the other side of me They say life is full of challenges we need to be tough to survive. Never put yourself in a difficult situation that no one can help to pull you out. Every day is a survival that your opponent always ends with yourself. This means I and only me to trust. Every time I am being nice to others the return is uncertain, it's hard to understand sometimes why they do such things but I just console myself that maybe I'm difficult to handle. At times I explain myself I can see that the presence is there but the attention is nothing. I'm here, but does anybody care? I told myself, this must end stop being nice because nobody cares. The fight is not between good and evil anymore. The fight is, if they treat you badly give it back, there is no room for being nice, warm-hearted, considerate, etc. I tried my best to be the opposite of all the mistreatment, now is the time to be the other side of me. Now what you give is what you get from me. You treat me right you deserve to have it back. You treat me wrong don't blame me for my actions. The good side of me is being abused it needs healing. From now on sorry for not being the old me, I need to upgrade and be the new version of me.

Doing good is bad, Doing bad is bad Whatever you do in your life someone always finds a way to make your life feel uncomfortable. Having a life that is fun and easy. Handling problems calmly. Enjoying days that print lifetime. Getting old in a slow-motion way. Arguing with yourself is constant. Reasons are sometimes declined. Respecting much was never a trend. You are seen now and then gone in a minute. Appreciation is a diamond may it be big or small. Acceptance is a cup of coffee you slowly taking in. Trust is a sand in your hand that you don't want to drip away. Understanding is a two-way mirror that you and others may see. `lead image from shutterstock.com`

Cheers to + 1 *Hello everyone happy weekend wishing you all well these days, even though we have a high heat temperature in almost all parts of the country (Philippines) let's drink plenty of water and don't stay out for long.* *I'm thankful for this day that God is so good for giving me another year of life. I am blessed in many different ways, I am not perfect I have doubts and regrets in life. I sometimes question God for my misfortune but in all those feelings and thoughts I had, it was God who always understood.* *Sometimes we are blinded by our pride, we cannot accept that we are wrong. The things that we experience may be good or bad it's still a blessing from God. In that way we are learning, for it would take a while but still accepting ourselves, loving and caring for our wellbeing is always the key to having a wonderful and positive environment.* *I just want to share and celebrate with you my Birthday today, cheers πŸ₯‚ for the plus one for the 44th happy, sad, and bumpy ride of life. I thank God for the family I have, a healthy life, and all that comes in between for the past years. Thank you all for the support and well wishes. Have a blessed weekend to all😘😘😘*

