Traveling is fun to do with family and friends. The colors that are left out are super fun. There are many memories and associations when traveling. It is also one of the favorite things that Filipinos do. Here is one of my vacation trips I will never forget.
Our aunt welcomed us to Samar to visit our relatives there and take part in the festival. At first, I didn't want to go because I might get upset there. Forcing me to come along until they agree with me. We didn't go with our whole family because my mother had to do something else and our youngest brother didn't come. We left early in the morning because the flight to Samar took more than a day. As we traveled, we passed the Mayon volcano. That scene is so beautiful. We rode the car on the ferry or small boat. On the way back, we passed the San Juanico Bridge or the so-called longest bridge in the whole country. I enjoyed our trip because it was our first safe trip to the Visayas party. We stayed there for over a week. We had bonding at stake. Because of the festivities there, there is dancing and fun in the village court. We also swam in the sea so I became very dark. There is no signal in the province so I cannot open any social media app. I realize that it's also hard not to have social life unless you really don't use such things. I was sad when we got home because I was so close to my cousins that I only met and saw. I miss the times I spent with them.
It was one of the unforgettable moments of my life. It didn't take long but the memories I'll never forget. It's fun to travel so we should be repeating it while we are still alive. Hopefully it will be over again.

With the heart of a mother, every woman, young or old, prepares for her divine and eternal maternal mission.
I often hear my dad describe my mother as a woman with a "mother's heart," and it's true. Hundreds, perhaps thousands more, felt the influence of her motherhood, and she specialized in the role of caretaker. His testimony of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and a strong sense of self and purpose guided his life.
She was a little older when she got married, but as a young girl she did everything to grow. Although it was unusual at the time, he finished college and got a job. After the wedding, the children arrived in succession; and in a short time, his family grew. Everything he learned, all his abilities and talents, all his skills, passed on to his eternal family. As a child of God who kept the covenants, he lived a full life ready to be a mother.
What is a mother's heart and how does it develop? We find out about this characteristic in the scriptures. Thus says in Proverbs: “A… woman [with a mother's heart] can find? for its value is above rubies. He works his hands willingly…. In ... his hands he planteth a vineyard. He lends his hand to the poor. Strength and majesty are her clothing. She opens her mouth with wisdom. and the law of kindness is on her tongue. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness ”(Proverbs 31:10, 13, 16, 20, 25–27). A woman with a mother's heart has a testimony of the restored gospel, and she teaches the gospel principle with certainty. He keeps sacred covenants in holy temples. He wholeheartedly shares his talents and skills. She studies as much as she can, refining her mind and spirit in a bid to teach what she has learned to future generations.
If he has children, he is a “goodly parent” (1 Nephi 1: 1) who lives and teaches the standards of conduct that are in line with the teachings of living prophets. He teaches his children “to pray, and to walk uprightly before the Lord” (D&C 68:28). Instead of listening to the voice and lies of the world mixed with truth, he knew that gospel standards were based on eternal, unchanging truths. He believes that having “real responsibility in caring for his children” is important, honorable, and a “sacred responsibility” (“The Family: A Proclamation to the World,” Liahona, Oct. 1998, 24). . Ah, may every woman, young and old, have a testimony of her potential in eternal motherhood if she keeps her earthly covenants. “Each one is a beloved spirit child… of heavenly parents, and, as such, each has… a divine destiny” (“The Family: A Proclamation to the World”). As spirit children of God, women “received their first lessons in the world of spirits and were prepared to rise” (D&C 138: 56) on earth. They are among the "nobles and great ones" (D&C 138: 55) who "shout for joy" (Job 38: 7) in the creation of the world because they will be given a mortal body and have the opportunity to "prove" (Abraham 3 : 25) in this life. They want to work with good men to accomplish eternal goals that no one can fulfill alone.
It is not in the world that the role of woman begins and it does not end there. Woman who values motherhood in the world values motherhood in the afterlife, “for where [her] wealth is, there [her] heart will be” (Matthew 6:21). With the heart of a mother, every woman, young or old, prepares for her divine and eternal maternal mission. “Whatever principle of intelligence [he] attaineth in this life, it shall be with [him] that shall rise in the resurrection. He was involved in the great work. She knows that “children are an heritage of the Lord” and that “it is good for [a woman] to fill [an] cup with her bow” (Psalm 127: 3, 5). He knows that the influence of daily righteousness, honesty, and persevering in caring for children is lasting, more effective, and more influential than any position or institution in the world that man has created. She believed that, if she could, she could be blessed as Rebekah had become “the mother of tenants” (Genesis 24:60).
Women with a mother's heart know and keep covenants that come sooner or later; whether or not they will have “many” children in this life; whether they are single, married, or single bearers of the responsibility of parenthood — in holy temples they are “[endowed] with power from on high” (D&C 38:32) and by gift that they received the promise of grace and were encouraged, and received it (Hebrews 11:13).
Every woman, young or old, who makes and keeps sacred covenants can have a mother's heart. There is no limit to what a woman with a mother's heart can do. The good women have changed the course of history and will continue to do so, and their influence will continue to increase and grow forever. I am grateful to the Lord for entrusting to women the divine mission of motherhood. Like Mother Eve, I was “convinced” (Moses 5:11) to know these things. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

