that smoking can contribute to aging process? Absolutely yes, smoking breaks down or destroy the enzymes that contribute to the elasticity of your skin.
Who wants to gets old faster? I bet most of us wants to stay young forever, but I do believe that there is no such thing as forever. Maybe in the next hundred years humans will discover a certain antidote to combat the aging process. But you know what the most important thing to do is to live a healthy lifestyle. Don't compromised your body by doing unnecessary activities.

Its common and yes its effective that beauty products help to maintain your youthful beauty. But you need to make sure that you use that daily. Because other products when you stop using it, it has a lot of side effects.
Sleeping Habits
Make sure that you have enough sleep we are advised to sleep for atleast 8 hours per day.
Drink plenty of water
Water is life, water can help to refresh your cells. If we drink enough water per day which 8-10 glasses of water aside from your age it also has a good effect in your body.
Live a healthy life if you do that you will stay young forever. That's the key.
