Oh, it's still raining here in Kuwait 3days already, and the worse thing in here during there is heavy rain the water rises quickly because they have a poor drainage system whereas some basements of some houses were submerged underwater some cars had to swim through the roads, luckily my employer is only renting an apartment so we don't have a basement in case the water rises.

My topic for today is about sinking or some others called it raising funds as they said raising is better than sinking but commonly they prefer to call it sinking but whatever it is as long as it's for about saving money.

I don't know if some of you know this kind of savings, but I know this even before when I was young I knew this in my mother wherein they make a group of mostly their friends, neighbors, coworkers as long as they can pay the amount that everybody both agreed during their meeting.

We start paying this from the 1st week of January until the first week of December and we pay it weekly wherein there is someone who keeps the money who's responsible for all the money collected from all members so before we entering in this way of saving money we must choose the person that we trust so that our money will not be lost in the end.

That money is collected from all members if there is one member that wants to borrow they can borrow it but with 10% interest from the amount they want to borrow it is the way on how the money of all members gained and from that interest when December comes that's the time that the amount you give weekly you can cash out and together with the interest that is collected.

However, this way of saving money somehow take risks also because sometimes those who borrowed money others run away that's why we must see to it that the one who was keeping all the money collected was responsible that someone you can trust that if there is one that not pay they are willing to cover-up the amount that lost.

Last year my husband join this kind of saving and fortunately no one run away and today while we're doing a video call we talked about if we still want to join again and I think I still grab it so that by December comes we have savings.