*Pork kaldereta, is a filipino tomato based stew dish. She has pork ham or belly, carrots, potatoes, tomato sauce, liver spread and other vegtables. The beef version of the beef is more popular but this dish has nothing to say, too. The best secret for preparing pork cakes and the meat you are going to need is freshly brewed rice. ***1 hour, 3-4 servings***
****Here are the ingredients;****
********3 Table spoons cooking oil*
********1 lbs pork, cubed*
********1 medium potato cut into small cubes*
********1 medium red pepper*
********1 onion, sliced*
********4 gloves of garlic, minced*
********32 oz. pork broth*
********1/4 cup liver spread*
********1 sachet of tomato sauce is large to taste Salt and pepper*
****Steps/Procedure****
***1.***Heat oil in cooking pot
***°***Once the oil is hot saute the onion and garlic
***2.***Put the pork Stir and cook for 4-5mins or wait for light to medium brown pork
***3.***Add tomato sauce or pork broth. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

***5.***Put carrots and potatoes. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until they are tender.
***6.***Put the red bell pepper. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes

Health is the condition of our physical body. This is our investment in everyday life. All of us want to improve health. What can I do to improve my health? My health is important to me. Everything I know will ruin it.
For me there is much I can do to improve my health. I will eat healthy foods like vegetables, fruits and so on. I exercise every day.
There are also things I should avoid. Don't stay alert because this can cause low blood pressure. It causes anemia. I avoid alcohol and use illicit drugs because it damages the brain. How to cook pinakbet
*Hello cookers😊 how to cook pinakbet? Simple, we need to ready our ingredients*.
*****35-40 mins. , 3-4 servings*****
****Ingredients:****
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup water
1/4 lb pork, thinly sliced
4-5 tbsp shrimp paste or anchovies
3 slices of tomato, sliced
1 piece onion, chopped
1 tbsp ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 bunch string beans, cut in 3 inches length
6 to 7 pieces of okra
1 medium sized ampule, chopped
1 large egg plant, sliced
1/4 lb squash, chopped into cubes
to taste salt and pepper
****Steps****:
**1.**Heat the pan first and place the oil
**2.**When the oil is hot add the garlic, onion, ginger and tomato.
**3.**Put the pork and cook it until it is light brown, maybe 5-10 mins.
**4.**Put on a fork and cook for 2-3 mins
**5.**Put the water and rodents / boil haha so just boil me please because I'm sure in tagalog eh. Simmer for 10 mins or until the pork is tender
**6.**Put the pumpkin & cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until texture becomes soft.
**7.**Put the remaining vegetables and mix w / other ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes or until all the vegetables are cooked. (Do not overcook the vegetables).

Let me share the recipe of chicken Tinola lutong pinoy,here are the ingredients :.
Ingredients
4-6 servings
1 pound chicken serving size depends on the part of the chicken you will split
1 table spoon of oil
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 table spoon ginger peel and slice into strips
2 sliced peel, clean the inside and trim
1 cup malunggay leaves
2 cups water
1 chicken cubes
Salt and pepper taste
1 table spoon of patis
Steps
Heat heat, medium heat. Then saute the onion, garlic and ginger.
When the onions are translucent place the chicken. Add salt, pepper and chicken cube to taste. Cook for about 15 minutes while stirring occasionally
Water and drain. bring to a boil, insane yogurt and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. You can add water when you return.
Put the sauce and simmer for about 10-15 minutes or so when the sauce is cooked.

Small essay for our Nature
At present, what is happening to our environment is now alarming because of our neglect. Because what was once beautiful is the reverse of our day because we cannot take care of it properly. If it were just treated right then we wouldn't have experienced the dilemmas and crises that are going on in our time.