Ink and Emotions: Chapter 4 & 5 *Chapter 4: Navigating the Path to Healing* *Sitting across from Dr. Anderson, a compassionate therapist, I found myself pouring out my heart, sharing the various symptoms I had been experiencing. The trembling, the mood swings, and the overwhelming sense of sadness had become a constant presence in my life, and I longed for guidance on how to navigate this challenging path to healing.* *Dr. Anderson listened attentively, her kind eyes filled with empathy. "It sounds like you've been under an immense amount of stress and emotional turmoil," she remarked. "These symptoms can often be manifestations of underlying issues that need to be addressed."* *I nodded, grateful for her understanding. "Yes, the loss of my mother, the responsibilities I carry, and the weight of it all have taken a toll on my mental well-being," I admitted. "I want to find a way to manage these symptoms and regain a sense of stability."* *Dr. Anderson reassured me that I was not alone in this journey and that various self-help methods and techniques could aid in my healing process. From relaxation exercises and mindfulness practices to exploring creative outlets and finding healthy ways to express my emotions, she guided me through a range of strategies that could support my path to recovery.* *As I left Dr. Anderson's office that day, I felt a newfound sense of hope and determination. I knew that the road to healing would not be easy, but with the right tools and support, I believed that I could regain control over my emotions and find a sense of inner peace.* *Chapter 5: The Power of Inner Strength* *Sitting in a cozy cafe, I shared a cup of tea with Sarah, updating her on my journey of self-discovery and healing. "I've come to realize that while I may be introverted, my work has become my sanctuary," I confessed, a soft smile tugging at the corners of my lips. "It allows me to express myself and find solace during chaos."* *Sarah nodded, her eyes filled with understanding. "Finding balance is key," she affirmed. "It's important to prioritize self-care and engage in activities that bring you joy and peace. Your work can serve as a form of diversion, but make sure to avoid unnecessary stress and find time for yourself."* *I took a sip of my tea, savoring the warmth that spread through my body. "You're right," I agreed. "I've learned the importance of setting boundaries and not overwhelming myself with unnecessary stress. It's a delicate balance, but one that I'm determined to maintain."* *the complexities of navigating an introverted nature in a world that often values extroversion. I shared with Sarah that I had always been someone who preferred to keep my problems to myself, only opening up to those I truly trusted.* *"To be honest, even my husband doesn't know about some of my deepest struggles," I admitted, a hint of vulnerability in my voice. "For me, there are certain stories that are worth sharing, but most of the time, I find solace in keeping them within myself."* *Sarah nodded, understanding the delicate balance between sharing and preserving one's privacy. "It's important to honor your boundaries and only share when it feels right for you," she reassured me. "Sometimes, keeping certain stories to ourselves can be a form of self-preservation and protection."* *As we continued our conversation, I realized that my journey of self-discovery was not just about finding the right words to express myself or seeking external validation. It was about embracing my strength and resilience, even in the face of silent battles within.* *I understood that my mental health was a delicate balance, and while I still faced challenges, I had learned to function in many aspects of my life. I had discovered the power of self-help and self-care, finding solace in my research and exploration of different coping mechanisms.* *With a renewed sense of purpose, I made a promise to myself to continue nurturing my mental well-being. I would prioritize self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-care, knowing that these were the keys to maintaining my stability and finding peace within.* *As I bid farewell to Sarah that day, I felt a sense of gratitude for her unwavering support and understanding. I knew that my journey of self-discovery was far from over, but with the lessons learned and the strength gained, I was ready to face whatever lay ahead.* *In the end, I realized that while some stories were meant to be shared, there was also immense power in keeping certain struggles to ourselves. It was a testament to our inner strength and resilience, a reminder that we were capable of navigating the complexities of life with grace and courage.* *And so, I embraced my silent battles, knowing that within them lay the seeds of growth, healing, and ultimately, a deeper understanding of myself.* Thank you all for reading, have a wonderful weekend 😘

Ink and Emotions: Chapter 3 *The Shadows of Doubt and Insecurity* Over a cup of steaming coffee, I confided in Sarah about the growing doubts and insecurities that had been plaguing my mind. My husband's recent behavior had been causing me to question the stability of our relationship, and it was taking a toll on my emotional well-being. "I can't shake this feeling that he's seeing someone else," I admitted, my voice trembling with a mix of fear and vulnerability. "He comes home late, and there are times he seems distant and preoccupied." Sarah listened intently, her eyes filled with empathy. "Trust is the foundation of any relationship, but it's also important to communicate openly with your partner," she advised. "Have you talked to him?" I hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to broach the subject with my husband. "We've had arguments and it doesn't end well," I told Sarah. "I don't want him to be mad at me due to these nonsensical thoughts." Sarah nodded understandingly, her hand reaching out to offer comfort. "It's better to talk with a clear mind and calm emotions," she suggested. "Choose a time when both of you are in a relaxed state and express your feelings honestly. Her words resonated with me, reminding me that harboring doubts and insecurities in silence would only exacerbate the situation. With Sarah's guidance, I felt a renewed sense of courage and determination to have an open and honest conversation with my husband, in the hopes of finding clarity and reassurance in our relationship. Hello there, hope you are still reading until now πŸ˜… thank you for your time and hope you like it. Have a wonderful day to all

Ink and Emotions: Chapter 2 *A Journey Through Grief and Change* I sat down with Sarah, my best friend, hoping that her presence would bring me comfort and understanding. With a heavy heart, I poured out my recent struggles, sharing the emotional rollercoaster I had been riding since my mother's passing. "It's been incredibly challenging," I confessed, my voice filled with a mix of sadness and frustration. "I haven't been myself lately, and it feels like I'm constantly on the verge of a nervous breakdown." Sarah listened attentively, offering her unwavering support. "Losing a loved one is an incredibly difficult experience, and it's natural to feel overwhelmed by a mix of emotions," she reassured me. "Give yourself permission to grieve and take the time you need to heal." Her words resonated deeply within me, reminding me that healing takes time and that it's okay to not have all the answers right away. I realized that my emotional state was intricately connected to my ability to create, and to move forward, I needed to navigate through the grief and embrace the changes that life had thrown my way. Together, Sarah and I explored different coping mechanisms and strategies for processing grief. From journaling and meditation to seeking professional help, we discussed various avenues that could help me find relief and regain a sense of balance in my life. As I embarked on this journey through grief and change, I knew that it would not be an easy path. However, with Sarah by my side and a newfound determination within me, I was ready to face the challenges head-on and emerge stronger on the other side.

