A life changer tragedy

Many lives was changed because of the typhoon and this what the priest said when we attend a holy mass ,he said that the typhoon was a life changer tragedy especially to the young people.

I was agreed on what the priest said coz I witness on how my husband niece and nephew's lives before and after this tragedy.

Their life before the tragedy came

Their daily routine before the strong typhoon came goes like this ,they wake up at 10-11 in the morning ,they will checked what's in the kitchen and ate if whats there then back to their room again.Before when we stay in their house they always had a food coz I will prepared our meals ,but when we decided to live to old house ,my mother in law will do the things I was doing here before .She always get mad to her grandkids because they did'nt help her at some chores.

They wake up so late because they slept at 1-2in the morning and their breakfast became their lunch .I witness how addicted they are on playing mobile games.When my sister in law was not already decided to have her own internet connection ,her kids went to the barrio everynight just play those mobile games they are addicted to ,when the pandemic came she decided to have her own internet so that her kids will not be expose to other people and will not go anywhere to find a strong connection.

I witness how addicted they are on playing mobile legend and other online games ,they even used their phones even if it is charging ,skip their meals and never listen to their grandmother.My son know some bad words because of them ,when they got annoyed on that game a bad words came from their mouth and the worst things my husband nephew did was ,he almost threw his phone when he lose the game and his phone was cracked ,he never think how much the money spend for his phone.That is how their lives before the tragedy came and it was temporary changed because of typhoon.

After the typhoon

After the typhoon ,their daily routine was changed.Because of no electricity ,no internet connection ,they slept early around 7-8 in the evening and wake up at 8-9 in the morning then take their breakfast .Since we don't have water coz our water supply here was an electric oparated ,we need to fetch from our neighbors water source and I am glad that they helped me doing house hold chores and I know it just only temporary but still thankful that I saw how they changed ,they can rest from exposing gadgets.When everthing is back to normal and I know they will back also their daily routine butleast they experienced those hard things in life.

Many things was changed because of this tragedy like before ,I can use my sister in law internet anytime ,I will not spend for load and now after the typhoon ,I need to buy a $1 of load good for 3 days and need to wake so early ,like now its 2:47 am ,I need to wake up early ,need to grind for our needs.But then ,even I get sad after this happened I am still thankful coz I know GOD gave us trials to make us more stronger ,everything will be going fine soon.

The priest said ,"we will not ask GOD why this tragedy happened ,we will not blame him instead ,we must be thankful that this tragedy brings changes to each one of us especially for the young people .He said that before most of the young people was always hold their phones ,and after the typhoon their phones turned to a laundry clothes that need to wash ,a pieces of galloon that need to be filled with water".That is why I was amazed of some young people here in read cash and in other plaform that they know how to used their phone in a good way ,at their young age ,they are thinking to help their families .They are thinking how important the time is ,unlike the other who are wasting their time playing those addicted mobile games.
