How To Series: Recycle Leftover Pasta? Have you had a pizza and pasta party recently and lots of leftover ingredients. ***30 minutes*** ****Ingredients;**** °4 servings °4 cups of leftover pasta °3 tbsp oil °4 garlic, peeled and finely chopped °1 small onion °1 cup of mussels (or any meat such as °leftover chicken, tuna, grilled, etc.) °1 cup of spinach (or even vegetables like almonds, frozen mixed vegetables, or broccoli) °4 pieces of leftover chopped mushrooms °1/4 cup leftover olives °1 bouillon cube, vegetable or seafood flavor if seafood is used (chicken, pork, or beef, adjust) °2 cups water °1 cup cream (also evaporated milk) according to taste salt and pepper ****Steps;**** Heat the oil in a pan and saute onion, then garlic. Stir in the mussels and let cook for 5 minutes. Crush the cubes in a pan and mix with water. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes. Mix in the mushrooms.

Mix leftover pasta.

Add the vegetables and olives and let cook 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through.

Add the cream and season with the pepper and salt, about one teaspoon. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper to your taste. Blend again and serve.