Ink and Emotions: Chapter 1 *The Weight of Unexpressed Emotions* It was a quiet evening, and I found myself sitting at my desk, staring at the blank page in front of me. I yearned to write something more lively and captivating than before, but it seemed as though my feelings were refusing to blend in. Frustrated, I let out a deep sigh and muttered to myself, "It's true, isn't it? Our inner feelings and mood are the keys to writing or creating artwork." I pondered on this thought, realizing that my recent struggles with unexpressed emotions might be the root cause of my creative block. It had been a challenging time for me, especially since my mother's passing. Her absence left a void in my heart, and I found it increasingly difficult to articulate my thoughts and feelings. As I reflected further, I realized that my mood played a significant role in my ability to create. When I was feeling joyful and inspired, my words flowed effortlessly onto the page. However, during moments of sadness or frustration, the words seemed to escape me, leaving me feeling stuck. I made a mental note to explore ways to better understand and express my emotions. Perhaps through this journey of self-awareness, I would unlock the key to unlocking my creativity once again. With renewed determination, I set out on a path of self-discovery, eager to delve deeper into the workings of my mind and heart. Hello readers, it's been a long time since my last post and now I'm sharing to you this story that I wrote hope you like it. I make it by chapter because it's a long storyπŸ˜… but dont worry I will post the next chapter tomorrow. Thank you for your time reading. Have a wonderful day to all.

@taTtoOdRoSe4

Regrets in counting In reality, where did it begin? I no longer remember. Did anything positive emerge from it, or is everything significant in any way? I'm not sure anymore. Just to be clear, I am the one who is at blame. I can state that, despite the challenges of your work, you are quite fortunate because you have been blessed and have a well-organized life. It's not really possible to compare my situation to yours. It's still difficult, but I did manage to finish something. All I can do is blame myself. I have run out of explanations and justifications. I want to stop doing everything. I go outside every day, but nothing comes home. No matter how hard I work, I just get very little crumbs. No matter how conscientious I am in my acts, my efforts are for nothing if they don't make a difference. I don't know; I'm not extravagant. Everything I have, I don't keep for myself because I'm happy when I give everything to them. If only I had known that the outcome of my efforts wouldn't be good, I wouldn't have done it. So now, I bear the burden of the problem, even though the result should have been beautiful. I have no idea; I'm not luxurious. I offer everything I have to them because it makes me happy to give it all to them. Had I known that my efforts would not yield positive results, I would not have taken action. I now have to deal with the issue, even if the outcome ought to have been stunning. Ten years ago, I cried because, at last, I had accomplished something that I could call my own and we had a respectable place to stay. However, it turns out that things aren't always pleasant and joyful; maybe fate actually split the ten years between happy and unhappy times. It's beneficial that writing allows me to express everything. I'm sure I'll read this eventually. I hope it's not too late for everything, but it can act as a guide to help me avoid making the same mistakes twice.

@taTtoOdRoSe4

Expecting for nothing Hello everyone hope your day is fine and full of good vibes. It's November 15, time flies so fast that sometimes we can't even notice it. I'm at work now and I don't feel fine, I don't know what to feel if I will be happy because it's payday or will be frustrated for working hard. It's always the same problem, I don't know when it ends. I can feel now that some bad energy is pulling me down and won't stop until I can no longer stand. I always thought, that having just enough is not enough for me how much more when you have a family? It's true that opportunity only knocks once if you don't grab it you will lose it forever. This year was a rough ride it's like I'm always finding myself sitting at the back with all the luggage bumping into me. I always question myself WHY? and sometimes compare myself to others who are somehow on the same level that I am. WHY? Is it maybe I question myself too much? I don't even remember that I have done something wrong, or maybe I did something that I couldn't remember. My mind is tired, all the reasoning it's the battle of mind and emotions. Everywhere I look, I can see myself struggling and looking at others imagining myself how I wish that I could be like that. Funny imagination, at least even in my imagination I can be rich and travel the world. This article of mine sounds crazy, I hope you can still be with me on this lol. It's hard when you expect something and it's nothing, as in zero. I find myself again standing at the edge of a cliff only the air that flowers into my face. πŸ˜’πŸ€”* Till next time my fellow readcach, thank you for your time.πŸ˜€

