Beautiful people of the world hello and how are you doing? Hmmm, today is Monday a new day to start a brand new week.

Yesterday, as I've shared in my last article my employer, expected a visitor to come and visit with her.

At around 6 pm a mother and daughter visitors of my employer arrived they are only two they bring a box of chocolates and a box of perfume that they give to my employer as it is their way when they visited in their friend's house they must bring something.

When they come inside in the sala and I was in the kitchen and just waiting for a call from my madam if what they want as I finished preparing Arabic coffee, and tea. I only wait for a go signal if they want something and im ready to give my service to them that is our role being a housemaid when our employer has visitors we just stay in the kitchen and wait for their signal of what they want but it's okay as we do not feel bored as the mobile in our hand that's important unlike when another employer they not allowed to bring mobile when it's time for work.

Then a couple of minutes madam tell me to bring the coffee and tea and they continued talking.

Anyhow, since my employer whoever her friends she just always share with me what's they talking about? Why they come blah blah blah and all.

Anyway, this friend of my madam the age like 40 plus something, brings her daughter which just now my employer know her daughter.

They meet at the college last year they are not Kuwaiti people they belong to an unlegal who live here in Kuwait they call Bedoon.

What is Bedoon?

Bedoon meaning is a stateless Arab minority in Kuwait they are not included as citizens here in Kuwait in short according to my employer they don't have papers they can't avail themselves of the benefits of the Kuwaiti people unless they get one.

My madam was very approachable to people she knows how to make friends even in different nationalities and when we talk about her friend she feels pity with them as she knew how hard the life of Bedoon people.

Today when my madam woke up at 10 a.m. as she always does she seat on the sofa, and I washed the plate in the kitchen then she call me and she started talking about what happened last night about the 2 visitors.

Our conversation

Madam: You know I am stupid?

Me: why madam?

Madam:Better im not let them come as I know from the start they want something for me, you know why they come?

Me: (feeling confused) and I ask why madam what happened?

Madam: They want to see( Fawas or Hammod )because they want Kuwaiti to get married to her daughter.

(Fawas and Hammod) are my madam's brother they are both not married.

Me: They tell you directly madam that they want to see baba Fawas and baba Hammod?

Madam:No but we know already the way they talked the way they dress up as if they prepare their looks for how many hours and when they arrived they always ask why they are not married, and so many things they want more information.

And madam continues to talk as she feels not okay with her visitors last night.

She said this is the first and last time that she let them come as she doesn't like the way as they know already they want to get married for them to get Nationality.

My madam acts that way as she said her brother's life she's not the one made to decide whether they get married or not.

Closing words

Some people want to be a friend with you if they know they benefited from you otherwise it's rare to find a true friendship in this new era.
