What's your thoughts about Pres. Duterte's Public Speech regarding the opening of school year 2020-2021?
I can't even hear him say a lot about it. But its is confirmed that Philippines will not undergo academic freeze and school will resume despite this pandemic (blended system).

Indeed, the situation will be worsened, even if face to face is not allowed, then we have to question the quality education.
Mother russia has been working on speed trials for the vaccine though. I just saw on the site i do covid research on. Not sure of the validity but they say it will be launched in 2 weeks from now. Anyways. I'm still firm on my grounds about an academic freeze or a purge
I hope the vaccine and all the testing will come smoothly, you know to test the effectivity of vaccines and meds are such a crucial process.

In my opinion it will be a lot of risk but we as a citizen and a parent must be very strict when it comes in health of our children,we must be aware of all the possible things that can boost the imune system of each and everyone.
Yes, health shall come first and any parents would like that their children to be safe, yes no face to face but some requirements of the deped/ched to push through the sy added to the burden of every Filipino family, for example yes, if they don't have Internet connection, modules will be presented, but is that enough to provide quality education more importantly in the college level, so for me academic freeze should be their decision

If it's on a by batch basis and sanitation would be approved then I think it would be fairly bearable. But then given the recent events where asymptomatic and mild cases were discharged as recovered. I again raise my flag. This is the purge and now kids will be forced to develop antibodies too