Debt: Is It Good or Bad? Hello my dear readers, how was your day? Have you already danced to the tune of those campaign jingles? or it serves as an alarm clock by hearing it early morning lol. I came up with this idea because everyone is facing this especially now for those who are using it for their campaign. Debt is a two-sided coin that, depending on how we handle it in our everyday lives, can either improve our financial situation or become a heavy burden. Making the distinction between "beneficial" debt and "detrimental" debt is crucial. Debt can be viewed positively if it is used to finance projects with the possibility of long-term value increase. Consider student loans as an example, which allow people to invest in their education and increase their potential for future employment. Similar to other financial commitments that materialize as human desires, mortgages enable the dream of homeownership. In contrast, negative debt develops when we borrow money for products that are quickly depreciating or consuming, usually in conjunction with high-interest rates. This circumstance is best illustrated by credit card debt, which is known for putting a burden on our finances and reducing our savings. Finding balance is essential for managing debt in all aspects of our connections with others. Our decision-making is influenced by the knowledge that good debt can lead to opportunities and success in life while bad debt might threaten our financial security and interpersonal relationships. Examining the debt's purpose, the interest rates it carries, and our ability to pay it back is required. By using debt as a tool to support their financial well-being rather than as a means of causing financial stress, people are better equipped to make sensible choices. The key to successfully managing debt within the realm of our relationships is finding equilibrium. Recognizing that beneficial debt can open doors to opportunities and financial progress, whereas detrimental debt can strain our financial stability and interpersonal relationships, guides our decision-making. It is vital to scrutinize the purpose behind the debt, the attached interest rates, and our capacity to repay it. This thoughtful approach empowers individuals to make informed decisions, employing debt as a tool to bolster their financial well-being instead of embarking on a journey toward financial hardships within their relationships. Thank you for spending time reading my post today, hope we can all be financially wise despite the economic crisis we are facing today. Bye for nowπŸ˜ƒ

