Typhoon Paeng brings a lot of water

The typhoon Paeng

Last day ,I saw some posts on facebook about the typhoon paeng and I am aware that our province will be affected on the said typhoon but I under estimate the typhoon coz we are only in a signal no.1 so meaning ,its not that too strong typhoon.

We did'nt prepare honestly and yesterday Oct 29 ,I woke up around 2 in the morning as the rain poured hardly but it did'nt stop until 5am .I hurriedly prepared my husband's breakfast and cooked the rice using the rice cooker coz we have'nt yet re fill our Lpg .

It was 6 am the electric power interruption started but before the blackout ,I saw some post from our neighbor that theres already a flood in the lower part of the barangay where we are residing.

I told my husband about and he leave the house around 6:40am but he texted me around 8 am that he was still in our barangay waiting for the water in a low level.

The road in the lower part going to town is not passable ,so my hubby standby for almost 3 hours but the rain did'nt stop pouring.Since he really needs to go work coz his co -worker was waiting for him ,ay pinilit niyang bumayahe.

The flood in the town was in the above knee level but still my hubby manage to ride himself by his motorcycle but when he was in the boundary barangay ,a boundary from our town to tge next town ,the water level was high and it was not passable to a motorcycle,only the bus can passed ,so my hubbg decided to go he and called his partner teling the road situation.

So my hubby went home and decied not to work yesterday ,so now he needs to 48hours straight to cover up his absent.

Anyway ,I saw a lot of facebook post yesterday ,asking some help ,asking a rescue for being trap by the flood.

My father in-law told us that he heard a loud sound at night ,it was like a sounds of a bomb and we are thinking baka bubawi yung bumagsak sa bundok and it causes a lot of water and the reasons of flooding.

Our town was not the only town who are suffering on this town ,it was a heartbreaking senario those posts ,videos ,pictures I've seen in my facebook.And I must say that we are lucky enough that we are living in higher part of the barangay where its not prone to flooding and landslide.

And now theres also a news for a new typhoon coming ,oh!God please protect us from this calamity

And that would be all for now ,I felt sad about the people who are suffering right now and I the only thing I can do for them is to pray ,Pray for healing their hearts ,pray that they can accept what happened and pray for their losses especially their pangkabuhayan.