Is Diet Better Than Exercise for Weight Loss? The age-old debate between diet and exercise as the superior means of achieving weight loss and overall health remains a hot topic in the world of wellness. Some argue that "you are what you eat," suggesting that diet is the key to a healthy lifestyle. Others emphasize the importance of physical activity, claiming that exercise is the magic solution. In reality, both diet and exercise play critical roles in achieving optimal health, but it's essential to understand the nuances of their impact and the relative importance of each. The Science Behind Diet https://39e209p3vaan2nudfrxdp69k7q.hop.clickbank.net Diet, in its simplest form, refers to the food and beverages we consume regularly. It provides our bodies with important nutrients, including macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). Our food choices have an impact on our calorie intake, nutrient balance, and general health. A well-known proverb states that "abs are made in the kitchen," emphasizing the importance of diet in controlling weight. Here are some reasons why diet is crucial: ***Caloric Balance:*** Weight loss fundamentally depends on the balance between the calories consumed and the calories expended. Weight loss happens when a person consumes fewer calories than their body requires. A well-managed diet can help control calorie intake. ***Nutrient Quality:*** Eating a balanced diet provides essential nutrients that fuel the body's functions. Nutrient-rich foods support overall health and well-being. ***Weight Control:*** Dietary choices directly influence body weight. High-calorie, low-nutrient foods can lead to weight gain, while a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins can promote weight loss. **The Role of Exercise** Exercise involves physical activity and is crucial for maintaining and improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, flexibility, and overall physical and mental well-being. Exercise offers several benefits, but it has a different role compared to diet in the context of weight loss and health. Here's why exercise is vital: ***Caloric Expenditure:*** Exercise burns calories, which can contribute to creating a calorie deficit when combined with a balanced diet. Regular physical activity can help increase the rate of calorie expenditure. ***Metabolism:*** Exercise can boost metabolism, leading to more efficient calorie burning even at rest. This effect can support weight management. ***Cardiovascular Health:*** Aerobic exercise, such as running or swimming, improves cardiovascular health by reducing the risk of heart diseases, lowering blood pressure, and improving cholesterol levels. **The Balance Between Diet and Exercise** While diet and exercise are both important, their relative significance depends on your goals. Weight loss is typically more influenced by diet, as it's easier to control calorie intake through food choices. In fact, studies suggest that diet accounts for a more substantial portion of weight loss, while exercise has a more significant impact on weight maintenance and overall health. It's essential to remember that diet and exercise are not mutually exclusive. They complement each other, creating a powerful synergy for achieving health and fitness goals. The following points emphasize their interdependence: ***Lifestyle Sustainability:*** A vital long-term plan for good health is to adopt a balanced, nutrient-rich diet. Exercise supports this way of living by encouraging physical fitness and helping to preserve muscular mass. ***Weight Maintenance:*** After losing weight through dietary adjustments, regular exercise can help people keep it off. Additionally, it lessens the chance of weight gain. ***Holistic Health:*** A combination of diet and exercise addresses various aspects of health, including mental well-being, muscular strength, cardiovascular health, and bone density. ***Conclusion*** Instead of picking a side in the diet vs. exercise argument, consider how these two factors work together to create a healthy lifestyle. Exercise is essential for weight maintenance and general wellbeing, but diet plays a bigger role in weight loss. A healthy weight can be attained and maintained, as well as a happy, healthy life, by finding the ideal balance between the two. The optimal plan of action will depend on each person's goals, preferences, and health problems. Keep in mind that there is no one solution that works for everyone. Adopt a holistic strategy that includes both nutrition and exercise to get the full range of health advantages. If you want to leave a healthy life just follow this steps. https://39e209p3vaan2nudfrxdp69k7q.hop.clickbank.net

Be a mother or be a wife, a life challenge Being in the middle is always the hardest part of life especially when both of them have a great part of your life and you love. As a parent the only thing that we wanted for our children is to have a better future, we send them to school, feed them, sheltered them, and buy them clothes. As long as we could and what we could give to our children we never hesitate. But sometimes we are not ready for the thing that might happen along the way. They grow fast, they slowly make their world, have friends and enjoy life in the outside world. We are not their priority anymore, they just come home to be seen then in a minute they're out again. Sometimes I thought, am I a bad mother? My teenage son left our home, it's been 3 days now, he made a mistake and it was the last warning and we reacted harshly. He knows that he's wrong and he never listens to us. We know that he is doing good in school but it doesn't mean that he can disobey us. From the very beginning, we told him that we wanted him to focus on his studies and that we don't want him to lie and be involved in girls, but he did it and make it up to the top of our patience. Those this mean we are tough parents? we only wanted him to have a good life not to destroy his future. The hardest part for me now is how to balance my being a mother to my son and a wife to my husband. We mothers always have a soft heart for our children no matter what happened. I know not all father is tough on their children but my husband seems that all that he expected for my son are gone and even the trust is already broken. Since my son left the house, my husband warned me not to contact or follow my son, he told me to let him be, that's what he wanted. But as a mother I could not resist looking for him, I hide it from my husband and ask all his friends in school where he is staying. When I saw my son I wanted to cry but I wanted to show him that I am not in favor of his doing. I explain the pain that he caused us and he was wrong. I wanted to hear his side and he was sorry for what happened. He wanted to let him be for a while, he wanted to experience life on his own. I felt sad but I don't want to force him, (baka mas lalo pa siyang lumayo) I told him that this phase of our lives is not for long I still wanted him to come home. He told me that he would finish his studies no matter what and he would work to finance his studies. I told him that it's not that easy, but I can see in his eyes that he is decided. I only hope and pray that God will guide him in whatever things he does. I still trust him and as long as I know that he is doing fine I'm happy also.

We're not having a big party in observance of the holy week, but my prayer is that he will always be blessed and healthy.* *That was my birthday intro😊* Holy Week is a time of profound spiritual significance for Christians around the world, commemorating the final days of Jesus Christ's life on earth. This week can provide an opportunity for deep personal reflection, allowing us to connect with our faith, our values, and our inner selves. For many people, the rituals and traditions of Holy Week can be a source of comfort and inspiration. Attending church services, participating in processions, and observing other religious practices can create a sense of community and shared purpose. But Holy Week can also be a time for personal reflection, allowing us to engage in meditation, prayer, and contemplation in order to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our relationship to God. One way to engage in personal reflection during Holy Week is to carve out some quiet time for yourself. Find a comfortable and peaceful place where you can be alone with your thoughts, free from distractions. This might be a quiet corner of your home, a park, or a place of worship. Allow yourself to be present in the moment, and try to let go of any worries or distractions that may be pulling at your attention. Another way to engage in personal reflection during Holy Week is to engage in prayer or meditation. This might involve reciting traditional prayers or readings, or simply spending time in silence, allowing yourself to connect with the divine. Focus on your breath, and allow yourself to feel a sense of peace and connection with the world around you. Finally, you might consider using this time for personal contemplation. Reflect on your own beliefs and values, and consider how you might better align your actions with these beliefs. Think about the ways in which you can better serve others, and how you can live a life that is true to your faith. Remember, Holy Week is a time for personal reflection and spiritual growth. Whether you choose to engage in traditional practices, or simply take some quiet time for yourself, use this week as an opportunity to deepen your connection to God and to yourself.

The future of technology and its impact on society ***From the creation of the wheel to the introduction of the internet, technology has always had a significant impact on how society is shaped. It seems obvious that technology will continue to change our world in ways we can't yet envision as we advance farther into the twenty-first century. In this post, we'll look at some of the ways that technology is probably going to change society in the following decades.*** ***Artificial intelligence is one of the most significant fields of technological advancement (AI). Healthcare, finance, and transportation are just a few of the sectors that AI has already transformed, and it has the potential to disrupt many more. AI could significantly alter the job economy as it gets more advanced and recognizable. According to some experts, AI could automate up to 50% of all employment in the following years, profoundly altering how humans work and make a living.*** ***Another area of technology that is likely to have a major impact on society is virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR). Although VR and AR have already demonstrated their potential in industries like education and entertainment, they may potentially find considerable use in industries like healthcare, engineering, and construction. Workers might recreate difficult activities and procedures in a secure setting using VR and AR, increasing productivity and safety.*** ***The possibility for more inequality will be one of the main issues society will have to deal with as technology develops. It's conceivable that many individuals will be left behind as automation and AI replace more and more employment. To guarantee that everyone has access to the knowledge and tools necessary to prosper in a world that is changing quickly, governments and businesses will need to collaborate.*** ***The effect of technology on privacy and security is a possible obstacle as well. It's critical that people and businesses take security precautions as more and more data is gathered and processed. To guarantee that the advantages of technology are balanced against the need for privacy and security, governments will also need to cooperate to set clear norms and regulations.*** ***The future of technology is bright despite these obstacles. Technology has the ability to improve our lives in various ways, from new medical treatments to more effective transportation systems. We can build a future in which technology plays a beneficial and transformational role in society by cooperating to address the issues and realize the advantages.*** ***Hope you like my post today, inspite of all the technology that we have now just always remember that human can't be replaced by robots because they exist because of humans ability and exertion.***

Teenager parenting tips Raising a teenager can be both challenging and rewarding. Here are some tips that can help you navigate this stage of parenting: Adolescence is a time when teens are trying to figure out who they are and where they fit in the world, therefore communication is essential. A variety of feelings, such as annoyance, rage, and perplexity, could be felt by them. A secure space where your teen may express themselves and feel heard is created when you develop open and honest conversation with them. Your relationship will be strengthened, and trust will grow as a result. For instance, you might try regularly speaking with your teen one-on-one, asking them open-ended questions, and paying attention to what they have to say. Establish boundaries: Even though your teen may resist them, they are necessary for them to feel safe and comfortable. Limits may offer structure and direction while also letting your teen know what is expected of them. For instance, you may establish rules for your teen's use of technology or set a curfew for them. It's crucial to be consistent, clear, and firm in your standards while also enforcing them when necessary. Promote independence: Adolescents are attempting to create their own identity and grow more independent during this period. This technique might help your teen become more self-assured and confident. You may, for instance, give your adolescent more freedom to make their own judgments about things like what to wear or how to use their allowance. Also, you might assign them extra domestic duties like food preparation and laundry. Be a good example: As a parent, you are one of your teen's most significant role models. Your actions and how you manage stress can have a significant impact on how your teen acts. For instance, if you have a tendency to lose your temper easily, your adolescent can pick up on this. On the other side, your teen may be more likely to adopt those behaviors if you model healthy coping techniques, such as going for a walk or practicing deep breathing. Maintain involvement: It's crucial to continue being involved in your teen's life as they become more independent. This can entail going to their sporting activities or music performances, assisting them with their homework, or just spending time as a family. Staying in touch will allow you to continue guiding and supporting your teen while they face the difficulties of puberty. Remember, raising a teenager is a journey, and there will be ups and downs along the way. By staying connected, setting boundaries, and modeling positive behavior, you can help your teenager navigate this challenging but exciting time in their life. Thanks for your time reading 😘 have a wonderful day to all.

How are you self? Talking to our inner self helps us understand and know the things that we need to fix. Checking up on yourself doesn't mean that you are insane, sometimes we mix up our emotional and mental well-being by checking up on ourselves helps us think and aline things. Good day everyone, hope you are all well and excited about the upcoming holidays and maybe some of you are having Christmas Parties and Family reunions. Well, I know that for most of you this is the most joyous month of all because after the pandemic we can truly enjoy every moment with our family and friends. For me it seems like an ordinary day, I don't know maybe we do not have other families to spend Christmas with its always the four of us. As I was talking to myself, I am recalling all those memories of Christmas, I become excited for a few minutes then slowly I'm feeling pain in my chest, the feeling that you are about to cry then suddenly a teardrop flowed down my cheek. The pain from the past and present incorporated then I cried. I miss my mother who is no longer with me, I miss my sister who lives far from me, and most especially I miss myself for being me. I know there are so many changes in me that I didn't expect but it doesn't mean that I don't like changes. I become a wife and a mother which is a big life-changing but being a mother is never a regret or a mistake. But becoming a wife is a never-ending challenge, it was a gradual change in my being but I do manage, until such time that I already feel pain and fear and I don't know if I still knew myself. Feeling the pain that you can not do things you wanted because priorities come first. It becomes more painful when you could no longer hold on to the things that you wanted to do for them. It's like everything I do is not enough or still something missing. I always thought that I could surpass this by being a wife and a mother, but the question is, is it me who has a problem? this question again is another debate in my inner self. Conclusion: Battling with our emotional and mental health is not that easy, some may not know that they are already into this problem and they just ignore it until they snap. Some can't afford a psychiatrist and are afraid of what others may say, let us always remind ourselves that we only live once we need to decide and make up the minds that we need to go to the right path and live our life of contentment and happiness. Good day and have a wonderful Christmas all. 😘😘

Tell-tales attitude is it helpful or not? Good day, fellow writers, how was your day hope everyone is doing well. November is almost over and in some other places, they already celebrated their Thanks Giving and already felt the cold winter breeze. Hope everyone enjoys the holidays and all the shopping 😊. It's another mindful article to tell today, I know some already get this idea but I wanted you to be with me in this conversation and somehow share your ideas and experience on this topic. I've been working for almost 14 years, and have been employed in 3 different offices. I see people come and go, meeting new faces and having friends, some stayed, and some left. I have developed and grown in this circle of life. I may say that I am not sociable like hanging out with friends or co-employees when it's payday. I do go out sometimes but most of the time I just went to work and then go home afterward. My attitude at work is not complicated because most of the time I am quiet and just mind my own business thing. For some judge me for my silence, I admit that I heard, saw, and observe through my silence. But it doesn't mean that when I open my mouth I can destroy a person. For me being quiet makes me feel safe than always talking. I need to tell you about my side of the real picture of this tell-tale attitude that I always observe around me. For some, this attitude might be helpful but for some, it could destroy a person's life or a relationship. In our everyday life, people interact with each other. In these interactions, people reveal themselves through their attitudes. Some people may try to act differently around different people, but eventually, their true attitudes will be revealed. Mostly this kind of person is the silent type. It is not always easy to tell what someone's attitude is, but over time it becomes more clear. Sometimes a person's attitude is different in different situations, but eventually, their true attitude will be revealed. ****The dark side of the telling tale:**** It goes without saying that recounting stories can frequently result in prejudice and discrimination. After all, we frequently share stories about others with the purpose of casting a negative light on them. Even if we don't mean to, it's simple to understand how our remarks can be misconstrued to harm someone's reputation. And, regrettably, this frequently results in people being judged unfairly. ***β€œPlacate.” Pronounced (Play-Kate) it means to lessen the anger, which can be done by soothing or calming. By flattery or over-complimenting and of course by telling someone what they would like to hear.*** I think that "Placate" could be the closest meaning to this attitude. It's like how a person can inflict the other through the words or story that he or she may tell. It's critical to be mindful of any potential negative aspects of sharing stories. Always be mindful of what you say about other people lest you unintentionally injure them. When we observe people acting in this way, we ought to be ready to call them out. ****Conclusion**** *The importance of having a positive attitude can make a difference in your life and the lives of those around you. If you want to change your life, start with your attitude. You can feel the agony and sorrows of other people when you step in his/her shoe.* Hope you like my article today, you are free to comment down if there's something I missed or add some opinion of yours. Thank you, and have a wonderful day.

Good morning friends have a wonderful day to all😘😘

The Sin Problem *****The definition of sin***** Sin is something that is often discussed in the Bible. But what is sin exactly? Sin is a violation of God’s law. It is an act that is considered to be wrong and is punishable by God. The Bible tells us that sin is a big problem in our lives. Sin is something that we need to avoid. Sin is something that we need to battle against and overcome. Sin is something we should be careful of and try to avoid if possible. The best way to help yourself and others battle against sin is to pray often and ask God for help. It is also important to fight against sin in your own life by being aware of the things that you are doing that are sinful. It is also important to avoid sin in the lives of the people around you. Sin is something that many people struggle with. It’s a tough habit to break, but one that can be broken. We are all sinners and it makes us feel bad. Some people may struggle with anger or gossip, while others struggle with lust or envy. Whatever the sin, it is never easy to overcome. But how do we deal with it? Sin is often a problem for others too, whether it's a friend or a family member. Sin can be a difficult thing, after all, it can trick us into thinking that it is okay to do something wrong and then we feel bad about it. It can also lead to a sense of guilt that can be difficult to overcome. These are all thoughts that can lead to stress, depression, and anxiety. As my parents always told me even if it's petty lies or white lies it's still a lie, I may not feel the burden now and if get used to doing a such thing over and over it becomes a burden. **These are some of the best ways to overcome sinful habits:** ***Think Good Thoughts*** The desire to feed unhealthy habits begins in the mind or "heart". If you let your habit consume your thoughts, they will develop into sin. That is why we need to feed our minds with good thoughts. For some doing things that make them happy in that case, they can refresh their mind and make them busy. ***Surround yourself with good people*** Paul says that "bad company corrupts good morals"(1 Corinthians 15:33). The inverse is also true: faulty morals are corrected by an excellent company. Seek out the company of nice individuals if you're trying to kick a bad habit. Allow their "goodness" to infiltrate you. ***Confess Your Faults*** It will be challenging to admit our mistakes and sinful habits. The thought of others finding out about our shortcomings could make you feel humiliated. However, when we admit our faults to others, maybe they can protect us. They can offer us advice and support as we try to break our harmful habits. This could be life-changing to us, it's not easy but it gives us positive results. ***Pray*** Jesus told his disciples to β€œwatch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation.” When you face temptation, you must pray to God to give you the ability to endure it. If your spirit is willing but your flesh is weak, you need God’s. ***Conclusion*** *Many people struggle with sin. It can be difficult to fight against sin and many people don’t even know that they are sinful. But the Bible gives us a lot of instructions to help us fight against sin. The Bible tells us that we should confess our sins and ask for forgiveness from the Lord. We should also resist sin and always remember that God is always there for us. It is important to remember that God is always at the end of the struggle and that He can help us through anything.* Thank you for your time reading my article wish you all well😘😘😘
